Heidi's place was easy to find with the provided instructions. Check-in was easy and the home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only issue we ran into was the shower head was not at all powerful and just kind of dribbled out. It made it difficult for my short children to rinse their hair! Other than that, we loved our stay and will definitely stay at Heidi's when we return to the area.

This was our second time staying at Cheri’s charming apartment. Cannot recommend it enough! Comfortable, clean, quiet, awesome location, lovely decor and thoughtful touches throughout.

The idyllic setting and beautiful accommodations of this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and the special touches throughout the living spaces made our out of town guests feel right at home. The hospitality shown to us by the host was exceptional, making the stay truly memorable. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and look forward to utilizing it again in the future!

Lots of things to say, but first and foremost, Eric and Jody's place is a fantastic home if you are looking for a 4-person stay in Fruita. Just a block or so from downtown, we found their home to be complete with the right touches, which made for an easy stay. Provided toiletries in the bathroom, a second quarter-bath, washing machine and dryer, and HUGE garage space made for a comfortable and secure time for my wife, son, and I. Their home is very much a wonderful home base for all of the Fruita/Grand Junction sights and cycling/mountain biking. Want to ride the Colorado Monument? One can do that from the front door. 18 Road Trails? Almost literally straight down Maple St. Loma/Kokopelli Trails? 2 minutes to the freeway and one exit West. Grand Junction is not far so Lunch Loops are well within reach as well. We enjoyed our stay so much, we tacked on an extra day right and the end. We feel lucky to have found Eric and Jody's place, no doubt.

The Chainstay was awesome, will book again when in Fruita. The place was very clean and maintained and step up well to accommodate our bike needs. Jennifer is a great host!

Jeffreys place is amazing and beautiful. Booked this place for my parents, my spouse and I and let me tell you well worth every single penny! Very clean, beds are absolutely amazing and communication was real fast response from Jeffrey. I will be renting again if I return to Grand Junction! Highly recommend

This is a great little place with a shed for bike storage. It’s down the street from two bike shops, restaurants, and 2 local coffee shops. You can literally walk there in 60-90 seconds. The place was nicely remodeled and feels more spacious than the photos feel. The kitchen has a lot of what you need to cook healthy meals and make smoothies. Some little things I liked were dimmer lighting, decorative light tree, heat fan in the bathroom, love seat to kickback on to read or to watch some TV. It’s mostly a quiet location. Someone mentioned a train - while this is true, it’s not horribly disruptive, and I like quiet. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. You can ride and walk from the door to the multi-purpose path to ride out to Kokopelli and to Grand Junction. And you have great hosts who are kind, helpful, and responsive, which are important characteristics IMO. I’ll be returning.

Nancy’s place was fantastic for our group. There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the backyard was beautiful to hang out in. The value was fantastic. Thanks!

We were in town for a livestock sale in Loma and wanted to be close to the sale barn. This place was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s a great location, clean and cozy. We will definitely be telling our rancher friends about this little gem.

We really enjoyed our stay as it really felt like a home and we wanted to stay longer. We gave it 5 stars overall, however there were a few things we wished were better. The best is a bit older and sunken in, fairly comfortable still but obviously nearer the end of its life, so it would be nice if it was replaced soon as it doesn't work as well for stomach sleepers. We did find a couple cockroaches inside which we were not used to dealing with, perhaps it's fairly common for this region so we weren't offended by it. The internet worked but was quite slow. The place was clean and quiet, and it was great being able to ride to some river trails right from there. The garage was great and we loved the size of the place. Nice looking hot tub, though we didn't end up using it.

Karissa place was clean and in a great central location. It was very cozy and the pool was an added bonus for our daughter!They were very responsive and the Airbnb had everything we needed!

Great location, nicely situated, off street parking was greatly appreciated, close to so many amenities, well worth it. Property was very clean and in great condition.

Perfect place to stay, so nice to have two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen and really nice table to work at in dining room. Really easy to get in, easy to park, etc. Agree with some others about road noise, but the reviews were helpful so I took a sound machine and turned it up and slept just fine, couldn't hear anything else. Location is really perfect to get to Colorado Mesa U and any events there, and there's a great coffee/beer place just down the road. This place is a gem, we'll be back for sure!

My family of 4 comfortably stayed here. We loved staying in this loft in the GJ downtown, and really enjoyed the walkability to the restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend Dream Cafe and Kiln Coffee. The beds were comfy, we slept great! Thanks for a great stay!

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

Isabel was super communicative and responsive. We needed to rent her place for a month and she gave us a really nice discount. Everything was as described the location was great.

My husband and I and my four young kids (including 1yr twins), stayed here for about 10 days and it was wonderful! Candice was very accommodating and provided a Pak n play, high chair, and even plastic tableware for the kids - all extra steps to help us feel at home. The location is very central and has a bunch of eateries around. One of the days we drove to Moab and that was beautiful. Highly recommend this place!

Deann’s place was perfect for us! It is right across the street from CMU where my son is going to college, so it couldn’t have been more convenient for us. We also visited the Colorado national monument which was only 15 minutes away. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed!
