Our stay was very comfortable. The charming ranch is updated with marble counter tops and backslash in the kitchen, easy glide doors in bathrooms and a powerful shower heads. No odor, no carpeting and clean throughout. Should we have to be in the Charleston area again, if available, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Sand.

We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house felt very calm and comfortable, like we were staying in our own place! The house definitely had a “Charleston-like” charm to it and is located in a great neighborhood. Parker was a great host. She was very attentive and accessible even though we didn’t really need to reach out for anything. I’m sure if we would have needed anything she would have been there to help without delay. There were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity which was also nice. Overall, our stay was great and I definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Charleston area!

This place was amazing. Located close to all the sites we wanted to see. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more. Beds were super comfy and any questions were answered quickly. Highly recommend!

What an amazing property with so much to do! My family of 5 had an incredible stay for Thanksgiving week. Mark (the owner) is good people and the place is even better than the pictures. Lots of room to spread out, a great big dining table and a large living room to hang out and watch TV (or the beautiful sunsets). Air hockey, foosball and video arcade game in the Game Room. Horseshoes, corn hole, basketball, pool and large open yard. Double-decker dock with tables and rocking chairs. Kayaks and river fun . . . We give this property a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay. We visited our favorite restaurants, beach and other spots in the area and loved to come back to Amy’s home. We especially enjoyed the fire-pit while looking at the lake or fishing it. This is a special property filled with beautiful trees. I’m glad we had a chance to enjoy it and meet Amy, her daughter and dog Charlie. They were super friendly and welcoming. Amy has created an inviting and colorful space with her curated decor. We would definitely stay again.

The table in the carport was great for the family to gather and have dinner outdoors. The central location makes it convenient to visit the beach and downtown. This was a great spot for exploring Charleston with our family.

My husband and I loved this place on Goose River Reservoir. I picked it because it was on the water. It was peaceful and relaxing on the enclosed back deck. It is close to great stores and eateries. About 20minutes to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. There is plenty for kids to do at the house. The Master bed was comfy and warm. Shower was awesome. What I liked: The house felt warm and cozy. I liked being on the river and listening to the bugs, squirrels and birds. We loved being on the back deck relaxing and drinking our coffee. House rules were not overbearing, but to just clean up after yourself, no dirty dishes left in the sink, take out trash and bring the towels down to the washer. I tried to sweep, but I didn't find a broom. I spilt coffee grinds, but was able to clean it up. Communication with the owners was great and quick response! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

I visited the area with my soccer team and it was very nice to "come home" to a clean and spacious house after a day on the field. The location was in a nice neighborhood that we explored a little and found a great pizza place, Park Pizza on a street full of cool restaurants and people walking around. Great weekend along with a nice place to stay.

Such a cute place in an amazing location! I loved that there were 3 full baths and we could walk everywhere. We will definitely return in the near future!

We loved this property! The pictures did not do it justice. Optimal location, super clean, and very homey! The kitchen had everything that we needed. We even had a slight issue and the host was there within the hour to address it. In full transparency, the place was a tad loud from the night club next door - and it went into the early hours of the morning. If you are trying to get to bed early, this probably isn't the location for you. But the house provided noise machines and we were fine! We could not have been happier for our girls trip! This was a nice, well stocked place within walking distance of a bunch of great shops and restaurants. The host responded quickly and provided all the necessary information. I would stay here again and recommend to others who want to explore Charleston.

Jamie and Zack are great hosts! They are friendly and responsive. Their house has everything you could need for a long term stay. The location is great and the backyard area is a great bonus :) I’ll definitely be back!

Matthew's place was great! It was comfortable, clean, well appointed, as shown on-line, and centrally located in downtown Charleston. The bed was comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep every night (not always a given...). And Matthew was very responsive. We had a light bulb out in the bathroom; it was fixed within a couple hours. Last, but not least, when we left a phone in the apartment, Matthew saw to it that we received it the next day. He really took great care of us. We will definitely stay there again!

This place was Very Spacious! There was only two of us and we needed separate sleeping spaces - this worked out perfectly. You can walk down to the battery, as long as you don’t mind a long walk. We Uber’ed down to some restaurants with no issue. There’s plenty of places nearby as well, just walk over to King Street and also an easy walk to C of C. Parking is a plus / easy access with the key pad and both beds were really, really comfy. You will hear some street noise if you’re in the front bedroom though FYI. All in all, a great place to stay!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

Cameron’s villa at Kiawah was a perfect destination for two couples that had a wedding to attend. Walkable to The Sanctuary and The Nest, quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. Cameron was also quite flexible when it came to us extending our stay for one night. We will definitely be back!

This was a great spot for our group of three women. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. We were able to prepare some meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable with great linens. The family room was a great space to hang out together. This was a great location and a quick walk to the private beach area.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.

Wonderful stay for our family in Seabrook. The house had everything we needed, was in a quiet location and a bike ride away from the club and beaches. Our favorite part of our day was the walk to inlet before low tide to see the dolphins and finding shells. We rode our bikes a few times too:) The community was also very courteous to our bike riders in training.

Would definitely come back! This place is beautiful and close to the beach. Private and beautiful surroundings. The beds are comfortable and the place is beautiful! Perfect place for the family or for two. Plenty of space and love the balcony with a pictiresque view. Lots of nature to see from the balcony. I came here because I was running the Kiawah Island Marathon and it was so convenient to stay here. This is the perfect place to stay if you are running this race or just vacationing.
