Great house close to Christchurch Park, and a 10 minute walk downhill into town. We felt comfortable staying here and had a brilliant week in Ipswich. Thank you!

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

We were very happy with our stay at Michelle's place. The property was very generously sized, well appointed and maintained. Michelle was a very responsive and considerate host, taking time and care to ask about our needs. She set up a room especially for our train-mad 4-year old, which was a lovely extra touch.

Myself and my partner and Labrador had a lovely stay for a few nights at Jo's. Such a thoughtful host, all bits there needed for a dog stay and even little biscuits for him. Little touches like a bottle of wine, fresh bread, eggs etc was all so kind. Such a comfortable bed and very peaceful location with some lovely walks around.

The house is beautiful and even better than the photos. We were a party of 10 and we found we had everything we could possibly need and enough room to live comfortably. We stayed mainly around the house, cooking meals and playing games by the open fire but ventured out for country walks and to visit the alpacas, which were a highlight. Overall a fantastic weekend, we can't wait to come back.

Staying second time with my friends in this beatiful house. Everything was perfect. One new find is lovely animal farm in 10 minutes by car from the house with cute wallabies!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

A perfect home away from home! The caravan is in a great location and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The caravan is spacious, with a bonus of having outside decking and seating that looks out onto the sea. There are activities on the park (including an outdoor heated swimming pool which is a bonus, in addition to a shop, restaurant and clubhouse which had some good entertainment. This was all shared in my welcome email which was greatly received. The place was really clean and the added welcome gift from Shanice was a really nice gesture. I would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely stay. Nice and spacious with everything we needed. Lots of seating when family came over. Alice was quick to respond when needed. The baby loved running up and down and seeing the chickens. Would love to come back in summer when the weathers better to explore more

A beautiful location in gorgeous surroundings. Polly sent plenty of information regarding the accommodation and local area which was extremely helpful. The property was perfect for us as I can't think of anything better than waking up to the sound of birds singing rather than the sound of traffic! The house was very warm and cosy and it was lovely to be able to walk around the grounds and lake. I definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to visit this area!

Great place in a beautiful part of the country. We came down for work, really good value for money, WiFi was great, we were able to get everything done, close to local towns for meetings and the bed was really comfortable. We’ll definitely use it again next time we’re down. Thank you for having us Kirsty!

My family enjoyed our little weekend break in this accommodation. Home from home. Nice corner plot with a lovely hot tub which kiddies really enjoyed. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

The Hideaway really lived up to it’s name! Hidden away behind the boatyard in a very quiet private area. Very bijou but just what we needed for a few dates relaxing. A two minute walk to the centre of Pin Mill and the great photo opportunities I was hoping for. Also some lovely walks right on our doorstep. It has it’s own lovely wooded garden.

Very spacious annex with well provided kitchen, lovely location, amazing value for money. A great find, will book again if back in the area.

Comfortable stay in a great location for Woodbridge and surrounding areas. Cottage was warm and comfortable (lovely beds). It was a weekend stay, so we ate out, but did use the well-equipped kitchen and oven on our first night. Abi was a proactive host and quick to reply to any messages. If you are driving, just be prepared to park elsewhere (down by the park is an easy 5 min walk) or reverse back out if other cars block your exit!

We had a wonderful new years stay in this property . Herve’s place was extremely clean, cosy and very well stocked with everything you might need. The location was perfect for walks, pubs and restaurants and in a lovey quiet cul de sac. Herve was easy to contact and very responsive and pro active. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Quite simply the best Air b&b we have ever stayed in. I have OCD and I am very picky about staying in clean places, but my goodness this place is spotless! It feels like your own home, it’s so comfortable. It’s modern and finished to a very high standard, with everything you can think off. I would 100% stay here again. The area is excellent for getting around Suffolk and felt safe. Communication was easy and quick. I wish all Air b&b owners got it this right. Well done Neil!

The ideal location for a cosy short stay. The comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Lovely little place, perfect for 2.
