We absolutely loved staying here! Gorgeous and unique house, tastefully decorated and nestled amongst the trees in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for families (we were two) and a paradise for children, loads of toys, a tree house, sand pit, rabbits and more. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly when we had any questions. They also recommended us the BEST neighbourhood on Halloween, and we were hugely impressed by the effort Berliners in this area put into the holiday! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije host. De communicatie verliep heel soepel! Het huis zelf was prachtig – stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimtes waren ruim en comfortabel en het voelde meteen als een tweede thuis. Daarnaast was de locatie perfect, rustig maar toch redelijk dichtbij het centrum. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nadine hat jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr einladend vorbereitet. Absolut einwandfrei. Die Geräte in der Küche sind super. Der Induktionsherd und auch der Dunstabzug waren zu jeder Mahlzeit ein absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Die Schaukel an der Treppe war im Dauereinsatz. Für Familien definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

Really nice place to stay. Very quiet neighbourhood. If you like dark bedrooms, bring an eye mask! Oliver was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend his place. And his mum is lovely!

This is a unique place, with lots of room. Great area - we walked the 45 mins into downtown each day. The area is bustling, yet the accommodation is very quiet. Be careful when taking a shower - the hot water tank is small so don’t take a lot of time in the shower.

Had a wonderful 2 week stay at Julia's. The location is in a very safe and peaceful neighbourhood along with convenient public transport within walking distance. Julia has also been very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Wir waren zu viert über Silvester dort und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Tolles Haus, schöne Zimmer und Bäder, Begrüßungsgeschenk und wohlig eingerichtet. S-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt um die Ecke und Berlin Stadtmitte somit gut erreichbar. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr, wir haben uns selbst verpflegt und nichts vermisst. Der kleine Garten hat uns einen tollen Blick auf das Feuerwerk zum Neujahr geboten und trotzdem haben wir uns sicher gefühlt. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus war Gold wert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Michael's place was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Michael was a perfect host and was very communicative with me prior and during our trip. We would recommend anyone coming to Berlin to consider Michael's AirBnB.

This was my first Air BnB experience and was very, very happy. The apartment was actually bigger than it appears in the pictures. The Wi-Fi was very good. Location is great. It is just off of Prenzlauer Allee and the intersection of 2 tram lines. Great Italian brewery, Greek restaurant, and doner place close by. Carolina was very helpful and friendly. I stayed for almost 3 months, and it felt like home. I would absolutely stay there again!

Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig. Belangrijk is dat het zeer rustig is en er is een prima bed. De ligging is uitstekend: dichtbij Bahnhof Sudkreuz en S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brucke (S1). Er zijn meerdere restaurants en bars in de buurt, met name even voorbij de Julius Leber Brucke: de Akazienstrasse en de Crellestrasse zijn uitstekend om 's avonds een drankje te doen en een hapje te eten (maar we kunnen ook Saigon Valley op een paar minuten van het appartement aanbevelen). Maar Gerhard heeft een reeks aan suggesties, dus keuze genoeg. Een punt van kritiek: de tv heeft alleen Duitse zenders. Uit ervaring wijs geworden nemen wij altijd een eigen chromecast mee. Aan te bevelen! Nog 1 tip: download de Bvg app: kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer zijn zo eenvoudig te kopen met apple pay. We hebben kortom een paar prachtige dagen gehad in Berlijn. En wanneer we weer gaan gaan we zeker terug naar dit appartement

We had a great stay with the family at Marcus‘s Appartement. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants and the public transport worked very well. We will be back.

Vanni è stato un host molto cortese. Ho avuto un problema e ho dovuto annullare la partecipazione di mia mamma per ragioni di salute, Vanni si è dimostrato comprensivo, offrendomi delle alternative nel caso avessi dovuto annullare. La casa è arredata in modo molto originale, è molto graziosa ma soprattutto era pulita ovunque. Ci ha accolti Lennart, gentile, preciso, disponibile. Durante il soggiorno, anche se breve si informava se tutto stesse andando bene. La zona dove si trova la casa e a 4 fermate di tram da Alexander Platz e a poche fermate da tutto. E' una zona tranquilla, sono stata li con due figli di 12 e 13 anni e non ho mai avuto la sensazione che ci fosse qualche pericolo. Ringrazio Venni e Lennart per essere stati degli ottimi host.

Es war alles wunderbar. Super gut gelegene, saubere Wohnung mit schönem Balkon, tolle unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Immer wieder gerne.

Alice war super nett und hilfsbereit. Check-in hat bestens funktioniert, das Studio ist schön und die Lage sehr praktisch und nah an der U-Bahn-Station. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau, der etwas ringhörig ist. Das Bett ist jedoch sehr bequem. Und es hat alles, das man braucht. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Berlin bin.

Perfekt für ein paar Tage mit der besten Freundin! Alles war super, wir würden wiederkommen.

Our team stayed at Marga's while attending ITB Berlin. The property was even better than described. Great location, close to downtown Berlin and easy to access. Marga and team were always willing to assist. Even when some damage occurred on the property from our team members, Marga and team handled it professionally and drove an amicable resolution. Great host and great property. Will definitely patronize again if we are in the area.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had the best stay, was a perfect apartment for a girls trip, was super clean, lots of areas to get ready, lots of mirrors and places to sleep. Would highly recommend 😁

We loved this appartment. It was spacious, stylish, comfortable and very clean. As we arrived it was 30 c so the balcony was also lovely to sit out on. The location was gorgeous with tree lined streets and an abundance of cafes and restaurants and interesting shops. Also small supermarkets at each end of the street. All very easy with u bann and trams less than 10 mins away. We walked to some of the central sites within half an hour. The appartment was just perfect ! We were sad to leave! This place was great! Spacious and private, with many restaurants just outside. It felt safe as a solo traveler. He isn't kidding about the stairs, though. So be prepared! The sauna was a great addition! After exploring the city, it was a great way to relax!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, gemütlich, viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Zwei Betten lassen sich leicht ins Wohnzimmer stellen, so dass man bei Bedarf drei Schlafzimmer hat.

Really loved my stay. The apartment was exactly like the photos and super clean. The location is amazing, you are surrounded by plenty of great cafes, bars and restaurants. Be sure to try the bagel place across the road! Bus outside the door is super convenient and can bring you to other parts of the city to explore. Fantastic and responsive host. Will definitely stay again if back in Berlin!
