Außerordentlich schöne Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen mit großer Terrasse und unmittelbarem Meerblick. Drei separate Schlafzimmer nebst weiterem Doppelbett. Großzügige Wohnräume, große komplett eingerichtete Küche. Keine fünf Minuten Weg zum Meer. Mehrere Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Summe sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Top Location! Sehr empfehlenswert. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Schönes Interieur. Sehr liebe Hunde und eine Katze, die nur frei laufen, wenn die Gäste kein Problem damit haben. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß für 4 Gäste. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit einem herrlichen Ausblick. Man ist sehr schnell an allen Orten im Norden und in der Mitte Fuerteventuras. Wir empfehlen uneingeschränkt!

Well equipped, clean with plenty of space. An excellent location, only a 5-10 minute walk down to the Marina Rubicon where there is a selection of amazing restaurants. Great communication from Francisco & Begoña! Would recommend and definitely consider revisiting.

We had the most relaxing 2 weeks at Marisol's property. She was such a great host and we communicated successfully via translator apps. Our flight was delayed and the shop was closed so she kindly provided us with milk and coffee. The apartment is a real home from home with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. The apartment was clean and comfortable with fantastic views overlooking the sea. The roof terrace is a real suntrap, the stairs leading up to it are quite steep but once you have been up and down a couple of times you get used to it. The shower was amazing! The swimming pool on the complex is beautiful, not heated and very refreshing on a hot day. Marisol has allocated sunbeds so no issues with getting one and there was rarely anyone round the pool. There are nearby bars and restaurants too as a well stocked shop. Just a 20 minute walk along the coastal path into Caleta, a beautiful stroll and taxi back was no more than 4 euros. We will be going back.

La casa es muy tranquila, se disfruta el silencio. Espaciosa, muy bien equipada. La terraza es muy bonita. Se disfruta mucho y está cerca de las mejores playas de la isla. Nos encantó!

Wir haben uns Puerto de Rosaria ausgesucht, weil wir Silvester in der Stadt verbringen und die heiligen drei Könige mit dem traditionellen Umzug sehen wollten. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, sie könnte ein kleines Upgrade ruhig vertragen. Sie hat tolle Momente wie zum Beispiel die Dachterasse. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Selber in die Stadt ist man in ca. 30min. Rafael hat sie sehr gekümmert, er hatte für unseren Sohn Buddel Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt was das Ankommen positiv machte.

From the very first contact during the booking process Alfredo was always friendly and helpful. On arrival the house was spotlessly clean and contained everything we could need to help us s enjoy our stay ( including cold beers in the fridge which were very much appreciated after a long day travelling, thankyou Alfredo!!) We were joined part way through our stay by other family members and the layout of the house, with bedrooms and bathrooms on 2 separate floors, gave us all plenty of privacy . The choice of outside spaces is a huge bonus offering shady and sunny spots all day, I particularly enjoyed watching the sunrise over the hill from our bedroom balcony. As always El Cotillo proved a perfect choice for our holiday destination with beautiful beaches just a few minutes walk from the house and a great range of bars and restaurants to choose from . Thankyou Alfredo, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful house in modern style, very well equiped kitchen, included spices, olive oil, coffee, spacious bathrooms with shower gel and hair stuff provided. great internet, even for online calls. Nice and quite area, even despite of construction in neighborhood. Alice is wonderfull person, very helpfull. Highly recommend this place, will be back with pleasure.

the apartment was clean spacious everything matched the photos and description the kitchen was very well equipped, contact with the owner was very fast and efficient. the area is quiet and peaceful. walk to the beach and shops 6-10 minutes. Verwirrend war die in der Beschreibung falsch angegebene Adresse, auch die Koordinaten im Lageplan waren falsch. Sonst waren Fotos und Beschreibung in Ordnung. Mängel: Bad renovierungsbedürftig, kein WW am Waschbecken, Duschtrennwand nur provisorisch abdedichtet, Badezimmertür aufgequollen und nur schleifend schließbar, ein Fensterbeschlag im 1. Schlafzimmer defekt, Fenster nicht öffenbar, Sonnenschutz/Verdunkelung im 1. Schlafzimmer nicht funktionsfähig. Möbelierung karg, z.B. kein Stuhl in den Schlafzimmern, sonst für 2 Nutzer o.k., Geschirr knapp aber für 2 Nutzer o.k.

Hab mich noch nie so Zuhause in einem Airbnb gefühlt, Bobo und Hans waren super liebe und offene Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit mit wertvollen Tipps, bei Fragen ums surfen aller Art war Bobo der beste Ansprechpartner, küche war toll zum Kochen und generell sehr gemütlich, kommen gerne wieder!

Location is very convenient for walking down the front to the many restaurants and bars there and just far enough away to avoid the noise of the centre. The rooms had everything we needed. All in all, great value.

Bobo is a super host, very friendly and he gave me a lot of local hints. The room and the bathroom are clean and you can find everything you need at the house.

Absolutely loved my stay here, a beautiful rustic villa with everything you could possibly need for a short or long term stay in a peaceful street but just a couple minutes walking to the beach or Main Street. I was solo for a work / surf trip but I will 100% return with a group of friends. Thank you for sharing your home!

Boendet levde upp till våra förväntningar. Det var mycket rent och hade allt vi behövde för vår månadslånga vistelse. Maria svarade snabbt om vi kontaktade henne och var mycket vänlig. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera boendet.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser schönen und geräumigen Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden – mit drei großzügigen Zimmern und drei WCs gibt es genug Platz für alle. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders haben wir den Gartensitzplatz mit Grillmöglichkeit genossen – hier konnten wir gemütliche Abende verbringen. Für unser Baby standen sowohl ein Babystuhl als auch ein Babybett zur Verfügung, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Parken direkt vor der Haustüre war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt, hatten eine großartige Zeit und wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Gio was a fantastic host. The property really suited us. We came to kitesurf and this accommodation provided lots of outside space where we could safely store all our kites and kite foils. It was also located very conveniently close to supermarkets. Gio had a great area with astro turf where we could wash off all our kit. The roof terrace had magical views of Lobos.We are already dreaming of returning!!

maison spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée dans un lotissement calme avec une vue magnifique depuis la terrasse. emplacement central,parfait pour visiter l île. Klaudia est une hôtesse très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
