This place is awesome… Has a cute gelato place and pizza place underneath… Emmanuel’s place was spotless and the mattress was awesome! I highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the building. Must try the Essential for amazing drinks! The space was clean, walkable to bars and restaurants. No complaints!

We enjoyed our stay at Mayra’s place! It’s difficult sometimes to find a pet friendly location and she was so accommodating.

Cute place and the balcony is great, I especially like sitting in the chase lounge near the window to work. It was clean and had everything you need and easy to get in and out

My husband and I stayed here a couple nights to see a concert at the Saturn. The condo is pristine and modern, and the amenities were great, with great places to eat and drink within walking distance. Highly recommend the Essential for a delicious dinner and Adios for an evening cocktail! One of the entrances was not working during our visit, but it was a non issue since there are several ways to access the condo. Street parking was also plentiful, and no problems with parking tickets. Highly recommended!

Beautiful space with lots to do in the vicinity. Amazing restaurants, walking distance from the night life and coffee shops. All in all one of the most cozy environments to be in

We really enjoyed our short stay. She went above and beyond by “sneaking” a birthday surprise in for me with the help of my husband and I very much appreciated it! Zero complaints, everything was perfect.

Really nice place! Clean, nice location downtown, and we enjoyed the community amenities. The host also provided a digital guidebook with helpful information about the building, the area, and some local recommendations. The only downside was noise from the street - we were woken up by drag racing and loud music a few times, though this is not the fault of the host. Overall, would highly recommend for a convenient place to stay when visiting downtown Birmingham.

It was perfect. It was country and private enough, but only a few minutes from town and all the amenities. There are neighbors, but everyone seemed to mind their own business. It was so cozy and comfy and felt like home. All the furniture was quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. We loved it. We ended up getting to town a little early and he let us check in early, which was super kind. Overall, clean, safe, comfy, great price. Highly recommend!

My friends and I do an annual golf trip every year. With the fact that we live in different cities, this spot was a close drive for everyone. We really enjoyed being able to grill out after each round and listen to music everywhere in the house. On the last night, a tree fell down due to a bad storm blocking the street and our cars in. Scott and Ryan quickly had someone there to take care of everything. It was a great trip at a great spot, thanks!!

We had a wonderful stay really enjoyed ourselves

Kelly’s house was amazing and looked just like the pictures. The entire place was sparkling clean and smelled great. There was snacks on the counter and water in the fridge for us to eat & drink and a house manual binder on the table. The house was close enough to the activities we were in town for and had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. We brought our pet with us on the trip and on arrival noticed the empty food and water bowl for us to use along with a canister of doggie treats. We appreciate Kelly’s communication before and after our stay and will definitely stay again.

It’s what we needed. So I just need a place to sleep and shower at night. It was worth the money. Great AC clean place. Food places not too far away. If I needed to I would stay again.

Pam’s place was great for our first real visit to Birmingham. Her home has lots of character and is in a cool neighborhood, where you can see the different generations of homes built, situated with easy access to the different parts of town. Had everything we needed and Pam was on top of things and is a pleasure to stay with. “Tony Chachere’s” in the kitchen, and “Q-tips” in the bathroom are simple signs of a host that knows how to do things.

This house was beautiful inside and out. Love the fact the laundry was upstairs. Mykyla even had packages of toothbrushes and toothpaste which was extremely helpful seem out of 4 of us i was the only one who brought mine. Mykyla had detailed instructions for check in and check out which was extremely helpful. She also provided disney and hulu for us to watch. Everytime i sent a message to her she was very quick to respond. Also she is very sweet and kind. Neighborhood is very quiet and nice. Talked to a few neighbors in passing everyone was very respectful. I definitely would stay here again. I know the rating only goes up to 5 but id definitely say this is more of a 10. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Thank you again Mykyla for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this wonderful Southside Birmingham home twice in the past month. The home is extremely clean and comfortable. There is a lot of natural light and many restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is in close proximity. Furthermore, the home is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Communication is also great and the host is responsive. This home has a positive vibe and I highly recommend!

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

We had an issue with another reservation and needed to book Allie’s place extremely last minute 🤪 Allie was so helpful getting us booked and ready for our stay. The place was lovely and walkable to everything we needed for our stay.

Best Airbnb to be stayed at. Joanna is a great host, easy to communication with. Her condo is so clean. She has thought of all the little things to make your stay as comfortable as home. Would highly recommend to anyone !

Great location. Exactly what was shown in photos. Check in was easy and Marie was so helpful in getting my family and I checked out early before some severe weather, which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!
