Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Wie waren positiv überrascht von der Location und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt mit Airbnb und deswegen haben wir wohl viele Fragen gestellt. Janna (unsere Kontaktperson) war sehr geduldig mit uns und hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt, ein richtig schönes, normales, sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zuhause! Uns hat alles was wir brauchten zur Verfügung gestanden. Der Garten ist auch besonders schön. Die Kinder haben darin gespielt und getobt und haben es sich auch auf den Liegen gemütlich gemacht! Es gibt auch einen kleinen Teich mit Fischen, den man mit Spannung beobachten konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und danken nochmal der ganzen Familie (Claudia, ihrem Mann und Janna) dafür, dass sie uns so einen schönen Aufenthalt ermöglicht haben. Wir haben auch ein Begrüßungsgeschenk und eine ganz lieb geschriebene Karte bekommen. Darüber haben wir uns auch sehr gefreut! Vielen Dank nochmal!

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Städteurlaub in Berlin. ÖPNV Anschluß in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausreichend Platz für Familie mit Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Een sfeervolle ruimte gelegen in een gezellige buurt. Het voelde echt als thuis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is een prima uitvalsbasis voor al het moois dat Berlijn te bieden heeft. Christian is een geweldige host die snel en adequaat reageert. Ons verblijf met twee tieners was geweldig!

Our stay in Kleinmachnow was excellent and exactly what we were looking for our family. The completely enclosed and private garden is beautiful and the sitting areas just next to it are very comfortable and pleasant to use. My granddaughter and our dachshund loved it! The house is appealingly and practically decorated and the wooden floors and its wooden shelves and decorations give it a very cozy ambiance. There are two different supermarkets five minutes away by car and a larger general shopping area 6 minutes away by car. The kitchen was very practical to use and had everything we needed. Marketa is a very nice host and is always ready to assist you in case you have any questions during your stay. We absolutely recommend this place!

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist super schön. Gerne wieder.

Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

I cannot say enough positive things about Inger & Charles as hosts and their place. The apartment is so much bigger than I expected from the photos. The photos are super accurate, but they don't convey how much space is available. One of my favourite things about the place is the lock on the door, it is so secure. As a woman who travels alone often, I really noticed how great the lock was compared to other airbnbs. The place is spotless and amenities in the bathroom, kitchen etc. are fabulous. Everything you could possible need is available. As for the hosts themselves. Charles always responds to messages super quickly. He is very friendly and helpful. Charles & Inger were truly amazing, they really went above and beyond.

Manuela’s place was located 2 minutes away from a bus stop in a very nice neighbourhood! Staying here felt like we were locals, the surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is cosy and has more than enough space, I would definitely stay here again!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Apartment! Die Lage ist sehr zentral – eine gute Gegend mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr gemütlich, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und heimisch. Auf der großen , bequemen Couch im Wohnzimmer, hat man wunderbar entspannen können und gut schlafen können . Die Schlaf Couch im Hauptzimmer hat beim liegen etwas gequietscht – vielleicht wäre ein Austausch eine Überlegung wert, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt keineswegs beeinträchtigt. Der Host war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, schnell und immer herzlich – man merkt, dass hier wirklich auf das Wohl der Gäste geachtet wird. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Lovely top floor flat, light & airy and cosy on some very cold days - great base to explore Berlin from, good transport links and set in a very quiet neighbourhood with access to some lovely restaurants, bakers and Lidl Very spacious, plenty of room to relax in and a beautiful bathroom - everything worked well and exceeded our expectations Perfect, many thanks Anna and for our lovely welcome We look forward to coming back

We were positively surprised and greatly enjoyed the charming, spacious and beautiful place. We felt quite at home and we were glad we had chosen Charlottenburg as our temporary residence. It was easy to get to the centre and practical for our train connection. All in all, it was well worth the price.

A fantastic lakeside spot with stunning views. The use of paddleboards, rowing boat and floating sauna really added to the experience. The house itself was big and well laid out, with plenty of room for the 3x couples that stayed (though worth noting two of the rooms are adjoined). The house had plenty of amenities, with plenty of kitchenware for us to cook in (which we did several times) and a projector in the living room for watching films. Marcel was very helpful, replying quickly to questions. There is a large shop and a couple of Italian restaurants, as well as a bus stop into town, just over the road which was very convenient. All round a great stay!

Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Wir wurden mit frischen Blumen, einer Karte und einer Flasche Sekt herzlich begrüßt. Da haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche Zeit

Wir haben ein tolles Wochenende in dem Haus verbracht - das Haus hat einen tollen Charme, lädt zum Entspannen ein und ist super schön gelegen. Unsere Lieblingsplätze waren vor dem Kamin, am großen Esstisch und an der Tischtennisplatte :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für mehrere Personen. Wir waren dort zu 8 und haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles im Haus gezeigt und erklärt. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort.

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.

Perfektes Wellness-Wochenende – Unvergesslicher 30. Geburtstag! Ich durfte meinen 30. Geburtstag mit meinen Freundinnen in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb verbringen – und es war einfach traumhaft! Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Es war mit Abstand die schönste Unterkunft, die wir je gesehen haben! Tony hat wirklich an alles gedacht – von Gewürzen in der Küche bis hin zur Musikbox für die perfekte Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gab genug Handtücher, Shampoo und alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist ideal, um dort mit mehreren Leuten eine gemütliche Zeit zu verbringen. Alles war makellos sauber, ordentlich und stilvoll renoviert. Zudem war Tony immer erreichbar und hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert! 😊
