Stephen who manages the place is a super star! The place has some old furnishings, but it’s very cozy. We lit the large fire and enjoyed the trees outside and the beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful weekend.

Seth and Carla were extremely responsive during our stay! We loved how many beds this house had and we were able to all spend time together while comfortably being seated around tables/living rooms! We wish the fire pit had seating or that fireplaces worked, but we loved this property and its proximity to wineries and ski resorts!

This place was so well stocked and inviting. There was plenty of food in the refrigerator for breakfast. We did not need to buy anything at all. There was also a great deal of toiletries in case we forgot something. We really enjoyed this house.

My stay at Chasidy’s place was lovely. My family and I have been many times, and it is always great. The house is cozy and on a quiet street near the greenway and the main street shops. Chasidy is always friendly, pleasant and responsive to any questions. We always have a great time.

Jen’s place is perfect for an escape from the public, while close enough to Shenandoah and Charlottesville and Culpeper for adventures. She was extremely attentive and responsive, making us feel welcome from the start. Would recommend to anyone.

So this Airbnb is quirky which I loved. It's in an old historic building in downtown Frederick close to restaurants, bars, and shops. There was a very comfortable large bed and an antique daybed that someone could easily sleep on that was also very, comfortable. See the pictures for the decor--very unique and I loved it. Yes, as in the description, the old heaters make noise but the host provided a sleep/silent noise machine which I used one night--not necessarily for the heaters but for the noise outside. The traffic and the central location can get loud (because you're in a central location. )Getting into the airbnb was a tad confusing and I drove past the parking lot a few times because I arrived at night. Also, if they could replace the lock boxes with button key locks I think it would be easier for people to access the units. But that's about it. I loved by stay -- and so did my pups! I'll be back.

Everything was perfect! The instructions were clear and Jason was very responsive. The location is perfect and in walking distance from many local restaurants and parks!

We stopped in Staunton while driving home for the holidays with our pups. Christi was very responsive, and all her messages were clear and helpful. This was the perfect place for us at our "halfway" point on the road trip. We could let the pups do their business in the backyard (of course, we cleaned up after them as all pet owners should). And the house felt cozy and warm. The king-size bed was super comfortable, and we had plenty of blankets and everything we needed for a quick night's stay. The town of Staunton has lots of history and good places to eat, so we were happy even just driving around checking things out. Christi and her family live in the house above. We could all hear one another a bit between the wood floors. But we didn't mind at all. It was silent once it was time for bed, and we felt very at home. We'll plan to stay here again on our next road trip back to NY.

Nice little efficiency for a quick get away. Very comfortable and clean. Slept very well on the most comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower, a hairdryer with max wattage, and a white noise machine. Filtered water pitcher and ice maker were very helpful. We would stay again! Bottom floor of apartment building, so you do hear footsteps above in the mornings.

Elizabeth’s attic apartment matched the description in the photos. It’s very cozy, clean, comfy bed and linens. Location is perfect when you want to visit downtown Charlottesville and nearby town in Crozet. Me and my husband had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

I wish there was an extra star for the Host! Lorena was super helpful, always responded less than 30 minutes, and made us feel welcome into her home. Personal touches say a lot, and she had written us a nice thank you card that was on the table when we arrived. It was also nice that we did not have to run out and get toiletries immediately as they were readily available upon our arrival. Lorena was also upfront with an issue involving the oven, however there was a toaster oven readily available if we so choose. I highly recommend her condo to anyone with a small group of people/small family that plans on staying in the Deep Creek area!

This Airbnb was spacious with very comfortable beds! I think, in the off-season, it could be a tad cheaper, but it was close to shopping, the vineyard, and the state park.

Laura’s place was clean, had everything we needed and was in an excellent location. The dog beds & dishes were the icing on the cake! Everyone enjoyed the stay!

The perfect location for my husband and I to attend the college ski & snowboard races going on at Bryce Resort. Charmingly remodeled, Molly’s place was spotlessly clean and uncluttered, leaving plenty of space for all our winter gear! The beds and linens were very comfortable which made for quite a few cozy mornings sleeping in. The unit is directly beside the slopes and golf course, so you can’t beat the convenience no matter what time of year you come.

We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated being able to bring our dog. It’s a great layout, well decorated, and the deck has a terrific view of the sunsets. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and Baker Park. We will be glad to return.

Doug’s place was just what we needed. This lovely cute apartment tucked away up the hill was a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of normal life. For a larger party of people, the price is hard to beat. Sleeps 8 comfortably on average of 60ish a night... right in the heart of downtown Frederick. The security and intro process to getting into the apartment is a bit of a hassle, but it does provide a nice safety element. It's slightly hard to park and unpack (especially with multiple people driving separately) but the walkability and convenience far outweigh those concerns. Overall, excellent location and I would recommend it highly.
