The place looked like the pictures and I had a wonderful time staying there.

This house was terrific! We would definitely stay there again. The house was clean and quiet and very close to the Tower District.

Ruben is an exceptional host. He was very prompt and helpful with all my inquiries. The property is very warm and welcoming. It was very fitting and accommodating for a family. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

Maggie’s homestay was perfect! The location was excellent, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The space was spotless, and Maggie was incredibly responsive and kind throughout my stay. The backyard was a highlight—private, cute, and very spacious. I would absolutely love to come back!

So glad Chateau Yale was available! We love to stay here. Perfect place in a good location. Has everything we need, comfortable, kitchen is well outfitted, water and dryer are always a bonus. Scott is great with responses and very accommodating.

Erica's place was great for us. Very comfortable, quiet at night. Parking spot in the back (I have a Nissan Rouge) near the apartment. Check out "On the Edge" for coffee, breakfast sandwiches or lunch.

Our stay was amazing. The place was way bigger than we expected and it was close to everything. We're looking forward to coming back next time.

Good place

Just fell in love with this house. We are booking to come back next year as well. It’s comfortable and easy to be in. Instructions were excellent for use of all the amenities. Appreciated the helpful list of restaurants

The house is exactly as pictured. The backyard is very spacious and the pool is beautiful. The bbq pit made it possible to cook outside and not have to cook inside. We did go during a time that was cold and raining. There is no rugs in the living room and the floor is tile ?? not sure.. so it makes the house really cold and the floor is freezing. Make sure you take slippers. Overall we were comfortable.

Clean and Spacious home that we shared with another couple for my niece’s wedding. Definitely recommend!!

We came to Fresno to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday and the house was perfect to be able to all be together and make meals together. The backyard was gorgeous but a little too cold to go swimming. We would stay here again in the summer to get a chance to use it next time!

Jennifer was a fantastic host—very helpful, easy to work with, and quick to respond. Her housekeeper, Phyllis, was equally wonderful and kept everything spotless. We stayed with three young kids, and everything went smoothly thanks to the beautifully set-up house. Thanks again for a great experience. Highly recommend!

Nice 2 bedroom located very near my work site inside gated community so it felt safe.

My friends and I (5 total) were in town that weekend for a wedding. We had an excellent stay. The beds were comfortable and there were cotton pads and q tips provided that were very helpful when removing make-up at the end of the day. There was plenty of street parking and the neighborhood looked quiet and safe. One side note is that the pool table in the garage was tilted so it was difficult to play. Other than that, everything was great.

Steve's place was great. Quiet, peaceful, full of amenities, close to everything we wanted to do. I especially loved the blackout curtains in the bedroom. Shower had super pressure. Great directions to find the place in the dark.

Wonderful place , very cozy . Ideal for a family stay . TVs in every room , appreciated that . VERY comfortable beds 😏 didn’t wanna get up lol will definitely try to book everytime I’m in Fresno ! O yea Todd is cool as hell 😎

We stayed at David’s place because we went to a concert across the street at the convention center. Great location for that and we were very comfortable inside the apartment. We would stay there again for sure!

clean space & comfortable environment

The apartment met my expectations very well—clean, comfortable, and spacious, just as shown in the photos. The condominium had restricted access and was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended

Stayed here for a class. Super responsive host, place was as described. Very easy walk to the downtown convention center.
