I would definitely stay again while visiting Orlando. Close enough to attractions and far enough to maintain peace. Neighborhood was very beautiful. Pool and gym were both beautiful with sufficient equipment. Apartment was nice and clean as pictured. Thanks Ari!!!

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

Stephan was a great host. Always keeping in touch if we needed anything. Place was great literally 5 min from legoland !! The neighborhood is beautiful. Beautiful apartment. Our kids love their room and play with legos ! Definitely stay here again! Thank you Stephan !!l

Nice, quaint place. Perfect value for the price point. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to and on a cul-de-sac street. Pam was very responsive.

I needed a quiet space to focus and finish my doctoral thesis. Kevin’s place perfectly fit the bill! I was able to finish my thesis and get a little rest. Perfect stay!

Karen’s Cottage was a great place to stay in Lakeland. Beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located. The cottage was neat and clean , check-in and out were super easy. Highly recommend.

Here for a work trip, only thing available. Was great, there to sleep and my guys had no complaints. Thank you!

O apartamento é incrível! Tudo limpinho e organizado, exatamente como nas fotos. É aconchegante e mto confortável. Fica muito perto da Disney World, Walmart e Publix. Amamos o lugar.

Adam's condo was just as described. I loved the cleanliness and tasteful decor. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. We also enjoyed the convenience of the community pool and hot tub. We definitely plan to come back and stay here again.

Marina was a very responsive host. She left clear instructions. We had an issue entering the home once, and she let us in immediately. Thanks for the snacks! They came in handy when arriving. The place was clean and as pictured. The property was safe and quiet.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! The location was easy to find, and having no parking hassles was a huge plus. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. I can’t speak to what the home was equipped we, we pretty much just used the home to sleep and shower. Michael was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our needs prior to and throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again.

Trevor was an awesome host! I reached out to him with some questions and he responded immediately. He also gave clear instructions on what was to be done and expected. His place was very clean and tidy. We loved the view from the balcony. There were some very nice sunsets. It is practically right in downtown and very walkable. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you’re going to be traveling to Sebring or the surrounding areas.

Amazing little spot if you are in the Orlando area. Pristine air b&b. I walked into a freshly clean condo with soft music playing on the tv, lights turned on and a plate of snack waiting for me. Communication was wonderful and the door was peaceful and homey. Absolutely would stay here again.
