Near the tube '分倍河原駅'. It was so easy to find and everything is good. I love the vibaration the railway pass through the basement but it may cause some little trouble to your sleep. It should be the best cost-effective place to live near that area. Vovo is so helpful and all staff warm-hearted.

Un hôte exceptionnel ! Il est venu nous chercher à Mt Fuji Station et nous a emmener le jour du départ à Kawaguchiko Station. Cela nous a bien aidé avec nos valises. Appartement spacieux et propre, des futons et linge de lit au Top! De petites attentions de la part de l’hôte comme de la nourriture en libre service et des vélos électriques (nous n’avions pas pu les utiliser car la météo était mauvaise) Je recommande vivement !

You own the whole place so you have the privacy you want. Though a bit of walk you have options of train stations to choose to or even bus. We enjoy our stay and Hitomi's very accomodating and helpful. Stay here if you want to experience calm side of Tokyo.

A+ rental 1 hour from Shibuya! Otera-san was very helpful and kind. Picked me up from the station at a pre-arranged time and brought me to the room. On the drive she showed me many local amenities like grocery, conbini and coin laundry. The room was very tidy and homely, fully equipped kitchen and shower has very high water pressure. There are various rules and guides on garbage disposal and local bus schedules. Would happily stay again!

Logement parfait pour visiter la région d'Hakone. Juste à côté de la station de train donc très pratique (on s'habitue aux passages des trains). Confortable, propre, très bien équipé pour cuisiner, super écran pour les enfants et commerces de proximité à 5 min à pied. On a passé un très bon séjour.

Strongly recommend to stay at Hirabe's place. We enjoyed our stay in Hirabe's place. Hirabe was really really a Superhost. She was very responsive to our questions and responded promptly. She even helped us to arrange our luggage delivery from Tokyo to her place and the other way around. She gave clear instructions on how to find her place, open the key box, and enter the room. The room had sufficient amenities and two heaters that helped us stay warm during cold nights. As a bonus, we could see Mt.Fuji clearly from just outside our room. We were thankful having Hirabe as our host.

Great, cozy place, 3 min walk from train station, nice restaurants and Konbini all in walking distance, but the view of Fuji in the morning on a sunny, cloudless day is absolutely priceless! 😍

Très bon rapport qualité prix, un logement fidèle aux photos, bien équipé, l’hôte était très réactif et toutes les instructions étaient claires. L’appartement était propre. Je recommande ce logement et je n’hésiterais pas à le reprendre si je devait revenir dans le coin. Arigatou gozaimasu🙇🏻

My friends and I have been in Japan for just over 2 weeks, and out of all the places we stayed at, this spot was by far the most heartwarming and welcoming stay we have had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an elderly couple by the names of Masataka and Keiko. They immediately welcomed us and sat us down to make us some traditional Japanese green tea. Keiko is an avid painter, and showed us how to paint Japanese cherry blossoms on a cloth patch, which we thought was so kind. They then let us settle in, and proceeded to walk us into the heart of the village to show us prime photo spots of Mt. Fuji, and even walked us to an outstanding sushi restaurant to eat. Their hospitality exceeded anything I have ever experienced in my life, and it was very uplifting as we were coming towards the end of the trip. They taught us about some of the history of the town having grown up there their entire lives, and it was sincerely a heartening experience. The rooms were clean and perfect! 10/10!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The space is simple but perfect for one person. Very nice neighbourhood with a decent sized supermarket directly opposite the apartment and a very large one just a 5 min walk away. Two train stations within 2-10 mins walking distance. Keep in mind it takes around an hour to reach most places in central Tokyo, but it's quite easy. The kitchenette is small but had the required items to cook some simple meals. I'm a remote worker - wifi was good, but lack of proper desk was a little challenging, just a coffee table with floor seat which is not very comfortable for long periods. but not an issue if you will be out most of the time. the bed just had a futon mattress but I stacked the second mattress from the pull out bed underneath to make it a little softer. host was very responsive and communicative, he even waited up until after midnight to check me in as I made my way from the airport which is much appreciated. overall a comfortable and good value stay!

是一次很美好的住宿體驗！洗衣機很方便（可以洗、脱、烘）而且房東很貼心，還有贈送洗衣精球👍客廳空間也很足夠，除了電視還有投影設備可以使用。浴室浴缸🛁很乾淨、很舒服，小孩住兩天都有使用很開心😊樓下有很多停車位可以免費使用，房間也弄的很溫馨，如果下次還有機會我會想再來入住的😉

Un lugar bastante accesible con una cercanía muy buena a la estación de tren, tenía los servicios necesarios muy cerca y en general era una zona tranquila, el anfitrión siempre estuvo disponible a preguntar y nos añadió recomendaciones de la zona.

I enjoying my staying in Josie Airbnb. As always she was friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and without any clatters. I am satisfied with her hospitality.

If you’re not used to traditional Japanese futons on the floor, it’ll be weird for you. The place is great, very Japanese. Location is awesome. The town is far outside Tokyo enough to be quiet, while being close enough to Shinjuku. The train is literally right outside the room. If you don’t like noise, it’ll bother you. If you can not let things get to you, its great. Rickie’s great at communicating. Anytime I had a question he was on it. Very respectful. Wifi works well. I wish I stayed longer.

Great place to shut down, it's right next to the river so you've got a great place to run right outside. The nearby temple is very pretty, especially a night if you're looking for a great shot, it's dimly lit by warm and diffused light. In my personal opinion, it's better than anything I saw in Kyoto, though maybe I'm biased because here, I could actually take a photo without at least 50 people being in it haha. It's right next to the tracks, I am extremely sensitive to noise so I'm surprised that I was almost completely unbothered by the trains even without ear plugs, at night it was a non issue. Just don't sleep with the window open, I was here in the middle of winter so that was never even a consideration. However if you sat inside all day, it could get annoying, like a neighbour mowing their grass all day. Rickie was nothing but an absolute gentleman, I have nothing negative to say about him.
