Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Marianne hat an alles gedacht, was man für einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung braucht. Sie hat sogar eine Obstschale mit Äpfel in die Küche gestellt, eine sehr nette Geste. Der Info-Ordner ist vorbildlich gestaltet und aktuell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We loved the size of the bathroom and the heated floors. Nothing like warm floors when it is 30 degrees outside. Nice size common room, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Balcony was a nice touch too but just a little cold to sit outside. Bedroom with 2 single beds is all we needed. Kitchen has 2 burner stove and the espresso machine was nice. Aldi was about 5 minutes away and grab enough supplies for our 3 day stay. Really like Anton. He was super helpful and very proactive.

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

Alles super funktioniert, saubere und moderne Wohnung. Hat uns gut gefallen!

Wir waren zwar nur für eine Nacht in der Wohnung, aber wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles top gepflegt, toll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie dort (zwei Kids, ein Baby) und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Der Check-in war total problemlos und auch die Kommunikation mit Lira lief super (immer schnelle Antworten und sehr lieb ☺️) Ich kann die Wohnung also nur empfehlen ✨

Florian apartment is a nice apartment, near tram and train station. Florian is also responsive host.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, super gemütlich, hell und mit tollem Blick über dir Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist clean und gemütlich. Die Umgebung ist sehr nett - Frühstück im Café Sommer, Abendessen im Ahimsa - und mit der Ubahn ist die Altstadt in nur 2 Haltestellen zu erreichen.

Das Haus bietet die perfekte Gelegenheit ein gemütliches Wochenende oder sogar länger zu verbringen. So gut ausgestattete Küchen gibt es selten, es gibt sogar einen Pizza Ofen den wir direkt ausprobiert haben. Sehr gemütliche Betten und Einrichtung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Michael! Une très belle maison propre, pratique spacieuse avec un jardin: l’idéal pour une famille avec des enfants! La place de stationnement au garage en bonus. Communication au top. On recommande!!

Sandra ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin mit super schneller Reaktionszeit. Die Unterkunft war perfekt - sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt.

Had a great stay. Lots to do within walking distance. Also easy access to train to visit Munich and surrounding places.

Die Gastgeber: immer präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein; einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung: geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll. Ausstattung: sehr umfangreich und modern. Die Umgebung: alles vorhanden, viele kulturelle Highlights, viel Natur. Schliersee war für acht Tage wirklich unser geliebtes Zuhause.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Ammersee und die Berge, eine einladende Terrasse mit hübsch gestaltetem Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Ideal auch zum Arbeiten (incl. WLAN). Wirklich ruhig und erholsam. Lana und Norbert waren sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Stephan’s apartment is very lovely and comfortable. My family of five stayed during Christmas and we had such a wonderful stay. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The heating works very well, as it was quite cold. The convenience of the tram directly outside the front of the building was wonderful. We would certainly stay again.

Das Tiny House von Lisa und Julian ist wunderschön. Komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ohne unnötigen Kram, aber mit allem was man braucht. Es war extrem ruhig, trotzdem ist das Zentrum keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch der Bahnhof nicht weit. Der Check in war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alles hat gut geklappt. Freundliche Gastgeberin. Für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank.
