Lovely place to stay, exactly as described. They were more than accommodating with anything we needed. There home have me the perfect relaxing weekend I was looking for. They even went above n beyond for each of there guess. I recommend everyone visit this place at least once.

I 100% recommend this place. It is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The space was neat and tidy, and the hot tub was clean (and warm!). Sarah was incredibly helpful with everything from check-in to recommendations on what to do and where to go (and replies within minutes). My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay! Definitely worth the price!

Great place for a family vacation even in Winter. Pool table-game-tv room was great - we could shoot pool and do a puzzle while watching a silly movie or show. Hot-tub was nice and fire pit was lovely. We were steps away from downtown and several restaurants - we didn't cook but the kitchen is nice.

We booked Martin's cottage for rest/relaxation during the holiday season with our growing extended family. The space was appropriate for young children, our aging parents, and our beloved furry family members. Thank you for your hospitality and warmth throughout the booking process. Don is an excellent host and the cottage is beautifully situated. Right next to a bunch of activities in Kingston and surrounding towns.

We had a phenomenal time at this stunning lakeside retreat. While it looks like a perfect summer getaway—serene, spacious, and incredibly private—its winter beauty is just as remarkable. Watching the sunrise over the frozen lake is a breathtaking experience, and the hot tub adds the perfect touch, making it unforgettable to soak in the warmth while surrounded by crisp winter air. Our February stay exceeded expectations, and we highly recommend it year-round. Richard was an excellent host—responsive, honest, and ensuring the place was immaculate upon arrival. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet memorable escape, this is the place to be.

We loved our stay! The hosts were very helpful during the snow storm that hit and ensured the driveway and deck areas were clear so that we could still enjoy the hot tub and drive safely. A beautiful spot for a winter weekend.

I had a wonderful long weekend here. The environment is fantastic, and my friend and I felt very comfortable staying in the house for two days. Even though we encountered a snowstorm, we were able to relax comfortably in the house. I highly recommend the hot tub; it was amazing to enjoy the snowy scenery while sipping on a warm drink. Most importantly, the host was very thoughtful and responsible. Not only did they treat us to a bottle of white wine, but they also promptly fixed the hot tub the next day when it wasn't heating up properly. I feel that booking this house was excellent value for the money!"

Jolene and Chuck are so friendly and welcoming. They really go above and beyond and have thought of everything you need to feel comfortable. They are eager to offer a helping hand and extremely quick to respond which is much appreciated. Phil and I were a very new couple and have only dated for two months but after experiencing a beautiful night star gazing and listening to the sounds of nature we are now officially a couple! Was the 10-hour round trip worth it? Absolutely, without a doubt! Even though the weather wasn't ideal, it only added to the charm of this beautiful cabin—honestly, we felt like we were in a cozy winter wonderland. I can't think of a single negative moment from our stay. Even our cats would agree. Alison and James have truly created something special here, and their attention to detail made this one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. Not to mention all the incredible visits we got from the local wildlife. Communication with Alison was seamless, which truly helped ease our nerves about visiting a new place while navigating through challenging weather conditions. We’re already looking forward to coming back and experiencing the treehouse in all its glory (hopefully without the freezing rain next time!). cabin was nicely tucked away surrounded by nature. All the amenities were top notch and a joy to use. A very home-y vibe and nicely decorated. The photobook covering the construction of the home was a nice touch. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Wood stove kept us toasty and had no problems keeping the home warm. Everything about the stay gets 5 stars. Would stay again!

Our stay at the Birch cabin was super relaxing & comfortable. Jolene & Chuck are amazing hosts who ensured we had everything for our stay. They were kind & responsive. The cabin is spacious & well stocked with pots & pans and other essentials. We loved exploring the property, had a lovely time in the hot tub & star gazed on tge deck at night. Our 2 dogs had an amazing time as well. This beautiful property is truly a hidden gem & I would highly recommend it!

We loved our stay on Fairy Lake Island. Kim was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to insure we had everything we needed or wanted during our stay. The house was thoughtfully supplied with every amenity. The many outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the amazing views were perfect. Every evening was a spectacular sunset with the best view on the lake. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was even more stunning than the photos. My friends, family and I were so impressed with the space and all the thoughtful touches. We came to celebrate my birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Even when the weather turned gloomy, we were more than happy to stay in and hangout - it’s that cozy and well-designed. Would come back in a heartbeat!

I have experienced a few airbnbs to date and must say that I have yet to experience anything unpleasant. That's because of the incredible integrity of hostesses like Charlotte, overseeing places like this sweet gem: true to its advertisement, and very well laid out instructions which kept us from having to inquire about anything. We came to create and we came to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. My husband and I are calling this our "Oasis-Escapis" and plan to bring more monumental celebrations and creative endeavours here.
