Schöne Wohnung in super Lage! Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Stefan sehr genossen!

Logement original , lumineux , dans une cour calme, bien équipé et confortable. Nous étions 5 amies et nous avons apprécié l'espace. Magasin bio tout à côté. Nous recommandons le restaurant Morgen Land qui propose d'excellents petits déjeuners et brunches le week end Métro tout proche pour découvrir Berlin. Nous recommandons!

Ein wunderbar kreativer Ort, der alles bietet was man braucht. AU ist ein super Gastgeber, bei welchem man sich rundum versorgt und wohl fühlen kann. In der Umgebung hat es tolle Kaffees und Läden. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

L'appartement de Rémi est vraiment très agréable et joliment décoré. La literie est très confortable et la douche parfaite! Situé à quelques minutes à pied de la station de tram d'Antonplatz. Le quartier est très calme avec tous les commerces utiles. Nous y avons séjourné 10 jours et pour nous la situation était idéale pour visiter Berlin.

Amazing place, Franz was very caring and helpful, left some food and beverages after the long way, and helped to open the door when I locked myself out. The place is very artsy, convenient, lofty and cozy at the same time. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing, spacious apartment is such a nice area of Berlin. We were able to walk to many nice restaurants or take a short Uber to the bars for a night out. The view from bed is beautiful. Already planning a trip back for a summer stay.

Laura's place was really gorgeous and a perfect place for our stay. The host was super responsive and helpful. We had a great time in Berlin as the location was very convenient!

This apartment was a perfect place to touch down in Berlin for a few days. The location is terrific- fabulous coffee shops, charming neighborhood, quiet and yet right around the corner from the action - it suited us perfectly. Also, I loved how much natural light floods the apartment - little sitting decks and skylights made the apartment (which is on two levels) feel like being in an aerie, high above everything, yet cozy. Little touches like my favorite Aesop brand of soaps, were welcome. And although we didn’t do any cooking, the kitchen was well outfitted for making dinners and sitting in the lovely, glassy dining area. This apartment is a wonderful little find and we would happily stay there again!

Really enjoyed Simone’s flat. Convenient to public transport and stores; coffee shop and restaurants/bars close by. Very quiet and well appointed. Easy 3 flightup walk. Recommend for 2-3 people.

I stayed at the flat for 9 days working and sight-seeing. The area is fantastically peaceful and quite. Perfect if you want to relax and experience Berlin like a local. There is a lovely bakery on the main street (Hauptstr) which I frequented daily. Further afield there are lots of sightseeing opportunities off the beaten track - Wittenau, a Soviet era war memorial in the part near by, or a beautiful (and free) botanical garden - Botanical Volkspark Pankow Blankenfelde. If you want to explore the many popular tourist attractions then the world famous German transportation system will not let you down. The S1 is just a short walk away with services running every 10 minutes or so directly to the heart of Berlin. As for the flat itself it is comfortable and stunning. Well decorated with many house plants that just make any time spent indoors enjoyable and relaxing. You'll find all the applicances to make your stay comfortable plus a very good coffee machine. Wir waren mit unserer Familie (4 Personen) sehr glücklich mit der Unterkunft. Die Ruhige Lage und die Nähe zu der City hat alle zufrieden gestimmt. Wir hatten sehr angenehme Tage in Berlin und gerne wieder.
