Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Really enjoyed our Stay at Eduardo’s place. Beds were amazing and rooms can be dark for when you want to sleep. Apartment is on one short flight of stairs so easy to get in. There’s a balcony area at the top that is accessible. There’s also plenty of rooms and 2 bathrooms for convenience. It is a little bit outside city center but the peacefulness at night makes it worth it. There’s also a foosball and ping pong table that my kids really enjoyed. My only complaints were that there’s no dishwasher and one of the showers spills a lot of water out that is not worth using since floors get all wet…also main bathroom sink and toilets need adjustment, besides that, it’s a great place and we slept amazing!

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was ideal — in the heart of Rome, not far from Spanish Steps, with great restaurants, cafes, and sights just a short walk away. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. The sitting room upstairs with 360 view of Rome was an absolute highlight! Highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

very nice stay, roomy apartment with enough beds and baths for our group. Well appointed kitchen. We had a small issue with WiFi but the host took steps immediately to resolve and they did a great job. Location is walkable to a nice area and to the metro , very useful for getting around Rom easily. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and roomy, lots of good reviews explain why we booked the flat, we were very happy in it. We have suggested a cafetière to make more coffee than the expresso maker in the flat. But that apart, it is well equipped and we did quite a bit of cooking over our three week visit. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor of the building is very good and the staff are friendly. Also round the corner is a Gusto place that opens about noon and sells restaurant type food for take away and reheating, VG. There are two close by tube stations, but when arriving with luggage use Medaglie d’Oro. It is about four minutes going downhill from the station to the apartment. If you use Salvator Rosa, you have to go uphill and climb a lot of stairs. These stations are on Line A of the metro, the tickets last 90 minutes and are good for the busses. A weekly ticket is about 14 euros, each ride is 1.50 euros. In winter we did not have to book ahead or timeslots for Pompeii or Caserta.

Viviana y su madre, Claudia, son dos anfitrionas EXCEPCIONALES. Este alojamiento es maravilloso en lo edilicio, pero lo que mas destaca es la hospitalidad, la amabilidad y la solidaridad de las anfitrionas. Es un lugar perfecto para una maravillosa estadía en Roma. Mi hijo y yo fuimos muy felices allí, "cómo en casa" y ademas nos sentimos muy acompañados por las anfitrionas. Gracias!!! Volveremos a elegir este alojamiento para Roma, sin dudas!

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy access on foot and public transport. Some nice pizza places and a gelateria nearby. Apartment was perfect for 4 x couples. Plenty of space and all rooms en suite was perfect. Building has so much character. Would recommend.

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

This flat was the perfect place for us to end our European trip! The host was helpful and accommodated our very early morning check in around 2 in the morning. Cozy bed, spotless bathroom, lovely little place. One note: this is a 3 floor walk up a spiral staircase but nothing too unattainable. Lovely space and location! Grazie mille!

Elena was a lovely and helpful host. Many thoughtful touches throughout the apartment and constant communication before and during our stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe with bus and train options nearby. 20-30 minutes to most local sights (except for the Vatican which was a 10 minute walk). Thank you, Elena! We were 2 couples staying here whilst sight seeing in Rome. Francesca was a fabulous host, quick to respond, easy to communicate with, lots of helpful advice and recommendations. Met us at the door of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (there is a small lift) and was exactly as described and even better than the photos. Spotless clean with crisp white bedding and fluffy towels. Both rooms have ensuites, TVs, hairdryers, storage. The kitchen, dining area had everything you could want or need. There is a super market 3 min walk away. There are card / board games provided. The apartment is situated very close to the Vatican (5 min walk, you can see the dome of St Peters at the end of the street). The Rome San Pietro train station is a 5 min walk from the apartment. Taxi / Ubers price can fluctuate depending on the time of day. We paid between €14 and €25 for the same distance over the weekend (to the Trevi area). Lots of restaurants / bars to choose from.

The customer service was great, we were running late because of cancelled flights and they were so helpful and flexible. The flat was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is residential yet there is a small cafe on the corner and a small shop with everything you need within 5 minutes walk. A short walk away is Pont Milvio and there are several great restaurants and bars there. Getting into the centre is easy enough, the bus stop is 1 minute away, change once to get to the sights. Tickets can be bought at the nearby bar. We would stay here again.

Paola was the best Airbnb host we ever had. When we arrived in Rome, we were picked up at the station and dropped off by her daughter and Connor. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and the BnB itself was clean, stocked with drinks and snacks, and had a convenient washer and dryer. They also provided recommendations of the area as well as amazing responsiveness whenever we had questions. DO NOT HESITATE to book this place. She is a world class host.

Our stay was wonderful! Accommodations were just as pictured and our host was very responsive with any questions we had. Area felt safe and was convenient. I would tell friends to stay here if they come to Rome.

We were pleased with this flat in Rome. It's nicely situated and a few blocks away from the Spanish Steps and a bit further from Villa Borghese. That said, it's Rome. Prepare to walk approximately 25-30 minutes to reach the Colosseum, etc. We expected that, so it wasn't an issue, but something to be aware of if you have less mobility. As for the flat itself, it was lovely. The kitchen, washer/dryer, etc., were massive for our stay of a week, and while the fridge isn't an American-style one, it has more than enough space with an added freezer. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were okay. The showers could use more water pressure, but that's just the it is. The lights are just confusing. Probably the only negative. As for those looking to get transportation through them, we did not have a good pickup experience. The driver was 45 minutes late, lied about a wreck (which we could see on Google Maps), and then forced us to pay cash when we we a card. We used Uber back.

L’alloggio é davvero bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli, ampio, con una terrazza splendida (sfruttabile in qualsiasi stagione). Unico piccolissimo difetto, che poi si trasformerà in un enorme pregio, é la sua posizione… se non si conosce la città di Roma, la prima volta non è semplice da trovare, persino Google Maps aveva difficoltà… ma una volta trovato, sarà nella posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico ! Soprattutto, offrendo una terrazza splendida, é in grado di regalarti relax e benessere dopo una lunga giornata ! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio ! Ideale per qualsiasi tipologia di viaggiatore !

We were very thankful to have found this place. It was a 5 mins walk to Garbatella station, and the host was so sweet to let us check in early. The place was amazing, it was so new, clean and has that perfect bath tub which helped ease our legs from the long walks in the day! Even a washer & dryer machine that came in handy. After touring Italy across few cities, this remains our favorite Airbnb and I would recommend this place to everyone. Will rebook if I’m back in Rome!

Seconda permanenza (a distanza di due anni) in questo alloggio: pulito, ordinato e davvero ben tenuto. Simona e Stefano sono stati estremamente gentili e reattivi nelle risposte nonostante il periodo di festa. Hanno risolto un piccolo inconveniente celermente e assicurandosi di non disturbare il nostro soggiorno. Il quartiere è tranquillo, ci sono posti liberi per le auto nelle strade adiacenti e alcuni mezzi pubblici utili a distanza di pochi passi. Ci sono ristoranti di quartiere raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata. Consiglio questo appartamento per la struttura (dotata di ogni comfort) ma soprattutto per i due host.

Excellent location to access the Vatican and surrounding area! The Castel D’Angelo was a great site to visit as well. Great food nearby. Some tv noise from the neighbors and the train station nearby so bring earplugs! Loved that this was also on the first floor, not a ton of stairs to climb. Thank you for providing breakfast goodies too!

Our stay was fantastic. Also provided clear easy to follow instructions. He was waiting for us at our arrival, which was a relief after our long travel time. Aldo was proactive in communicating and made sure everything for our arrival would work out. He checked us in, gave us some neighborhood tips, and made sure we had what we needed. During our stay the water heater broke and Aldo quickly did all he could to make it right - and rnded up getting it fixed the next day. He could not have handled this better - thanks! The apartment was spotless - even the Jacuzzi- which was unexpected. The location is right in the middle of Trastevere, very convenient.

Anna Rita was very responsive from the start, providing all the information we needed. The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of many famous Roman sights, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment overlooks a courtyard, making it very quiet. The apartment itself feels spotless, and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils for a short stay. Bath tubs are a bit challenging for a quick shower, but squeaky clean and new. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and we would definitely recommend it!
