Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, Berlin ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und es ist fußläufig ein einkaufladen zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr angenehm und höflich, ich komme gerne wieder, wenn es mich wieder richtung Berlin verschlägt.

We absolutely loved staying here! Gorgeous and unique house, tastefully decorated and nestled amongst the trees in beautiful surroundings. Perfect for families (we were two) and a paradise for children, loads of toys, a tree house, sand pit, rabbits and more. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly when we had any questions. They also recommended us the BEST neighbourhood on Halloween, and we were hugely impressed by the effort Berliners in this area put into the holiday! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Nadine hat jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr einladend vorbereitet. Absolut einwandfrei. Die Geräte in der Küche sind super. Der Induktionsherd und auch der Dunstabzug waren zu jeder Mahlzeit ein absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Die Schaukel an der Treppe war im Dauereinsatz. Für Familien definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije host. De communicatie verliep heel soepel! Het huis zelf was prachtig – stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimtes waren ruim en comfortabel en het voelde meteen als een tweede thuis. Daarnaast was de locatie perfect, rustig maar toch redelijk dichtbij het centrum. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a unique place, with lots of room. Great area - we walked the 45 mins into downtown each day. The area is bustling, yet the accommodation is very quiet. Be careful when taking a shower - the hot water tank is small so don’t take a lot of time in the shower.

Wie waren positiv überrascht von der Location und würden auch gerne wieder kommen.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

I'd say this is about as good as you can get in Berlin, for price to location/amenities. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment. The apartment is a very good size for our needs (we were a couple with a 15 month old toddler). Pictures are very accurate. Location is perfect. Close to lots of interesting things nearby (Kulturbrauerei DDR Museum, Bernauer St. Wall Memorial) and walking distance or short tram to Alexanderplatz. Also decent tram connection from Eberswalder St to Friedrichshain etc). Lidl or Rewe a few minutes walk away. Two small balconies were great - furniture and nice view down the street. Sun in the afternoon too, if you get the weather. Ben & Simon were great hosts. Easy check in and very responsive. Nice little gifts left too, which is always a nice touch. If travelling with a toddler, just be mindful of the free standing book shelf (we moved the books for our stay) and sharp knives in low kitchen drawer. Don't hesitate to book!

I feel like I can't say enough good things about Julia and this apartment. Everything was perfect. The place is even better than the photos, and Julia is there every step of the way. I already miss staying here, and it will be my go-to place when coming to Berlin. The only thing I'm worried about is too many people finding out about this amazing gem! Thank you, Julia!

Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig. Belangrijk is dat het zeer rustig is en er is een prima bed. De ligging is uitstekend: dichtbij Bahnhof Sudkreuz en S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brucke (S1). Er zijn meerdere restaurants en bars in de buurt, met name even voorbij de Julius Leber Brucke: de Akazienstrasse en de Crellestrasse zijn uitstekend om 's avonds een drankje te doen en een hapje te eten (maar we kunnen ook Saigon Valley op een paar minuten van het appartement aanbevelen). Maar Gerhard heeft een reeks aan suggesties, dus keuze genoeg. Een punt van kritiek: de tv heeft alleen Duitse zenders. Uit ervaring wijs geworden nemen wij altijd een eigen chromecast mee. Aan te bevelen! Nog 1 tip: download de Bvg app: kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer zijn zo eenvoudig te kopen met apple pay. We hebben kortom een paar prachtige dagen gehad in Berlijn. En wanneer we weer gaan gaan we zeker terug naar dit appartement

Tolle Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei und immer schnell. Die Anbindung im öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut, allerdings braucht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln doch gut 50 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung von Andrew ist toll. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und in der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Andrew war sehr freundlich, er ist ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Vielen Dank.

Wir durften 4 Nächte in dem tollen Loft verbringen und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Es war sehr sauber, unkompliziert und die Unterkunft war sehr einfach zu finden! Wir haben fälschlicherweise eine Nacht zu viel gebucht. Dies war jefoch gar kein Problem, denn Nathalie hat uns die Nacht sogar noch nach dem 2. Tag zurückerstattet. Ebenfalls durften wir von ihren tollen Tipps profitieren, an denen es nicht mangelt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat auch gut geklappt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön allerdings hat man es schon etwas weit in die Innenstadt. Wer allerdings eine etwas ruhigere Unterkunft sucht mit einer schönen Umgebung in der Nähe vom Wasser ist hier genau richtig.

Je viens de passer 6 jours chez Ute ,avec une amie.Tous les soirs ,bien fatiguées après nos visites , nous regagnions notre "home ,sweet home " avec beaucoup de plaisir. Ute est vraiment très accueillante. Le logement, très calme ,est super bien placé et permet d'accéder rapidement aux différents sites touristiques. On s'y sent bien. Nous envisageons de retourner à Berlin ,et c 'est bien sûr chez Ute que nous irons.

This condo is beautiful / stunning! Definitely worth the stay. Simon was helpful and accommodating with flexible check in. Great that it comes with car garage parking as well. Just a heads up because it wasn’t super clear in the listing that it is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Also the parking garage can be a little tricky to access in and out on foot, if we weren’t leaving super early in the morning I would have asked Simon for clearer instructions though.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

nettes rentnerpaar und schöne helle, ruhige wohnung. vermieter haben immer schnell auf nachrichten reagiert. habe zum abschied ein stück cheesecake bekommen :) achtung, es lebt auch ein hund am grundstück.

Aus der Tiefgarage per Aufzug direkt in den 5.Stock, dort erwartet einen eine Wohnung im Neuzustand, mit makelloser Reinheit, Top Ausstattung und Blick über die Dächer Berlins! Die Betten sind sehr straff und keineswegs durchgelegen, ( das Masterbed ist sehr gemütlich!) die Bettwaren und Handtücher haben Hotelqualität und scheinen auch nach den Hygienestandards gewaschen zu werden. Der Gefrierschrank ist separat unter dem Kühlschrank und bietet 4 Fächer. Das WLAN ist Top. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Top, in einer guten Gegend, freundliche Anwohner und ein premium Holmes Place Fitnessstudio und Kaufland direkt vor der Tür. Der Host ist super erreichbar! Jederzeit wieder!
