I had an incredible stay at this location! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.

Also the place is in a perfect spot to walk to all destinations without having to hire a taxi. Would definitely come back to visit next time I’m in Naples! <3

Magnifique appartement, très calme, situé au 5e étage d'un immeuble ancien, au coeur des Quartiers espagnols, à 50 mètres de la Via Toledo. Vous occuperez la résidence personnelle de Massimo, et non pas un RBNB impersonnel. Salon et cuisine très spacieux et lumineux, salle de bain et salle de douche, belle chambre principale (grand lit) et petite chambre (2 lits superposés). Beaucoup de rangements à disposition. Trois magnifiques terrasses en escaliers offrant une vue à 360 degrés sur Naples. Très bon accueil et totale disponibilité du propriétaire et de son équipe. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

We were looking for a place outside of the touristy areas, in a real Italian apartment, and Fabio's place was definitely that. It is a very old building with a lot of charm. The star of the show is definitely that rooftop terrace, it is as beautiful as the pics, if not more! Fabio was a wonderful host. He checked in with us regularly through texts, and gave great recommendations and tips. We loved the cafe across the street and will miss getting espresso there every morning. The apartment is also a 7 minute walk to a subway stop which will take you into Naples or down to Sorrento, etc. I do recommend Fabio's place if you are staying in the Naples area!

Riccardo è una persona di cuore che si preoccupa del benessere dei suoi ospiti! la casa è in un palazzo storico molto affascinante, ed è composta da soggiorno con divano letto e camera matrimoniale (due bagni). Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita dotata di saponi, ciabattine, asciugamani e l'occorrente per prepararsi il caffè la mattina. Per le persone che hanno il sonno leggero come me consiglio dei tappi per le orecchie perché l'insonorizzazione non è delle migliori. Posizione direi fantastica e ben servita da Metro e stazione taxi e attraversando la strada c'è il famoso chalet Ciro e il lungomare con la vista sul Vesuvio. Torneremo sicuramente a fare visita a Riccardo, grazie ancora della tua gentilezza e disponibilità. a presto Angelica

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Naples, on est au cœur de la ville. Logement très confortable, fonctionnel et propre, le seul bémol est la qualité du matelas (très mou et déformé). Accueil de Leandra et Claudio au top, tant par rapport à notre arrivée tardive que pour nous donner des conseils.

Roberto una persona gentile e disponibile . Appartamento pulito e accogliente , si arriva a piedi all’aeroporto e ai mezzi pubblici . Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone , ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo .

Biagio has created a very beautiful place here. It looks exactly like the pictures. We felt very comfortable here. There is parking right in front of the door which is very convenient. There are 2 train stations within walking distance. Biagio was a great host. He was very responsive and very helpful. I can definitely recommend this place for both short and long stays.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Carmen per una settimana durante il periodo di capodanno. La casa era situata in un’area tranquilla e al tempo stessa comoda per raggiungere le principali aree turistiche permettendo di fare una bella camminata. La casa era pulita e ci sono stati offerti due set di asciugami e lenzuola siccome saremo stati per più di una settimana cosa che è stata altamente apprezzata. Inoltre, la casa offriva lavatrice, macchina del caffè e tutte gli utensili per cucinare a casa se si voleva. Siccome avevamo l’aereo il pomeriggio tardi, Carmen è stata così gentile da permetterci di fare un check nel pomeriggio e in generale è sempre stata disponibile e super reattiva via messaggi. Sicuramente se torniamo a Napoli, ritorneremo qui.

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Great place in the busy heart of Ercolano. The home is immaculate, well maintained, and has everything you need. Ciro is a fantastic host. He met us when we arrived, showed us everything in the home and gave us lots of great recommendations on how to see the area specifically Vesuvius, Herculaneum, and Pompeii along with restaurants groceries, etc. in the area. Thanks for a great stay Ciro!

Es waren super Tage in der Unterkunft mit einem schönen Blick aufs Mittelmeer. Die Kommunikation war klasse. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche könnte ein bisschen umfangreicher sein. Wir würden diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

We absolutely loved staying here! First, the location is perfect as your right in the beating historic heart of the city and the apartment was comfortable, clean and perfect for us. The Host was really responsive and we are very grateful to him for his advice and meeting and greeting us and helping us to arrange a taxi home (plus helping with bags). We loved Naples but the experience was heightened by staying in such a perfect place which we throughly recommend! 5 STARS! (with garlands)!!

이탈리아 여행 중 나폴리를 하루 오게 되어서 예약했어요. 나폴리 중앙역 근처는 위험다는 말들이 많아서 일부러 중심부와 조금 떨어진 곳으로 예약했어요. 예상보다는 조금 멀었지만 집에 들어서는 순간 너무 좋았어요! 사진처럼 깨끗하고 청결해요. 동네도 조용하고 좋아요. 나폴리 시내는 사람이 너무 많고 지저분했는데 이쪽 동네로 와서 나폴리의 여유를 느낄 수 있었어요. 폼페이 유적지를 가기에 참 가까워요. 마리오의 집에 머물 수 있어서 너무 행운이였어요. 고마워요 마리오!! :)

Met vrienden een lang weekend in Napels geweest en een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Het was ruim, schoon en exact zoals de beschrijving was. Goede communicatie gehad met Carlo, die reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven als je Napels gaat bezoeken!

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

L'appartamento è situato in un'ottima posizione centrale, l'host Stefano si è reso disponibile a fornirci indicazioni sulla città sotto ogni punto di vista. Nessun neo, nessuna pecca.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Neapel und Umgebung :-) Alles war perfekt :-) Die Erreichbarkeit der Unterkunft vom Flughafen ist einfach zu bewältigen. Vom Flughafen fährt man mit dem Alibus für 5,-€ pro Person zum Hauptbahnhof und von dort aus mit der Metro-Linie 1 für 1,50 € zwei Stationen bis zur Haltestelle „Universita“. Die Wohnung von Giovanni liegt sehr zentral. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Hafen, wo die Fähren ablegen, ist auch nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch haben wir die Lage der Unterkunft als sehr sicher empfunden. Wir haben uns nie unwohl oder bedroht gefühlt. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer sehr lauten und sehr befahrenen Straße liegt, ist die Wohnung wunderbar ruhig, da sie rückversetzt von der Straße in einem Innenhof liegt. Wir haben super gut geschlafen. Die Matratzen beider Betten waren für uns sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Und die Kommunikation mit Giovanni war perfekt.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 11 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, accogliente e comoda, dotata di tutto il necessario per rendere piacevole anche una permanenza prolungata. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare, tanto che è stato quasi triste doverla lasciare. La posizione è ideale, situata nel cuore di Monte di Procida, e il signor Giuseppe è una persona estremamente cordiale e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un tocco di ospitalità genuina.
