Excellent location for visiting SMU. It’s a rare gem where you can walk to destinations, but this place also has a parking spot which is especially needed for the neighborhood. The floor plan works great for those needing to work remotely. The kitchen had everything I needed and the beds were comfortable. The hosts are kind and super responsive. We will stay again!

Ali Nicole was very responsive and very helpful. She is a kind person. The place is spacious and located well in the Dallas area; close to good crossroads and easy access to the highway. Groceries and other stores are a two minute walk! I found her place to be ultra comfortable and has more than everything. The master bedroom bed is the most comfortable I have slept in. The grounds of the complex are so interesting, great for your dog to sniff and explore. Very safe area and friendly people. Ali Nicole was so accommodating for my dog!!

Perfect place to stay if your planning to attend a event at ATT stadium or anything close by. Lots of space compared to a hotel. Very clean and comfortable place.

Great for my family. Very clean, place felt like home, the beds were soooo comfy. She had great products in the bathroom for us to use and ample towels. The storage space was great.

The place was beautiful and spacious! The decor was especially nice. Many extra amenities were provided. The host was friendly and provided very responsive communication. The location had nice restaurants within walking distance and was a very close drive to most of Dallas sights. Check in and check out we’re both very easy. This will be our first choice when we travel to Dallas!

Great convenient place to stay when visiting Dallas. The Traeger grill is great for cooking, there are patios on multiple levels to enjoy when the weather is nice outside.

Donna is an excellent host. I spent 5 weeks in Donna’s beautiful and peacefully decorated condo. She was always very responsive and accommodating. I brought by cat and needed to ship litter, food and a litter box and she brought it all in which was a huge time saver and relief not to have to go out after a long travel day. I would highly recommend both of Donna’s condos. I have no doubt I will be back before I move to Dallas.

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.

The place was great! Had everything that we were looking forward to right nearby! Looked exactly like the pictures and would definitely go again!

This location was great and convenient. The loft felt very homey and the decor was a blast to stare at when we were in! Definitely would love to come back.

Ce logement est fantastique, l’emplacement et la quiétude sont un plus, je me suis sentie en sécurité et très confortablement installée. Cécilia était très réactive, toujours prête à aider et j’ai eu un petit soucis de clé, entièrement de ma faute, et Cécilia m’as appelé et elle a réglé la situation en un clin d’œil. Je n’aurais pu trouver meilleur hôtes et meilleur logement. Merci Cécilia d’avoir été un hôte présent et aidant. Je vous souhaite bonne continuation. Je reviendrai certainement à Irving/Texas.

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

Excellent location! Julian is a great host and was extremely helpful with my questions! Appreciate him going above and beyond with my situation on timing. I definitely recommend staying here for any activities downtown! The free parking is a plus!!

Very clean & comfortable. Host was very responsive & helpful. Was in town for a trade show, & Miguel's place was very convenient to the Dallas Convention Center. Good restaurants close by. Enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay. Nice restaurants around. Only thing is my husband and I had to shower with Luke warm water the first couple nights because the shower handle was a little weird, but Ken helped us out.

Andrey’s place was perfect for our five-day visit with our granddaughter. The condominium complex was quiet and neighbors were friendly and respectful of quiet hours. The location is great for proximity to shopping, parks, and the city; it took only 25 minutes to get to the children’s aquarium near the Cotton Bowl downtown. Andrey is an extremely accommodating host who goes out of his way to help. Having stayed in a few Airbnbs in this area, Andrey’s place is a very good value. We especially appreciated getting a late check out on our departure day. We would definitely stay here again.

EJ’s place was clean and cozy with a great location and fair price! You’re in a great area with friendly neighbors and an own slice of home! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
