総合的にとてもよかったです！！ サウナは、暖かくなるまでだいぶ時間はかかりますが、最高でした！ 他も綺麗だし、色々揃っているし大満足です。 以下、少しだけ気になったところ。 ・カラオケは、使用不可。充電が切れていたのか、故障していたのかはよくわからなかった。専用の充電器もなかった。 ・洗濯機周辺（浴室辺り）が排水溝の匂いでとても臭い。 ・焚き火は、手のひらサイズの穴から火が出るだけで、焚き火感はない。 ・BBQグリルは、火力が弱すぎる。 以下、掲載されてはいるものの要確認な点。 ・5人以上だとベッドが足りない。（5人だったので、2人でセミダブルで寝るところがでました。） ・キングベッドはシングルベッドを２つ並べたもの。 ・調味料はない。他の方が残してきたものはある。塩ない。 ・サランラップがない。

Cozy cottage in a quiet residential area. Toru's cottage is clean, well equipped, and perfect for a BBQ getaway - not too far from central Tokyo and has a large enough outdoor area. The fireplace worked perfectly and would have been amazing if it was colder during our stay.

我們全家四人在這住了五天， 屋子保持的很乾淨，交通、吃東西、買東西也非常的方便，也很安靜。 入住的過程非常順利，有提供非常仔細說明。 屋內用品齊全，還有空氣濾淨器，讓鼻子超級容易過敏的我住的非常的舒適。 非常的滿意。 下次來日本表參道附近玩一定還會再來住。

This place was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The tall ceilings and mountain views were stunning—just like in the photos! The kitchen was incredible, and the massage chair was a great bonus. One unique and wonderful detail was that dogs are allowed on the furniture, which is rare for Airbnbs! Unfortunately, part of the pool was broken during our stay, but when we were able to use it, it was fantastic. Our dog loved it just as much as we did! I highly recommend this place to anyone, and I hope to stay here again. 这次在日本住的民宿，真的是我们旅行中最难忘的体验之一！房东女士的细心和热情让我们感到宾至如归，她的房子也让我们感到无比舒适和温馨。 房间干净整洁，布置得非常温馨，所有设施一应俱全，尤其是厨房和浴室，使用起来非常方便。我们特别喜欢房间的装饰，充满了日式风格，让人感到放松和舒适。 最让我们感动的是房东的热情和帮助。从我们入住的第一天起，她就非常细心地为我们介绍了房子的使用方法和周边的景点，还为我们推荐了很多当地的美食和购物地点。当我们遇到一些小问题时，她总是第一时间回复并帮我们解决。她的英语非常流利，沟通起来完全没有障碍，这让我们感到非常安心。 特别值得一提的是，房东还为我们准备了一些小礼物和欢迎卡片，这种贴心的细节让我们感到非常温暖。她甚至还自己开车来接送我们，让我们的旅行更加顺利和愉快。 在我们离开的早上，房东带我们去看到了难得一见的富士山！ 总的来说，这次住宿体验超出了我们的预期，我们不仅住得非常舒适，还感受到了房东的热情和关怀。如果有机会再来日本，我们一定会再次选择她的房子！强烈推荐给所有来日本旅行的朋友，你们一定不会失望的！ 这样的房东是我一直喜欢用airbnb的原因！她值得五星！

airbnbのオーナーでもあり、素敵なワインショップを運営されているami hayamaの方々には、チェックイン当日開催のオルガンコンサートにご招待頂いたり、チェックアウト後も荷物をテラスに一時的に置かせて頂いたり、大変寛大にお世話になりました。立地は最高で、逗子の駅前で買い物した食材、近辺のスーパーで買い足した食材で色々お料理し、1階で購入させていただいたワインと共に食してうっとりとする時間を過ごせました！子供たちも大満足でした。ありがとうございました。

Hale Akasaka was a fabulous house! Our family of 4 loved staying there for 9 nights. Extremely peaceful and quiet, it was an oasis in Tokyo. And many subway lines were within a 10 minute walk from the house (and we rode the subway multiple times per day). The dedicated parking spot was super useful. Everything we needed was in the house and we had plenty of room. We found the neighborhood charming with quite a few great little stores tucked in the side streets (cheesecake place was fabulous!). Hosts were always super responsive (we had very few questions as the house manual/instructions were very clear)! Thank you for hosting us!

家族で小田原城と箱根観光の為に滞在させて頂きました。宿泊施設は分かりやすい場所にありました。駐車場の場所は隣接していないのですが近くにあり、分かりやすいように写真での説明を頂き大変助かりました。滞在しやすいように布団等の準備もしてくださり、疲れておりましたので、とても暖かく迎え入れてくださっているように感じました。とても過ごしやすく、家族で滞在した良い思い出の一つとなりました。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Perfect place in a quiet location that's close enough to the train stations to visit anywhere in the city.

The house was spotless clean. Our group of eight enjoyed staying very much. The train station was close. We could easily use the house again.

强烈推荐！非常非常好 远比照片上要漂亮很多。楼下有客厅 厨房等 楼上是两间卧室 和式的床铺非常舒服！周围很漂亮 走两分钟就是大海 就在江之电旁边 非常好！！！

This house is located in a quiet place. But it's very convenient, a 24h Ministop store is only 200m away. We took a walk to Hayama park. It's a perfect place to have a view of the ocean and Fujisann. And the house inside is much more perfect than it looks on the pictures. Thank you for the hospitality & happy new year

This place is in a quiet neighborhood just around the corner from the Kaiganmiura train station. There’s lots of great restaurants and close to the beach. Train station was very accessible to our travel needs.

リモートワークをしながら一ヶ月以上滞在しましたが、自炊をしながら快適に過ごせました。 LDKの2階部分が広く、おしゃれで明るい空間が素敵でした。 目の前に公園があり、家で過ごしている間も緑を眺められてとても良かったです。 夜は静かでゆっくり休むことができました。 また、ホストのMisaさんはとても返信が早く、親切な方だと感じました。 こちらの質問や要望に応えていただきありがとうございました。 ここに決めて良かったです。お世話になりました！

Beautiful home nestled in nature with a private onsen. Very relaxing - would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at Yoko & Shun’s place! The home was well-organized, with a detailed handbook and intuitive notes on utilities. This cozy Japanese-style house in Tokyo is an absolute steal at this price. The location is convenient, near Sangenjaya Station, and set in a quiet residential area where you can observe daily local life—watching residents walk their dogs at sunset or rush to work in the morning—a highlight for me. A convenience store is nearby, the little balcony is a peaceful spot to relax, and the dedicated children’s room is a thoughtful touch. The bathroom was great, and the bathtub gave me a wonderful at-home onsen experience. Yoko & Shun were incredibly hospitable and responsive. I had a great time chatting with them—it was both fun and insightful. I’d definitely recommend their place and would love to stay here again on my next Tokyo visit!

Tomo’s place was conveniently located close to Haneda by train for our commute to the airport. It was not too far from the station either to walk with our luggage. The flexible allowance of leaving our bags prior to check-in was a saving grace! Tomo was always quick to respond too.
