Great place in a good location. We walked to the historic downtown (15min) where we found great restaurants and shops. House had everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable and the outdoor area is nice with the hot tub and fire pit. They realized the hot tub was not working properly before we arrived and they were very kind to purchase a “backup” blowup hot tub which they had up and ready for us… which we really appreciated! Homeowners are great communicators and instructions were easy to follow. Thanks for a great stay!

The Peach Chalet was the perfect home away from home for our stay. Cozy and inviting, it had everything we needed for a comfortable extended visit. The views were stunning. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel especially warm and welcoming. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Palisade and Grand Junction--and the perfect jumping-off point for skiing at Powderhorn. Jennifer and Justin were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!"

We loved everything about our stay at Patricia's place! The house was spacious, bright, and meticulously decorated to enhance the natural surroundings. The area was quiet and the view and proximity of the Colorado National Monument was unbeatable. Patricia's place truly had everything we could possibly have needed or wanted for a cozy, fun week exploring Grand Junction and the surrounding area. I would book this place again, no questions asked.

So beautiful and quiet. The perfect place to enjoy quiet, beautiful vistas and privacy while be close to Fruita and Grand Junction. View of the Monument and Book Cliffs especially at sunrise was breath taking. There were a million stars at night and it really was relaxing to be away from it all. Would highly recommend!

Leah's place is our favorite Airbnb to date. It was adorable, cozy and so comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights. Her place had everything we needed, then some. Comfy beds and bedding, comfy couch, thoughtful, lovely decor, it felt like home. We didn't have any pets or small kids but if we did the fenced yard is private and safe. It was close to a grocery store and mountain bike trails. It was nice to have a locked storage shed to put our bikes and gear in. Honestly, I can't say enough about this place.

Adorable cottage in a quiet and safe neighborhood. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable. The fenced backyard was large and a huge bonus for me and my dog, and the nearby park was great for evening walks. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The bathroom was a little tight but perfectly adequate for our stay. Host Pamela and her son were easy communicators and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Keith’s Airbnb was the perfect place for my Deserts Rats race in Loma. This is a beautiful modern home and Keith thought of all the little things that a guest might need ! He welcomed us with fresh eggs and clementines and a couple of locally brewed beers. The DeLonghi espresso maker was perfect in the mornings along with the massive windows that let in all the Colorado sun! This home is located on a small farm so we had lots of privacy and quietness. We were greeted by a sweet horse and two donkeys with treats we could give them….made sure to give them a few extra treats on our way out. Downtown Fruita is a ten minute ride away. It was a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

This was my second time staying at Jonathan's apartment, and I hope for the opportunity to stay again when visiting Grand Junction. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood, so it's easy to relax and get a good night's sleep with the peaceful surroundings. I appreciate the set up in the kitchen that allows me to easily make meals during my stay. Jonathan is a responsive host and checked to make sure everything was going ok during my stay.
