Using the outside sauna and cold plunge while enjoying the amazing views of the lake and Fuji was a highlight. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. A stay in Japan I will never forget.

我们一行是自家前往的，房子入口有些隐蔽，楼下一个两人日式房和一个大床房，客厅外可以直接看见富士山，一楼洗手间很大，带小孩的家庭蛮合适的；一楼左右两边都可以上二楼，二楼一个三人日式房和一个大床房，三楼阳台稍稍有些凌乱，整体入住体验很不错，洗漱用品也很不错

Really lovely place with responsive host. During cold season, house is extremely cold - thats the only issue but can use air conditioning

Perfect communication from host. Location 5 min walk to train and main st. Easy 10-15 walk to lake. Parking spot in driveway. Views to Fuji from 2 upstairs bedrooms Spacious, comfortable Generous with spare towels Heating and cooling worked well Washing machine convenient About 20 min easy walk to a larger shopping centre- Kawaguchiko Bell Restaurants we recommend include Tsuwano for ramen and Koushoya for beef cutlets. Activities- We hired bikes and rode around the lake, if Fiji is visible there are lots of photo opportunities. We also did a ride on the speed boat on the lake which is highly recommended!

季節外れの雪でしたが、素晴らしいにごり湯の露天風呂から雪景色を楽しむことが出来ました。リビングも寝室も大変綺麗で、滞在中は大人も子供も時間が足りないほど楽しむことができました。

This place is located in a quiet peaceful area. The house is spacious, we were with a group of 3 couples. Everything worked, like the kitchen gear, the heating and the B&O speaker. The private onsen was a big plus. We went up the mountain for views on Mt Fuji. The Pola museum is around the corner and definitely worth a visit.

Had a great time staying here while we ran a marathon! Pleasantly surprised by the space and location.

とにかく素晴らしい宿泊でした✨ とても良く、またぜひ今度と家族旅行で滞在したいと思う素敵なポイントがいくつもありました☺️ありがとうございました🎵 1.とにかく綺麗！ 設備が新しいのはもちろんですが、全ての清掃がとても行き届いており、感動しました。 犬も滞在できる施設とのことで行く前は匂いなどを心配していたのですがむしろログハウスなので木のいい匂いで端から端までとても綺麗にお掃除されていました。 2.家電、キッチンが素晴らしい 家電がBalmudaのオーブンだったり、洗濯乾燥機が新しいものがついていたり女性目線でおしゃれで良いものが使われておりかなり気分が上がります。今回は1泊だけでしたが、長期滞在でクッキングなどをするのにもとても便利だと思います。キッチンの食器もコップがプラスチック製のおしゃれなもののため子供も安心して使えました☺️食器も数が多く、醤油皿のような小さいものまでありとても使いやすかったです。またわざわざ子供用のアンパンマンの食器などを準備してくださっておりとても助かりました🙇‍♀️ 3.温泉がとても大きく満喫できる 温泉は掲載写真で見るよりとても広く感じました！大きな温泉は大人4人で入っても余裕があるサイズでホテルの露天風呂付き客室よりもはるかに良いです。子供たちと入りましたが大喜び、外の露天と中の温泉を行き来し2時間ぐらい入っていました😂サウナもボタン一つで起動できわかりやすく使いやすかったです。 温泉以外にも中のお風呂もとても広く2家族での滞在でもお互いにゆっくり温泉を楽しむ時間がありました☺️ 4.キッズフレンドリー サービスでジュース、お菓子をつけてくださったり、子供用のおもちゃを用意してくださっていたり、とても子供が喜ぶ滞在となりました✨リビングの木のテーブルも角がなく、施設自体もとてもおしゃれなのに子連れでもハラハラするものがなく親も子も伸び伸びと過ごせました☺️ ご連絡もすぐ返信をくださりとても助かりました、この度は本当にありがとうございました、また宿泊に行きます☺️

We really loved our stay here! The view of the lake and Mount Fuji was amazing and the house itself was so beautiful and cozy. It was near Motohakone Port too making it easy to access the bus station and the pirate ship port. There’s just a bit of a steep climb to the place but there’re taxis around the port so it was no problem for us. We really enjoyed the onsen too & having bbq on the terrace. Shinobu-san and the others were really accommodating too & replied fast to our inquiries. Again, it was a really amazing stay & we’ve talked about definitely coming back here in Spring or Fall.
