Ruth and Michael’s place was perfect for a couple’s weekend getaway to Blue Ridge. It is in a gorgeous area that is so close to everything in Blue Ridge. They had great recommendations, and the listing was accurate. We loved the beautiful view and all the windows. The kitchen was clean and had literally everything you could possibly need. There was a tornado warning during our stay, and Ruth called me to make sure we were aware and knew where the safest location in the Airbnb was. That was so thoughtful! The bed linens were comfortable and the towels were high quality. The amenities were a major stand out as well. I want my parents to visit next since we had such a great experience.

Loved how Central this location was to downtown Gatlinburg! Super peaceful and great for a cozy stay with my husband, son and small dog. AJ was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions via the Airbnb app and text. The apartment was fully stocked in the kitchen, including coffee pods, and sugar and creamer. It’s the little things that make this place special. We would highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained studio space. The dedicated parking space was a plus, as was the well-lit walkway and easy-to-use entry keypad. Everything was comfortable and cozy inside. Access to downtown Knoxville was simple and direct. Kathryn was an excellent communicator.

Great location,lots of amenities and quiet. Close to Gatlinburg but not so close that you deal with the traffic and noise. Clean unit,nice pools , miniature golf and gas grill.Couldnt ask for more

We had an awesome stay at Rich’s. The grown kids enjoyed the assortment of board games available. We didn’t even watch television. Our Verizon cell service dropped but Rich warned us ahead of time and provided wifi passwords to keep us connected. Recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful stay convenient to downtown Helen, but calm and tranquil as well. I’d recommending arriving before dark if you aren’t accustomed to hilly/mountain winding roads.

Wow, fantastic place. It was better than the pictures which is rare. Chris jumped right on it when we had a snafu on the checkin but and we were able to get in as planned. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location for us. I have some physical disabilities and I was able to easily get in. The walk in shower was an added plus. My wife liked it and said we’d stay here again. Great place to walk our dog too.

The unit is spacious and located in a peaceful cul de sac. The location is close enough but felt like we are in a farm - so silent. There is a small backyard too! We loved how close it is to Pigeon Forge town and to Smokeys. Kitchen has everything needed for a short visit. Will definitely come back here.
