Домик полностью соответствовал описанию и фото. В нем есть все и даже больше, все очень чисто и красиво, приятная атмосфера. На улице есть столик с зонтом, также все для приготовления еды на мангале. В небольшом саду растут красивые пальмы, оливки, киви, разные растения и ароматнейший лимон, который нам разрешили рвать для освежающей воды и чая. Очень приятный хозяин Bozidar, говорит на русском и английском. Угощал нас пойманной им рыбой, подсказывал моему мужу нюансы рыболовства в данной местности. Очень доброжелательный, подарил дочке конфеты в честь дня рождения. По приезду нас ждал презент в виде местного вина и сладостей. До пляжа 3 минуты (35 пологих ступенек и перейти дорогу). Оссобенность в том, что есть вход в море для детей со своим небольшым пляжиком и также плиты, откуда можно прыгать и купаться взрослым. Море и виды прекрасны!!! Проживание у Bozidar рекомендуем однозначно!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la chambre appartement de stevan situé au dernier étage de la maison Malheureusement, les fenêtres sont un peu petites Mais sinon, tout était super ! L’emplacement est idéal pour passer du bon temps à Perast Et Stévan a été très gentil et arrangeant!

Marina et Ivo sont des hôtes très chaleureux et gentils. Ils ont été de merveilleux accueillants. Nous n'oublieront pas les excellentes pâtisseries et Marina et le poisson au bbq d'Ivo. Merci pour ce mois passé à Cavtat

We had an great stay at Maja's place. Communication with her husband was good, responsive and with clear instructions. Therefore self check-in and -out was easy. The location is very convenient in the middle of the old town. Good restaurants and everything you might need in very close proximity. The apartment is is very spacious and equipped with everything you need (and more). We especially appreciated the welcome goodies, comfortable und big bed and the washing machine. Thumb up and full recommendation!

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Hana war super, sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Die Aussicht war toll, das Treppen steigen nicht so ☺️, aber das war es wert. Die Altstadt und der Stadtstrand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is in an amazing location right at the old port. Lots of buzz and coming and going of boats, easy access right into the old town and city walls, and to public swimming just around the harbour. You access the loft apartment through Poliskar restaurant, all fine.

We just returned from a 3-week stay at Irena's apartment & have so many things to rave about. First, the space itself: as many have mentioned, the view is spectacular, with a spacious & comfortable balcony AND a smaller front door table & chair set to enjoy it from. We had some unexpected health issues that forced us indoors more than we'd expected & that view, so grand & serene, really saved us during those times. The apartment itself was perfect for my husband and I. It's maintained in pristine condition, had everything we needed, and is incredibly cozy and comfortable (OMG, that bed and that leather sofa--SO comfortable!), and having rented a car, I can tell you, having free parking included was invaluable. Lastly, we have met many hosts over the years, but Irena is in a class by herself. Never have we met anyone so warm, accommodating, responsive, and helpful. She was our local angel and just so incredibly kind. If there is an Airbnb Hall of Fame she should definitely be in it!

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.
