Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Peer is a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative! He was super flexible with our late arrival (traveling with two babies), provided all the necessary information about the house, and was always happy to help with any request, like an extra heater. He also gave us great recommendations for local places to visit and eat. Peer’s house is even bigger than it looks in the photos! The living room is huge, the garden must be amazing in the summertime, and the surrounding views are absolutely breathtaking. This was my first holiday in the German Alps, but as a complete package—host, house, location, and atmosphere—I don’t think we could have found anything better! The village has plenty of great spots to try local cuisine and family-friendly attractions. If you love walking, there are beautiful trails right on your doorstep, and within a 30-minute drive, you can discover some truly stunning places and scenic routes. Would we recommend it? 200% yes!

Das Briefing und Boarding war einwandfrei. Top Haus! Handtücher in den Gästebädern und Holz für den Kamin sollten inkludiert sein. Die Unterkunft ist ihr Geld wert - die Airbnb Gebühren sind nicht unerheblich.

Traumhafte Lage, sehr sauberes und gemütliches Zuhause. Die Aufteilung der 3 Stöcke ist für 10 Personen ideal. Der Ausblick und die vorhandene Sauna runden das ganze ab. Gerne wieder😊😊

Bartholomäus ist ein toller Gastgeber, ein Original im positivsten Sinne des Wortes. Wir waren drei Familien, und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Arno in St. Johann! Check-in und Kommunikation waren total unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und genau wie geschrieben. Arno hat uns gute Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren in einer sehr großen Gruppe im Haus für einen Winterurlaub und jeder hatte genug Platz und Rückzugsraum. Die Lage vom Haus ist wirklich perfekt. Hinter dem Haus ist der Wald zum Spazieren/Rodeln und vor dem Haus liegt gleich der Ort. Küche und Bäder sind optisch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut funktional. Die Küche soll demnächst renoviert werden. Das Haus hat einen tollen Panoramaausblick und liegt den Großteil des Tages in der Sonne. Es gibt SO viele Sachen für Kinder, das war wirklich praktisch.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Super nette und schöne Wohnung, tolle ruhige Lage und schöne Gegend. Kommen sehr gerne wieder runter. War schön sauber und angenehm.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit mooie huis in Oostenrijk! De ligging is echt ideaal, dicht bij de snelweg, wat het super makkelijk maakte om er snel naartoe te rijden. Het huis was bij aankomst echt in topstaat: schoon, netjes en verzorgd, iets wat duidelijk te danken is aan het feit dat de eigenaren zelf alles doen. De bedden waren van uitstekende kwaliteit, waardoor we elke nacht heerlijk hebben geslapen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabele vakantie. Wat onze ervaring echt bijzonder maakte, was de eigenaar. Hij was aanwezig bij onze aankomst en zeer vriendelijk, hij gaf ons veel handige tips over waar we lokaal terecht konden voor eten, activiteiten en andere bezienswaardigheden(gastekaart). Dit zorgde ervoor dat we echt het meeste uit ons verblijf konden halen. Al met al een topervaring! We kunnen dit huisje van harte aanbevelen voor wie op zoek is naar een comfortabele en goed gelegen plek in Oostenrijk.

Lovely location. Felt like you are right in the mountains unlike other places that are close to the street. Plenty of lawn space to stretch out. It also is truly dog friendly and very uncomplicated with bringing dogs as long as you and the dog are considerate. Great value for money too. So many wonderful hikes and activities in the area. The animals, pool and trampolines make it extra special for smaller kids.

Was very good. We were eight and fit very comfortably. Children have spent lots of time playing outside too.

Toller Urlaub trotz Regen! Die Wohnung war super schön eingerichtet und sehr hundefreundlich. Regina, die Eigentümerin, war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten direkt von der Wohnung aus tolle Wanderungen unternehmen, und Regina hat uns hilfreiche Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, und die An- und Abreise verlief völlig unkompliziert. Trotz des regnerischen Wetters haben wir das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice and big apartment, the children has also very good time at the playground. The owners are very kind. Worth the money.

Das Appartment war sehr schön. Alles war sauber und genau so vorhanden wie beschrieben. Es ist äußerst ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge und eine Pferdekoppel vorm Haus. Ein kleiner Wanderweg mit wenig Publikumsverkehr geht direkt am Haus vorbei. Die Gastgeberin hat uns vor Ort auch noch viele sinnvolle und hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft.

Hébergement propre, très beau, moderne. Paisible en pleine nature. Vue imprenable sur la vallée. De notre côté nous étions là pour l’hiver, faire du ski. J’ai retenu l’adresse et pourquoi pas y revenir pour une autre saison, ou en été. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour je recommande à 100%

Wir waren hier zu viert für ein Wochenende um Ski zu fahren. Lift gut und schnell per Auto erreichbar. Unterkunft super und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Appartement ist großartig! Super ausgestattet, sehr gut gepflegt, mit einem kleinen Garten und einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Man hat rundum einen tollen Blick auf die Berge! Zum Königssee sind es zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten und es ist eine super Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Anita und Johannes sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die mir super Tipps bzgl. Wanderungen usw. gegeben und damit meinen Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht haben. Ich bedanke mich für eure Herzlichkeit und komme gern wieder!

Great stay, very private - this place was perfect for a stop off for our road trip. Mayrhofen is a lovely place not far away too :) … This place is full of character- a lot different to other places we have stayed, would highly recommend!

Nadia and Thomas were lovely, helpful hosts. The ski area is amazing with gorgeous views from the apartment. There was everything we needed including a nice ski storage room. The apartment is up a hill so the ski bus was very helpful. The nearest ski bus connects to the centre where there are various other buses. From the apartment it is 2 stops to Col Raiser and the Seceda ski area. If you are fit, it is walkable. There is a ski rail from Col Raiser to the other side of Santa Cristina. We would definitely come again.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen – alles ist wunderschön gemacht und sehr stilvoll. Es gibt viele Dekorationsgegenstände, und alles ist gut durchdacht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und flexibel. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren dreitägigen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!
