French Riviera : locations de vacances avec toilettes PMR

Great villa that is very well maintained with lots of room and great facilities. Villa was very clean when we arrived and the equipment in the villa is of a high standard. Plenty of room for everyone and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom and air-conditioning was a real bonus. Outside space is very well maintained and the pool is very nice and was much appreciated during the hot weather. The villa location is very quiet and peaceful. The local town has a few small shops and restaurants but a car is essential because of the location (which was clear from the description) to get to bigger supermarkets or visit the likely attractions. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a peaceful break!

Lovely place, immediately felt at home. Carole very responsive and friendly. Pool is bigger than it looks in the photos and the garden is spectacular. Excellent kitchen and so important, the aircon was great. Very peaceful setting, golf course with restaurant and bar down the road, 10 mins drive to the beach clubs and the same to Sainte Maxime. Carole put us onto S-M tennis club which was welcoming and great value.

Très bon séjour chez Cindy avec 3 enfants en bas âge et 2 chiens. La plage Pablo Picasso avec son parking (payant) est très bien et facile d'accès. Résidence calme avec des voisins supers sympas. Maison très accueillante. La climatisation dans chque pièce est très très agréables, surtout ave les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eu. Les jeux pour les enfants ainsi que la piscine tubulaire ont été un vrai plus également . Cindy a été arrangeante et à l'écoute et toujours disponible. Super séjour, vraiment pas déçu.

Appartement très facile d’accès et très bien situé, le logement très moderne et super fonctionnel vraiment très agréable et la proximité avec la mer est vraiment top. Très content de la location et je le recommande

A la hauteur des prestations proposées et conforme aux clichés, un lieu qui se veut accueillant et qui l'a été à l'occasion d'une réunion de famille. Un p'tit clin d'oeil quant au piano 1/4 de queue Pleyel un rien approximatif ... je recommande le passage d'un accordeur ... A refaire avec plaisir et j'espère avec des accords plus justes...)

Vi hade en toppen upplevelse, boendet var bra och sen var det nära till strand, mataffärer och centrum i Cannes.

Nice place with rhe terrace and some sea view, calm and quite. The furniture is a little bit old, but it doesn't influence on the feedback. We traveled with 2 kids and it was good for us. In winter a little bit cold with the tiles on the floor.

Per il secondo anno abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamentino di Martine, del quale abbiamo apprezzato il giardino (i nostri cagnolini erano entusiasti di avere del verde come a casa), la posizione, la tranquillità e il "sentirci a casa". I recently spent a week at this fantastic apartment with hubby and son , and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. The modern amenities made my stay incredibly comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to ensure peace and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. What truly stood out was the host's attention to detail. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Overall, I can't recommend this apartment enough. Very close to the beach ☀️

My family and I had an amazing stay at Ghislaines home. The place was spotless and located in a fantastic area, making it easy to explore everything Cannes has to offer. The terrace was a real highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge relief during the warm summer days. Highly recommend!

Apartamento impecable con todos los servicios. Buenos materiales en baño y cocina y buen gusto en la decoración. Cama cómoda y excelente limpieza en el todo el apartamento. Exterior con jardín muy cuidado y zona de inmensa tranquilidad. Lo recomiendo 💯

Très joli appartement avec une belle vue. Attention, il faut absolument la voiture pour pouvoir en profiter. Très bien situé pour visiter Nice, Monaco et les alentours. Notre arrivée a été compliquée car la place de parking qui nous était réservée était déjà occupée par un voisin et qu’il n’y a pas vraiment d’autres places à proximité. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui est spacieux et chaleureux.

The beach and promenade is wonderful with a few nice beach bars. We rented two e-bikes at Alfa Bikes for a few days. One day we took them on the train to Imperia and cycled back to Sanremo on the ‘pistacliclabile’ that has been made on the old railway track. It was really fantastic!

Super séjour chez Sophie! L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif: très proche de la plage, commerces accessibles à pied, environnement calme. L'accueil et les échanges ont été très faciles. Bref, on recommande chaudement cette adresse!
