Nice place to stay with kids. Great pool at the water town, smaller but nice community pool and many parks. The host is the best. Very responsive and nice and always handled water town etc reservations really fast

Anushthan villa is a great place for any and every celebration. We recently celebrated our friends 40th at the villa and it was nothing less than perfect. The venue, the help, the space, the amenities within the villa and the list goes on. We had a live tandoor and catering done and the place accommodated it all. Huge party hall where we had a game master that made us play games through the evening. Shireesh as a host was very accommodating very approachable and helpful. He was responsive and so easy to talk to. He almost entertained every request that we had and we are grateful for this experience. I have to mention the house caretaker Jamal who made the stay so pleasant. He was ALWAYS available ALWAYS ready to help and his polite demeanour was highly appreciated by one and all. We are glad we chose this villa for our friends special day!

Kay homes was a lovely place for a staycation in the UAE. The villa was clean and had basic amenties. We were only there for a night but loved that we could BBQ on the rooftop, make breakfast in the morning etc. They had all basic appliances and there is an al maya 5 mins away for all grocery needs. The pool itself was perfect for 6 ppl and is fairly shaded. Beds and pillows were extremely comfy!

Traumvilla, luxuriös, alles dabei, voll ausgestattet, sehr hochwertig und gepflegt. Wohnanlage ist mit Security und Strand ist in der nähe. Geschäfte sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto kann man auch dazu mieten was ein Megavorteil ist. Sehr guter Gastgeber, freundlicher und kümmert sich um alles. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Immer wieder. Danke, Uzeur!

We enjoyed our stay at Rony's. Rony was very good at responding. ******I suggest a check on a map for Damac Hills Mimosa to get a more accurate location than using the map option on Airbnb. ******* For the two of us, there was plenty of room and privacy. It was a comfortable space in a more suburban setting. The kitchen had good amounts of crockery, pots and pans. There's a local store about 20 mins walk that has all the basics. The property is a bit remote. Depending on where you plan to visit, you may want access to a car. We used ride shares and it got pretty expensive to get around. Overall it is a good property with all thebasic needs for a restful stay.

This house is beautiful. I stayed here for 2 months and I loved the house and the area as well. There are a lot things to do in the area as well. So for the future if someone is booking this house they will have a wonderful time while living here. Zilola was always there to help with anything if needed and I’m sure she will do the same for future tenants as well.

The place was great, we had an amazing time. The place is exactly as described, great location and good price. Everything went smoothly and had great fun.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le logement de Dara et Martin. Celui-ci est particulièrement agréable, avec des terrasses très plaisantes. La literie est confortable, bien que nous ayons regretté l’absence d’un matelas pour le lit de bébé. La cuisine ouverte est très appréciable, même s’il manquait quelques ustensiles sans Téflon. Dara s’est révélée être une hôte très efficace. Elle a eu la gentillesse de nous aider à recevoir quelques colis avant notre arrivée et nous indiquer des bonnes adresses. L’accès aux piscines et aux aires de jeux est un vrai plus pour les familles. L’ambiance générale du voisinage est bienveillante. À proximité, nous avons découvert de belles plages privées, avec une préférence pour Ula Beach RAK, qui nous a particulièrement séduits. L’accès à l’impressionnant désert d’Al Wadi est à seulement 25 minutes de route. Près de l’hôtel Carlton il y a de beaux spots.

The host was responsive, kind, and flexible. The place was spacious, comfortable, and located in a friendly neighborhood. I would recommend renting a car to easily access nearby supermarkets and explore Dubai with ease.
