If you are looking for an amazing family retreat on the Eastern Coast then book this house now (if you can!). We cannot recommend it highly enough. We had brilliant communication and advice from Sally prior to arrival with lots of invaluable tips on making our stay better. The house is beautifully designed and immensely comfortable. I have never come across a better equipped kitchen in a B&B before. This is very clearly a family home and lots of love has gone into making it comfortable. Outside is truly special, with the most incredible ocean-front setting. The house is surrounded by the ocean on 3 sides, giving a constant backdrop of waves crashing on the shore. The ocean constantly changes colour mesmerically throughout the day, and is particularly spectacular at sunrise in front the house. The wildlife is amazing; wallabies, possums, eagles, swallows, plovers and cicadas. So much to see and do in the neighbourhood to fill your days - a week is not enough. Book it if you can!!

Incredible spot and well equipped property. We loved sitting on the balcony in the sunshine and BBQing for dinner. Good selection of kitchenware, lots of storage in the bedrooms and blinds all around to keep the room cool. Things we don't always see in an Airbnb, so thank you!

Thank you for hosting us. Very spacious cottage, kids loved the cottage and space around the cottage to ride their kick scooter. Reception staff and Rob are very responsive, attended to the bathroom door issue immediately. Eatery and bar in walking distance. Highly recommend Rob’s place! We will book in next time too when visiting the area.

Susie’s place and the location are beyond words! The Container is even better in person and is the perfect base to explore the Tamar region of Tassie. The complimentary breakfast items were the cherry on top. We had lots of fun listening to tunes on vinyl, playing guitar, and bird watching. The whole experience will be unforgettable and we can’t wait to come back.

We had the pleasure of visiting the peaceful eco lodge for our honeymoon and honestly couldn’t have enjoyed it more. A private area to call your own with freshly grown veg & herbs under the house, a sauna, fire place and outdoor bath. We couldn’t have asked for more. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains and swinging from the big tree! The house was very clean and felt like a home, built with love and thought. It was always warm inside and we loved being able to use a fully equipped kitchen and panty on those slow mornings and nights. Although a more remote location, it was lovely to be able to drive thirty minutes to the coast. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Matt's place. Perfect location being close to town yet very quiet and peaceful. Lovely bush outlook from the back deck. A simple cottage but spotlessly clean, homely and comfortable. Well suited to have my dog there. Matt was easy to communicate with and helpful. I hope to return

The house was nicely renovated while keeping its original charm. The bathroom and kitchen were modern and clean. Lots of space for the family to feel comfortable. Close to the city centre.

A unique experience , Scott’s place is a wonderful peaceful getaway , surrounded by trees within a very short stroll to the beach . The floor to ceiling windows really make you feel like your emersed in the natural environment . The contemporary design , well stocked kitchen and facilities in general make for a very comfortable stay . The fabulous beach and easy reach of the Freycinet peninsula make this an ideal place to explore Tasmania’s incredible east coast . Watch the sunrise over the freycinet peaks then go for a morning dip , it doesn’t get much better .

We loved our stay. The house was well appointed and comfortable, the outdoor living areas were spacious with multiple zones to spread out and enjoy, and the gardens created lots of privacy and a peaceful relaxing environment. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brooke's house, and hope to return sometime.

Our second stay at Bob and Sarah's 'Redruth'. It is a very comfortable, well-equipped beach cottage in beautiful Falmouth, just a short walk from the beach and lagoon. Highly recommended - we'll be back!

A fabulous stay for our family group to celebrate a significant birthday! Spacious living areas leading to outside deck and relaxing lounges and stunning views. The sauna was the icing on the cake and a view of us snorkelled in the nearby rock pool. Very helpful and responsive host! Thank you Lara for an unforgettable stay!

Thanks to Katie, our stay was most comfortable and enjoyable. Their unit is both comfortable and quite spacious and has a conveniently large garage attached with direct walkthrough into the unit. Katie left milk and bread for us and some condiments etc They have a large BBQ nearby which was handy as there isn't a cookstop/stove in the kitchen. Enjoyed our stay there and will be going back there in a few days time.

A wonderful stay once again! We loved returning to this beautiful home away from home in Launceston. The house is fantastic - beautifully decorated and everything is there that you need and Launceston town center is a short walk. Thank you! We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Amazing spot very private with easy access to the beach. The house is in pristine condition, very clean and Swansea is a beautiful area to visit.

Close to local attractions and shops. Lovely warm floors in the kitchen and bathroom with under floor heating. Responsive with answers to questions. Very comfortable beds. A lovely place to stay.

Our long stay at June and Gil’s home was an excellent experience. As soon as we walked in the house it felt like a home away from home- actually reminding me of my Grandmothers home. A lovingly restored heritage home in a great neighbourhood. The location, close to coffee shops, grocery shops restaurants and the CBD cannot be beat- very walkable to all. Well stocked kitchen with great amenities- great oven, very clean barbeque, lots of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. June was easily available via phone, text and email with a very quick response time. My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay while Launceston to visit family and will not hesitate to rent again. We highly recommend.

Perfect for our 2 night stay exploring the Bay of Fires area. The heating had been put on for our arrival, and we felt very welcomed and at home. Fully equipped kitchen, loads of provisions, super comfy beds and lovely to have a hot soak in the bath. Matt was fantastic to liaise with, great communication, helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend.
