Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The home is very comfortable, well equipped, great outdoor area, very relaxing. We were lucky with a sunny stay, and made the most of the tennis courts, table tennis and pool table , great to have use of the racquets etc in the house, all facilities a short stroll away from the front door. We hope to return as it has all we wanted in a holiday break.

What a wonderful place to spend time and create memories with family. Location was superb, facilities available to use i.e. swim, restaurants and spa were superb and the accommodation was spotless, well equipped and welcoming. Cannot fault it and will be back. Thank you Jan and Jamie

The place was amazing and exceeded our expectations, the surroundings were also beautiful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go again. Also Mike and Adina were really helpful in every aspect.

Mayflower is the perfect place to stay for a family/ friends group.. great location, private but walking distance to amenities, comfy beds, great showers, really well equipped… hot tub, kayak and pool table were all used and much appreciated. Would highly recommend

Absolutely stunning place, everything we needed for a short break away from it all. The place looks even better in real life. Felt really safe and comfortable there. Loved watching the sunset across the lake every evening. Would highly recommend staying here, especially in the summer, although we enjoyed it as we were lucky with the weather.

What a lovely home! Super clean and bright. Beautiful setting right on the lake. Fun amenities such as play ground, table tennis, and tennis available on site. We had a fab weekend away with the family and was just what we needed. Walked the 9km along the canal to Cirencester and got the bus home. The only downside is the fast main road (B4696) and there are no lights along it at night for walking back from local restaurants. Obviously not the hosts fault but worth noting.

We had a lovely stay here, very peaceful and serene. The place was spotless and cosy. Perfect for a quiet weekend with friends, we all really enjoyed it and will definitely come again. Gina was really helpful and gave clear instructions as well as local recommendations for food
