I couldn't be happier with my experience! The location is great – just a short walk to the historic center, where you can immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of the city; also easy access to the beaches. Plus, having a supermarket nearby made it super convenient to grab any essentials. The apartment itself is modern and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlights for me were the gym and the coworking space – it's great to have access to fitness facilities while traveling, and a quiet and productive environment for remote workers. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaga :)

As a family of 3 we were very happy with the apartment. Lots of towels and spare linen, new appliances and 2 sets of keys. Great location, easy to walk to good shops, restaurants and just across the road from the beach.

We had an incredible time here! The place was peaceful and relaxing… we even cancelled a non-refundable tour just to have more time to enjoy the property. Wine, a little cheese and those views were exactly what we needed after a busy week traveling and sightseeing. Host was super responsive, friendly and flexible and we loved the local manager and caretaker. They worked very hard to ensure our time was relaxing and memorable. Great location within easy walking distance of the train station (even with luggage) and just an elevator ride away from the beach and restaurants. Beds were super comfy and listening to the waves made it even easier to drift off to sleep. We can’t sit to come back!

Oumayma's apartment was excellent. The decoration and furniture was very modern and the place was kept super clean. the views from the apartment are also awesome. The place has everything you could possibly need and there is a large supermarket right across the road where we got groceries so we did have some food in the apartment and did not have to eat at restaurants for every meal. The apartment also includes private underground parking which was extremely important for us as we are visiting different places in Andalucia and did not want to pay for expensive public parking. The place is conveniently located outside of the city centre but within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and had all things necessary for a comfortable stay. We also loved the views from the 20th floor and how close it was to the city centre. Communication with the host was also great and they were proactive making sure we have everything we need. On a next visit to Málaga, we will definitely like to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering it.

Gracias Javier! La verdad que la pasamos excelente en el piso, es tal cual está descripto y se ve en las fotos, todo impecable, nuevo y muy completo. Estuvimos alojados 3 días visitando Malaga y alrededores y la hubicación para nosotros fué ideal, en una zona tranquila cerca de todo, de facil acceso con vehículo propio y a pocos minutos de los lugares más turísticos de Malaga para visitarlos. Javier y Maria, su señora, nos respondieron prontamente siempre que los necesitamos y resolvieron todas nuestras inquietudes rápidamente, incluso Maria nos recomendo un restaurant en nuestro siguiente destino, Granada, al cual fuimos y fué todo un acierto. Si volviera a Malaga no dudaría un segundo en elegir nuevamente alojarmente en el piso de Javier.

Fantástica vivencia en la villa , muy cerca de la playa y con fantásticas vistas , la única pega fue para el día de la salida demasiado temprano , pienso que lo normal sería si la entrada a la vivienda es alas 16;00 lo correcto sería que la salida fuera ala misma hora , !

La casa es maravillosa. Todo está pensado para estar a gusto. Jordi, muy amable, nos dejó buen vino. Las ventanas son de buena calidad y no se oye nada de ruido de fuera. El sofá es comodísimo, la Smart TV una pasada, la cocina súper completa y los colchones muy top. Se nota el cariño en cada rincón. Además, tiene buenas vistas y la zona tiene un encanto especial. ¡Probablemente volvamos muy pronto!

This place is paradise. It had everything we needed. The amenities are incredible: gorgeous swimming pool with a lifeguard, fantastic football pitch, wonderful tennis courts, paddle tennis and basketball courts. 2 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous and has lots of restaurants to choose from. We loved the place and will definitely rely be back. The apartment has an amazing view and was full love writhing we needed: beach towels, tennis rackets, paddle rackets, balls, etc.. The apartment has a lovely coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and everything you need. It is a real home away from home. We loved it, pure paradise. The host was fantastic at answering questions and helping. Thank you

Piso situado en la mejor zona de Málaga. Las mejores vistas de la ciudad, las tiene esta casa. Muy cómodas las camas y almohadas. Zona para ir andando a los principales y más importantes sitios de la ciudad. volvemos sin duda!.

We had a great stay at Casa Sunflower. Well equipped house with a few little extras that made the stay special. Lovely area with nearby shops, markets and restaurants. Great communication from the owner and really helpful and detailed information provided before our stay. A great experience for our family break.

Appartment was exactely as on photos. It was very clean. All necessary equipment was available in the kitchen. We appreciate big terrace. To the beach only 10 min by walk. Shops and restaurants nearby. I really recommend Jose appartment for vacations.

What a fantastic, modern, and brand-new penthouse with a breathtaking view! We enjoyed every moment and the spaciousness of the apartment. Just a 1-minute walk from the apartment, you’ll find the gym, indoor pool, and spa. It is located in a beautiful complex with multiple swimming pools, including a restaurant. The solarium also features lovely garden furniture, where we enjoyed the sun on the loungers and in the lounge area. Furthermore, the host, Jimmy, is incredibly helpful and thoughtful, and the complex is centrally located to all hot spots in the area. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back!

Fredrik and Camilla's place was stunning and absolutely pristine. They were extremely responsive to messages when a few issues needed resolving. The clear instructions with photos and videos were extremely helpful and very inclusive!!!! A lot of thought was put into preparing the apartment for guests (things I wouldn't have thought of myself) for example apartment, deck of cards, binoculars, pens, notepads (in addition to the many many sporting equipment provided). Having shampoo and shower gel was very welcomed especially if you have a late or early flight. Would highly recommend.

2-Zimmer-Wohnung in guter Lage im historischen Zentrum von Málaga. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Restaurants aller Preisklassen in unmittelbarer Nähe. An den Wochenenden ist in der Gegend sehr viel los, daher kann es etwas lauter werden, aber im akzeptablen Bereich. Diego ist sehr zuvorkommend und gibt viele gute Tipps, was man in der Gegend besuchen kann)) eine klare Empfehlung!

We LOVED this place and Malaga Royal property management are extraordinary (we mainly dealt with Inez who is just wonderful). Incredible to deal with. The property looks exactly like the pictures in a beautiful 3 story building. We stayed for a month and would stay here again. Just enough away from the main plazas to make it feel less touristy but close enough where everything was easily walkable. Negatives? Beds are a little hard. There’s noise from the Mexican restaurant next door. You can hear noise from the apartment above. Highly recommend this property or any managed by Malaga Royal

Lovely place, fantastic outside area and the facilities in the complex were more than enough. It’s a short walk to some nice little restaurants. Not too bad a walk to the beach either, we had a car and that made it really easy to get any where, short drive to estapona or Marbella, great location. Communication with David was more than expected, very helpful and shared some great recommendations, don’t often get someone who cares about your experience but David did, really appreciate it! Lovely holiday made better by having a great place to stay.
