Our host Beth was great, very proactive and extremely helpful. We stayed in the 'The coach house', which is a beautiful, serene retreat with breathtaking views. We highly recommend staying here If you are looking for a stunning, private and convenient base for your adventures on the Isle of Wight.

Seacliff was a beautiful apartment. Views from the front of the property overlooking ventnor beach was stunning. The apartment was a short walk from the beach and local shops. The apartment was great. Very well equipped. Really easy to find. Perfect location! Would highly recommend

Can't recommend here enough. The perfect place to stay on the Isle of Wight. Right in the heart of Shanklin, beside gorgeous thatched pubs and tea rooms and a short walk from a gorgeous beach. Also, conveniently located right beside a car park. The apartment itself is also gorgeous, nothing but good to say - really enjoyed our stay.

This is a great find, the location is perfect with Bournemouth beach or city centre easily walkable but also buses to other beaches that stop virtually outside. Surrounded by good restaurants.

Very cozy little apartment with restaurants nearby. The beach is only a five minute walk away and there are great parks nearby. Thank you for the welcome snacks and drinks, it’s so amazing.

Tides is an absolutely beautiful apartment with a stunning balcony that has the best sea views! It was spotlessly clean with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely! Debbie was the absolute perfect host who was extremely helpful & friendly, & responded extremely quickly to my communications. Thank you Debbie we had a truly fantastic stay!

Lovely apartment within walking distance of great restaurants and easy access to public transport to Bournemouth and other surrounding areas if needed. Very accommodating host, was eager to help us out and personalise our visit, would 100% stay again

My daughter, 2 grandchildren and myself had a fantastic few days at this lovely place. Just like home from home. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc and beach so near. So nice in top room to have velux windows open at night and hear the sound of the waves. Loved that the garden was secure for 2 year old to run around. Damian answered any questions we had promptly. Hot tub was amazing to come home to after a long day out. High chair and travel cot provided and the games/toys are a bonus. Everything was just perfect and we will definitely be returning. 5 ⭐️

Great stay with the family at Aimee and Paul’s. Such a great location. So close to the beach and an easy short walk into Bournemouth. The house had everything we needed for adults, kids and dogs alike!

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home on the Isle of Wight. The house is very new and in a great location — just a short walk to the beach! We stayed as a family with kids and our dog, and everyone had a fantastic time. The rooms were tidy, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The heating and WiFi worked perfectly. We’d definitely love to come back again next time!

Wow! What a beautiful house, located directly on the seafront. Everything as listed and more! and so beautifully presented. Super communicative host offering great advice and answering any pre stay queries quickly. Easy to get to, simple check in procedure and ample parking on site. We couldn’t fault it. We walked the length of the beach stopping in the various cafes, and public houses for lunches and snacks. All highly recommended. Fabulous pub next door which is great if you don’t fancy cooking but everything was provided in the kitchen too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Swanage. Apartment is finished to a very high standard with beautiful décor. Everything works as it should and the under floor heating is a real treat in the morning when making breakfast!

This house is a great base to explore Hayling Island. You can walk to the beach and local walking trails. The shower was good, we parked the car and left it there all week. Home is bright , airy and modern. Comfortable bed and washing facilities and garden/ washing line. Nicola was very helpful and we recommend this highly. Never been to Hayling Island before but fell in love with the wildness, untouched beauty of the coastline and sea swimming...

A fantastic spot to stay in for exploring Southsea and Portsmouth. It is a matter of minutes from the beach and the restaurants in Southsea - the location could not be better. The apartment was stunningly decorated, lovely and bright and airy and so warm. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

le logement nous a plu ,propre,nous étions 5 adultes et tout le monde reconnait que on avait bien choisi. On reviendra sans problème, la plage n'est pas loin et il y a de bons restos ou commerces.

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

We loved staying at Kelly and Scott's 'Coast House'. As soon as we opened the front door we knew we were going to enjoy our stay as the house was so beautiful - exactly as described and as it looked in the photos! The house had everything we needed and more besides. It was spotlessly clean with all the mod cons! (I know I'm going to feel very dissatisfied with my own house when I get home again!) Although we spent a lot of time out and about I would have been really happy to spend all my time at 'Coast House'. That collection of books would have kept me entertained for hours! And I'm still waiting for my husband to play that game of Boggle with me! Thank you so much Kelly and Scott for letting us stay in your beautiful house and for the packet of biscuits and milk on our arrival. It was a great stay and we'll take lots of very happy memories home with us xx
