Fuorigrotta, Naples : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Don’t rely on Google maps. After taking the Alibus to the port, it’s a straight walk through Plaza Municipo, keep going straight and you’re there in 10-15 mins. Google maps route suggested 25min walk - weird route. Must have over looked the photos but couple of things to note….no lounge and no windows. Very busy area right next door to the Maradonna Museum. Plenty to do and see - loads of walking and easy to use Metro - good value for money. Quite noisy at night though - mopeds everywhere - and a fair bit of noise from upstairs neighbours. We did sleep well though - good beds and bedding. All in all good place to stay in the heart of Naples and Rita is a superb host.

Schön, dass Maurizio uns persönlich begrüßt hat. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (wie beschrieben ohne Fernseher und Spülmaschine). Sie ist gut erreichbar. Vom Flughafen aus sind wir mit dem Alibus zum Bahnhof Garibaldi gefahren. Von da aus sind es 8 Minuten zur Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr lebhaften Viertel nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße, trotzdem ist es immer etwas lauter. Super war die Anbindung nach Pompei bzw. Zum Vesuv oder Ercolano. Hier startet der Zug vom Bahnhof Porta Nolana aus . Den erreicht ihr von der Wohnung aus in 5 Minuten.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, centrally located, and made exploring the area easy. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great tips and support throughout my stay. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot!

Alloggio perfetto per arrivare a tutte le principali zone turistiche di Napoli, nel cuore di Spaccanapoli ma riparato essendo all’interno di una corte, quindi potete dormire tranquilli. Pulitissimo, carino e comodo, host disponibile e molto organizzato, non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio!

I stayed in this apartment for a month and found it to be everything I hoped it would be, in the heart of the Spanish Quarter in Naples. It is close to everything: public transit, supermarkets, restaurants, churches, and museums. The area is quiet at night. One of the best things about the stay was a very kind-hearted and communicative young lady, Marcella. I have stayed at many, many apartments for a month around the world and I can highly recommend this one for a genuine, authentic Naples experience.

Many good restaurants in the area. Close to train station and local transit options. The apartment is nice with a well stocked kitchen. Good comfortable bed. My train was about an hour late to arrive and Davide waited for me to give me the keys and also provided some good information about the area. There is a street market that starts in the morning just outside of the apartment. You can hear people talking but it did not bother me. If you’re a light sleeper you may want to use ear plugs. I would stay there again if I come back to Naples.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns der herrliche Ausblick mit freier Sicht aufs Meer, die wohltuende Ruhe und die ideale Lage. Das kleine Häuschen ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für entspannte Tage und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Pierfrancesco gab uns ausserdem wertvolle Tipps für kulinarische Entdeckungen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet; während unseres Aufenthalts gab es jedoch ein kleines Problem mit dem Boiler. Pierfrancesco hat sich schnell und unkompliziert darum gekümmert und eine tolle Lösung angeboten, sodass wir unseren Aufenthalt ohne Einschränkungen geniessen konnten. Vielen Dank Pierfrancesco!

Roberto una persona gentile e disponibile . Appartamento pulito e accogliente , si arriva a piedi all’aeroporto e ai mezzi pubblici . Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone , ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo .

Great location for any family that wants to be close to a subway stop and also very close to the archeology museum. There are some nice pastry shops and cafes nearby. The apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Giulia è stata accogliente, simpatica, precisa e discreta. Le abbiamo indicato l'ora di arrivo e ci ha dato un punto di incontro dal quale ci ha accompagnati alla casa. La casa è in una posizione raggiungibile in auto salendo su una stradina della collina con una vista panoramica sul golfo di Napoli (penisola sorrentina e capri) a dir poco eccezionale. La casa è molto particolare: su due piani, ha uno stile rustico di campagna piena di dettagli che la rendono unica. Ci sono due bagni completi con doccia, una camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio grande e un soggiorno da castello con camino e un divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati. Tutti gli accessori possibili e immaginabili erano presenti. Giulia ci ha lasciato tutto il necessario per poter eventualmente cucinare, e per fare colazione. La posizione della casa per noi è stata strategica per visitare Napoli (meno di 30 minuti dal centro) e gli scavi di Pompei (circa 20 minuti). Grazie!

Appartamento molto carino nel cuore della città, vicino alla metro e alle mete turistiche principali

Super Host! Es gab zu keiner Zeit Unklarheiten oder Missverständnisse. Die Kommunikation war ohne Probleme. Das Haus war sauber und geräumig, aber vor allem hat mich der Aussenbereich mit Küche beeindruckt! Auch die eigene Einfahrt auf dem Grundstück ist definitiv ein Highlight. Wer sein Auto am Straßenrand parkt, darf sich am nächsten Tag nicht wundern, wenn eine kleine Schramme das Auto verziehrt. Nach einem 30-40 minütigen Fußmarsch war auch die Hauptstraße mit schönen Kaffees und Restaurants zu erreichen. Ich empfehle nicht großartig mit dem Auto, sondern eher auf einen Roller als Fortbewegungsmittel zurückzugreifen. Der Verkehr in Italien ist eine Sache für sich und könnte für manche Personen überfordernd sein. Am Ende der Straße gibt es eine tolle Pizzeria, die Pizzen zu einem unschlagbar günstigen Preis verkauft. Absolutes Muss, bei einem Aufenthalt! Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr erholsam und ich kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, bei Andrea zu Gast zu sein!

We spend one night at Alessandra’s apartment, super easy to walk to and from airport. Everything is so clean, nice bath towels, bedsheets. The beds are extremely comfortable, very easy checkin and out, host provides very clear instructions and was able to checkin early than expected. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend to all

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

La casa di Paola è molto accogliente e arredata con gusto. È ben organizzata e vi si trova tutto l’occorrente per un soggiorno a Napoli. Si trova in una zona residenziale molto ben servita sia in termini di mezzi pubblici ( stazione della linea Cumana a poche centinaia di metri che ti porta in pieno centro a Napoli e stazione metropolitana di Mergellina che dista 10 minuti a piedi) sia in termini di negozi e piccoli supermercati . L’appartamento è molto tranquillo e permette di riposarsi dopo giornate intense di visita a Napoli. Paola è molto disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio e/ o necessità. Super consigliato .

Luigi and Anna are great hosts. They stayed in contact with us for our arrival and meet us at the train station. Helped us get into the apartment, gave us a few local recommendations (the best pizza in Napoli). If it is available next time I visit, I'll stay again. Couldn't possibly be a better location.

Séjour très agréable sur Naples. En grande partie grâce a la gentillesse et la prévenance de Marco : il était présent à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clefs de l’appartement. Et il nous a donné tous les renseignements nécessaires :restaurants autour de l’appartement, bars à fréquenter, comment faire fonctionner la climatisation en mode chauffage. Nous avons décidé de visiter Sorento et Positano : Marco nous a donné les informations nécessaires concernant le circumvesuviana. Je recommande fortement Marco et son appartement situé dans un quartier tranquille mais proche du quartier espagnol. À refaire.

Marco's house overlooking the bay of Baia is simply a dream. When you step out of the kitchen onto the shady veranda, you have a view of the bay. There lies the sunken Roman Baia, which can be discovered under water. Cook delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and eat outside with a view of the sea. Romantic. Your own little restaurant, just the way you want it. We were there for eight days and enjoyed every day. Dreamlike. At night, the air conditioning ensures a good night's sleep and the two bathrooms offer comfort for everyone. Marco is a very friendly host who actively supported us and also helped us individually in one situation. THANK YOU. Five stars for Marco and this wonderful house.

We had a great stay. Spacious apartment with a lot of windows, all the facilities you need (including a fully equipped kitchen with good pans), clean and a kind and helpfull host. As a bonus you get a nice view over part of the city and the green garden of the building downstairs (there is no acces to the garden, but it's nice to look at). 10 minutes walk or so to the metro or bus to visit various things in Napels. We liked that the appartment was in a more local neigbourhoud, and not in a fancy touristic neighbourhood. Felt safe. The only disadvantage are the hard beds. So if that is a problem for you this apartment might not be the best fit. But besides that, a great place to stay.

Guiseppe’s apartment is one I’d definitely booked if you’re coming to Naples, without hesitation! I spent a while looking for places in Naples before this one, where they all seemed quite small or far out. But Guiseppe’s place is the perfect sized apartment, full of amenities, 2 doubles beds, 1 single bed, and is so close to the city centre! Guiseppe met us at the apartment upon arrival, he gave us a tour of the apartment and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful. He provided a brilliant list of restaurants and fun activities to do. Accessing the city centre is easy, no more than 2 minutes walking and you’re on the main street, and a few more minutes to the coastline. The apartment has very comfy beds, full kitchen, great bathroom including great shower pressure and temperature, what more could you ask for. If you’re visiting Naples and are looking for a place, just book this apartment, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Guiseppe! We will be back in the future!

Super schöne Unterkunft über den Dächern Neapels mit einem Ausblick zu allen Seiten. Wir haben uns in der großen Dachwohnung im achten Stock mit Fahrstuhl bis in den siebten sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zu Cafés, Bars und Restaurants, sodass einem genussorientiertem Urlaub in Neapels nichts im Wege steht. Maria Chiara hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Check-in und Check-out waren so sehr angenehm.
