The location of Heather's house was an ideal for my sister (from Florida) and I (from Maine) to visit with our family in the area. The home has comfortable beds, great showers, well equipped kitchen and livingroom. A great home base to return to after our days filled with activities. Thank you.

A great house for big groups. Lots of amenities for all including children. Would be a great house for summer get away. The kitchen was very well stocked, better than any place we've stayed. Lots of rooms and plenty of space in the great room for dining, playing games and chilling out on the couches. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely go back, highly recommend it!

Heather’s place is a little paradise on the water. Peaceful, quiet, and perfect for some real rest and relaxation. The house was exactly as described—spotless, all new, and super comfortable inside, with beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. Annapolis is just a short 25-minute drive away if you’re looking for great food and things to do. Communication with Heather was easy and fast. I’d come back anytime I’m in the area again!

My family-5 of us- spent a week at Daniel’s home in North Beach, MD in late March 2025. The home was well appointed and beautiful, close to town and less than a hour from Wash. DC. Daniel was easy to work with and quick to respond with answers to any question we had. Not being from the area it was great to have access to the informative binder he had listing restaurants and sights worth seeing. Daniel’s home was everything we had hoped it would be.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of room for 6 adults. We found ourselves spending our mornings in the front living room looking at the beautiful water view and variety of birds landing on the water (binoculars were provided). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Since it was February and part of the creek was frozen, we didn’t get to enjoy the kayaks or fire pit, but they did provide plenty of fire wood. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and they were very nice. All around it was a place we will return.

The place is wonderful. We were down for Thanksgiving with my family and were travelling with our 2 dogs, Wally & Dolly. The location was perfect, close to Riviera Beach where our Family Thanksgiving Dinner was, very private, no noise or distractions for the dogs (that was great). The property was surrounded by water on three sides, great views! It is right next to Ft. Smallwood Park where we took the dogs for walks every day, they loved it. As for the house it was perfect for us, just about the size of our home, so that made it very comfortable for us. All one level, which made it great for us older people. It was furnished with very comfortable furniture. Lots of information about the local surroundings, things to do, and restaurants. Keith was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with which made the whole process very easy for us. We even had a conversation over the phone once we were in the house to make sure everything was to our liking, and we were happy !

We were visiting family nearby so this house was very convenient for us. The beds were comfy and the shower was good. Unfortunately the weather was miserable so we didn't get to experience the hottub or kayak that we were very much looking forward to - they looked great though! In the end we spent most of our time with family so we didn't use the house for anything other than sleep or showers - but in that respect it met our needs admirably. We are already hoping to book for next year.

By far the most beautiful place we have stayed at. The home & grounds were stunning! Everything you could want in a home and then some. Laura was very responsive and really made our stay over the top. If you want the best spot in Annapolis, look no further than Laura’s place.
