Ron and Martha were the perfect hosts for our family's Thanksgiving weekend. The house is stunning and the views breathtaking. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen which provided everything new needed to cook all weekend. Ron and Martha provided detailed directions and instructions for our arrival and parking and were super responsive to our questions. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

This was a perfect place for us as it was clean, well appointed and very close to TIEC. We will hopefully make it back to stay again.

I work remote and rented Damien's home for a month to disconnect and get away from big city life for a little, and it was the best decision I've ever made. This airbnb was perfect for me and my pup. It has a creek and hiking trail on the massive property which makes for extremely pleasant dog walks. I never had an issue with the Starlink wifi (and I had a lot of devices connected and take zoom meetings all day) while the home is super private and secluded, the town of Franklin with everything you need is less than 10mins away. No complaints about this house or homeowner, one of my favorite Airbnb stays ever and I will definitely be returning in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place for everyone. Love that is dog friendly. Cozy and quiet. Super nice host. The accommodations and appliances were new and modern. Excellent bathroom set up with double vanities and a big shower. The view from the living room and bedroom was just spectacular!!! Mountain Air Resort community was first class. The road was paved and maintained very well. Beautiful landscaping everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this very home in the future!!!

The home was gorgeous in a beautiful location with easy access to town. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit while we were there, so we had to evacuate. Asheville was devastated by this storm, so we lost power, water, cell service, and had to contend with many downed trees and power lines to evacuate. Lucas was very responsive and concerned about our well-being. Once able to receive texts, he had been routinely trying to check in with us to make sure we were okay. Although the beautiful mountain road was severely impacted, most of this house was spared, except the garage roof and driveway entrance and exit. I pray for an eventual return to normalcy for Asheville its wonderful people, Western NC, Eastern TN, and upstate SC. As for Lucas’s place, this would have been the perfect home and location for a vacation rental had this once in a 1000 year storm been a factor. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a propane generator.

We recently stayed at Christina’s home for a joint 50th birthday weekend. It was the perfect home. Spacious, clean, minutes from downtown, and surrounded by beauty outside every window. Christina could not have been more responsive and accommodating to make our special weekend memorable. Highly recommend for your next stay in Asheville!!

We celebrated our family Christmas together - the house included all we could need for cooking and even had holiday dinnerware…it was spacious and the separate lower level quarters was perfect for my son and his family for when the kids needed to be in bed earlier or for my DIL who at times needed to get away from all of us for solitude. The big open kitchen on the main level was great and the dining table fit all of us for sit down dinners and for playing games in the evenings. We loved that we didn’t have to worry about purchasing spices, oils, paper products - all was there for us to use. The view of the lake was serene. The house was also decorated with outdoor lights for the holiday and even had a Christmas tree on the back screened in Deck. Hoping to make this our annual get together with my kids who all live in different states. In other words, we will definitely rent this house again. Wonderful and easy communication as well!

We stayed for four nights. The views from this home are more incredible than any picture could capture. We stay in many rental homes when we travel. This is the most well appointed kitchen we’ve ever used. Communication with the host was easy and rarely needed. Lots of great instructions on how to do things around the house. And the space was just simply beautifully decorated. I wanted to spend time with my family in a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. This home did just that! Thank you for sharing your home.

This place was nothing less than AMAZING! Even though pics are posted to view before booking, seeing this place with your own eyes is breathtaking. Melissa’s place is great for large gatherings. We had a party of 17 and there was more than enough room. No one was piled on top of each other, each cottage is equipped with a full kitchen and large TVs. The bathrooms make you never want to return home and face reality. Melissa was super kind and even allowed us to check out later than scheduled. These cottages are so serene, the scenery brings a certain peace and calmness that’s indescribable. My family and I are already looking to book again this holiday season. Melissa thank you for being so helpful, accommodating and kind to us. We all appreciate it more than you know. Thanks again for everything.

Such a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. Waves of nostalgia in every nook and cranny of this house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed admiring the pictures, decorations, books and furniture! Preparing meals in the kitchen was an absolute treat. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped kitchen. The serving platters, cooking utensils, cookware and glassware were enjoyed by all! The home was clean and so peaceful. The fireplace was just icing on the cake! Everyone enjoyed our family trip and we hope to return!

This is our second stay at Aramis's home. It was just as lovely the second time around. We were in town for a horse show at TIEC. The rental is comfortable and feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. Aramis is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and goes the extra mile providing snacks and breakfast foods. We will definitely stay again!

It was good overall but it would be way better after construction would be done and I do not recommend grandparents to go because of walking on the hills, but other than that everything was amazing!! Place was clean and tidy, had hood communication with Hollie and the scenery and weather really helped us made the trip better..

Excellent spot for a large group. Dock spot was perfect. Location on lake was great. Pool location was right next to condo so you can sit on balcony and watch kids. They do not sell gas at this resort. Tiki hut was in same cove and was awesome. In the next cove over Springs resort has the famous Dock Burger and gas if you need to fill up. Burger was excellent. Call ahead if you want burger ready by the time you boat over. Balcony does face afternoon/evening Sun so if you want shade you will have to bring your own patio umbrella. Owner does not supply but has patio table that has hole in center. Can’t remember if it has umbrella base

From the other reviews, it seems like everyone gets a different unit based on how the resort fulfills the reservation. That being said, our family of four (two little kids 5&7) LOVED staying at the Westgate resort. We used the waterpark each day, and that helped make this AirBNB totally worth it. We also stayed on top of the mountain...which was amazing. Played mini-golf for free. Quick access to Gatlinburg for dinner and to the mountains for the hikes. Clean units, kids slept on sofa couch, we had private bedroom. Kitchen to make pack lunches for hikes. Large bathroom. Just be sure to say 'no' to the 'free lunch and tour' so you aren't stuck on a long sales pitch. Units do connect to each other via connecting door, but thankfully we had quiet neighbors and didn't hear them.
