Très bel endroit. C’est un lieu magique sortie d’un film. Les espaces communs sont superbes et pratiques. Les alentours sont sublimes. Il y a des petits restaurants à proximité. Et le plus, sortir avec la vue sur le Mont Fuji. Le seul petit truc, en réservant j’ai pris un chambre pour deux mais apparemment pour un voyageur. J’ai donc du payer un supplément pour mon époux (~60€).

Lovely hostel in a great spot less than a minutes walk away from a stunning view of Mount Fuji, breakfast was recommended at a cafe at check in for a great price and was lovely food in the morning. Very clean shared spaces and a lovely place to spend a night near the mountain! Would highly recommend

A nice accommodation, with a lot of equipment in the kitchen like fresh coffee, snacks etc. The check-in was very flexible and smooth. We were able to reserve a free parking space before checking in. Also the receptionist was very friendly and had a lot of good tips for restaurants and activities in the area. All in all a great and good value stay if you don’t want to spend too much!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are really nice and friendly :-) We faced a situation where we misplaced our keys but the host was really nice about it and offered a different room (for safety reasons) almost immediately after we told her 😊 The kitchen has all the appliances such as kettles, plates, cutlery and a fridge! There are two shower and two toilet cubicles on each level - shampoo and body soap are provided. The lounge area was also very comfortable to hang around. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to mt fuji!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Clear instructions, provide local recommendations best place for dine in, best place for walk around and taking picture. The staff was very helpful to assist ur keeping our luggage temporarily due to early check out and we had planned to go somewhere else first. The view in front of the hotel was also beatiful where you can saw mt fuji very clear and beatiful.

We had an amazing stay at Saruya, the place is so peaceful and decorated to a fantastic specification. We spent a really cosy evening here, and were lucky enough to get a peak of Fuji both days! If you’re up for it, get up early to beat the crowds for the view of Fuji from the street outside the hostel, and then walk up to Chureito Pagoda! The host allowed us to relax in the communal space for a while following our checkout which was greatly appreciated. If you’re planning on visiting Fuji, Saruya is a must stay.

Naprosto perfektní místo, které snad nejde dostatečně pochválit. Prostředí krásné, lokalita skvělá, ubytování nádherné, personál skvělý, ochotný a radostný. Opravdu není co vytknout, můžu za celou naši skupinu jen poděkovat, pochválit a doporučit všem, kteří v tomto místě hledají jedinečné ubytování. Společná tradiční večeře v tradičním oblečení byla úžasným zážitkem! Děkujeme za výjimečný zážitek a spousty dalších pohodových hostů!

入住六人间，很安静。浴室、卫生间、休息室很干净，卧室很暖和，几乎不需要盖被子。露台可以远眺富士山，夜景很美。

Although we were unfortunately unable to stay at the location due to personal reasons they were still really helpful and kind. I hope to be able to visit one day.

Great hostel to stay at. Given there’s a curtain for the bed/capsule it felt private enough as well. Facilities were kept very clean and check in was easy. Easy to get around from the hostel, especially if you rent a bicycle. Would recommend!

I like the place. The view of Mt. Fuji from the rooftop at sunrise and sunset is amazing. The mattress has the tempur pedic feel. I slept on a single pod/bunk bed at the floor level. The space of the bunk bed is not suffocating. I was able to open my carry on luggage on the space near my bed. The bunk bed has a curtain for privacy. Place is clean. Shower room and toilets are clean. I was lucky that my roommates were respectful of each other and were quiet. I slept on a dorm style and capsule before and some guests doesn’t respect quiet time at all. I slept well here for sure. Coffee at the kitchen is good. English speaking staff. Didn’t cook but the place is well equipped to cook/prepare own food. Has spacious dining and lounging area. Only downside is, it is quite far from Kawaguchiko station. If in group, taking a cab will be worth it. I was by myself and walked and took a cab as well. Staff will help calling for a cab. Will stay again for sure.

They were just incredible. Such a positive energy and always open in playing or joking with us. 100% recommend

It's actually my second time staying there with different groups. The location is very convenient as it was really close to the train/bus station. There are also restaurants and cafe available around the area. Really a good placement! Since it is a dorm-type with shared baths and lavatory, you can't really expect it to be always clean as some guest don't seem to have proper manners, sorry to say. But Llc1889 still try to keep the place clean. The best thing was the rooftop. Mt. Fuji was not shy that day and it looked REALLY close! I must say, the view was absolutely breathtaking! The bed was also comfortable. Overall, great experience!

We had a private room for 7 people. The room was very spacious and clean and a very cozy environment. The perfect place for a friends/family trip. The location was great, and the rooftop view on Mt. Fuji was amazing.

This place is perfect. I love the ryokan room. It’s really Japanese for Me with an affordable price. The location is near from Chureito Pagoda and Kawaguchiko. The front desks are very kind and so helpful. Perfect place to stay. Thank you.
