This is our new favorite home in Port A. There was plenty of space and beds for our crew, we were very comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower and the kids loved the second living room with their own tv. The washer and dryer so nice to have with lots of kids in tow. We would happily stay here again.

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

House and location was perfect. Game room was a big plus. Only thing is that they just have a starter kit when it comes to toilet paper, trash bags and stuff like that. So pick some up on the way in. Other then that no complaints

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

Nice stay on the beach. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

We enjoyed staying in this house. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable too. It was the right amount of space for 3 families. Loved that we could just walk over to the beach. Honestly the perfect set up. It was a little too cold to use the pool but I know in the summer it would’ve made a splash. Would recommend to anyone.

The condo was exactly what was pictured. Great location, with a private path to the beach. The pool with game room is a great break from the ocean but still being on a summer vacation. Will definitely stay here again!!

What a great spot! It's a small house RIGHT on the beach! If it was closer, we would've been worried about high tide!

Had a nice stay. For future guests, I would definitely recommend taking along extra dish soap, paper towels(there were none) and just any toiletries you feel you made need. There was no cookie sheet for using in the oven and no blender(no frozen drinks😕). Overall, we had a nice stay! Melissa was great with communication!

Everything was great. Our favorite was seeing the dolphins and just the beautiful view the condo offers. 10/10 recommend!

The condo was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. Absolutely would visit again. The entrance was a-bit hard to find after dark and the time of year we visited was foggy most evenings so not having a sign was a little trying. We didn’t care for the a couple of the booking policies. Every time we got a message we had to log back in and add a code. It was a bit confusing with the secondary company that we had to give info to. We did get a couple of messages that were inaccurate that had us on edge as far as whether we would be in the place we booked. In addition we received a massage about 24hrs before saying they were replacing the roof, not too big of a deal overall. The pool was not accessible due to this but we didn’t mind since we were able to go to the beach. This was our first trip to Texas and would love to return one day for another visit. Lots of new things were being built so I am sure it will change almost over night. Thank you so much for a great few days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Deborah's condo. It was right on the water and had amazing views. The unit had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable.

Our stay was a perfect getaway from our long Minnesota winters. The house was warm and cozy and had everything we needed with all the comforts of home. Loved taking walks in the neighborhood. Was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back next year.

William’s place was exactly as described on the listing. The condo is small but we loved the layout and our family of 6 fit very comfortably. The beds and couches were all very comfortable and I loved that dining table fit 6 people nicely as well. The location is the best part, so close to the beach! We had a great weekend at the beach. Would do it again!

Great location with a beach/ocean view and loved listening to the surf at night, so relaxing. The modern and clean studio condo was perfect for my husband and me. The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet and easy to get around on Mustang Island. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Place was nice and had all amenities needed. It’s easy to find and close to beach. The only issue had was tv remote in master didn’t work but overall had a good visit. Will stay again in future.

The house was perfect 👌🏻 they also have a golf cart you can rent which was convenient. The beach is a 3 minute drive but the house is totally worth every penny!
