Once again staying at Williams property was perfect! I book our family’s holiday in the property every year as my adult children still enjoy this place, everything is spotless and easy to use, we walk to most things (shopping, dinner, movies and so much more William is extremely easy to communicate with nothing is a hassle

Everything with the stay was excellent , communication was great and easy ,, we extended the stay multiple times due to increased working schedule , everything was sorted very quickly and easy ,, it’s a great little spot , close to a great little market place and very quiet surroundings .. The home was extremely clean and comfortable

We needed a place to stay whilst waiting for our new home to be ready. It was pet friendly, central location and easy to access. Tram station across the road. Shops and cafes across the road. Easy parking. Great walking tracks out the door. Reasonably quiet neighbourhood.

My stay at Helen's place in Franklin was simply wonderful. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The ambiance was inviting, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was Helen's exceptional hospitality. She was a fantastic host, attentive to every detail and always available to assist with any questions or requests. Her warmth and generosity added a special touch to my experience. The location of the place was also fantastic. It was conveniently situated near shops and amenities in Franklin, making it easy to access everything I needed. Additionally, the peaceful surroundings added to the overall charm of the stay.

Clean, modern apartment with quality fittings near the city. A nice outlook towards the Black Mountain Tower, especially at night when it's all lit up. Comfy bed and handy car park down below. Great for a few nights but we found it a bit tight and wouldn't fancy a long term stay.

Perfect location, everything you could need, quiet location but right in the city. Excellent space, friendly host. Will be back!

Marie's place is exactly as described and all the fittings, linen etc are top quality. There was a really good local guide supplied and it is in a 7 minute walk to plenty of restaurants either on the lake or up Eyre St to the shopping area.

Lovely place. Amazing decorating. Quieter location but still quite accessible to restaurants and cafes. Alex was very responsive and very nice.

Paul was the best host, great communication, helpful and flexible to our needs. The apartment was immaculate and in a great location, quiet, with water views and minutes from great facilities. Secure underground car parking was an added bonus. Highly recommend the apartment and the host.

Doug's apartment is very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped . The kitchen featured unexpected and most welcome extras, including everything we needed for breakfast and even a bowl of fresh fruit The apartment is in a very good location for visitors to the Belconnen area, close to good restaurants and shops. Having the car in the underground garage was a real bonus. Doug was most helpful and readily assisted us so we had great weekend. Thank you Doug Diana

Modern, spacious apartment in a fantastic location. Lovely big deck. Very generously set up with milk, juice, coffee, cereal etc. great hosts. Highly recommend.
