This was a beautiful place to stay and enjoy time with our family. The pool and games room was a highlight! The house was fully stocked with every thing neccesary, even a generous suprise of treats!! The hostess was kind, quick to respond, and made our stay perfect! We highly recommend staying at this house!😊

Nous avons passé sept jours au AirBnB de Janet. C'était exceptionnel! Janet était très accueillante et elle répondait très rapidement aux requêtes. Son AirBnB était vraiment spacieux et très propre. La cuisine était très bien équippée. Nous avons préparé des repas - il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner. Les lits était super confortables. La cour extérieure était merveilleux - un grand deck avec plusieurs chaises. Nous mangions notre petit déjeuner dehors à la table et nous faisions de la lecture en se bronzant au soleil. Le soir, nous allions faire du « star gazing » car il y a peu de lumières dans les environs - C'était parfait! Nous marchions à la plage puisque c'était à environ 10 minutes de randonnée. La cidrerie « Sunday Cider » est à 15 minutes de marche - une place le fun. Je recommande fortement ce AirBnB. Merci Janet et Morgan pour votre accueil chaleureux! Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez vous. Nous avons déjà hâte de retourner à votre superbe AirBnB!

Great for a small family or a group of friends. Lots of space to spread out. The home was spotless. The ocean views were beautiful, and there was beach access as well Would highly recommend

Salish Peaks Escape is a stunning retreat tucked away in a peaceful, picturesque neighborhood. The home is spacious, impeccably maintained, and equipped with top-notch amenities. The kitchen and appliances were in excellent condition, making meal prep a breeze. One of the most memorable experiences was enjoying the sunrise and sunset from the patio—made even more magical by visits from a friendly family of deer. If you're looking for a serene, rejuvenating getaway surrounded by nature, I highly recommend this beautiful escape.

Budd's place was even better than I expected and I can't wait to return. My friends were also blown away by how stunning it was. It had everything you could possibly need and was such a great escape from the city. Highly recommend!

Hosts were very responsive and accommodative. House was very clean and has ample space to host guests. There are multiple spaces to dine. Location is very ideal and located very nearer to dining places and ferry. We couldn’t utilize much backyard and pool due to winters but backyard overall looked fun. Would recommend the place!

We had a wonderful time at Judy’s place in Parksville. The property was fantastic. Clean, well-appointed, and great amenities. It was as described. Judy was great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at.

We had a fabulous time with our kids at Andrew’s house, it’s situated in a lovely quiet setting with a balcony to take in the magical views of the beach. The house had everything we needed, to enjoy our stay. We had a short walk to the beach and lovely walk in the forest. All local shops within 5mins drive in Parksville and would also hugely recommend the Parksville community park for the kids to burn off energy. I would hugely recommend The Mount Arrowsmith Brewery for lunch , great service .

We had a great stay at Carlos’ place! The location is fantastic. It’s right off of Commercial Drive which is my favourite neighbourhood in Vancouver. The house was clean and welcoming. My husband, daughter and I stayed there with another family with two kids. There was plenty of space to fit us all comfortably. Carlos was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Would recommend and stay again!

Beautiful location with views of the Lions Gate Bridge and Stanley Park. It was perfect for a family of 6 people. The home was spotless and cozy. The location is unbeatable—15 mins to Grouse Mountain Skyride, Stanley Park, etc. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items for us to enjoy homemade breakfasts and takeout at home with the views. The home is on the older side, and perhaps why it has the awkward room layouts (master bedroom was small) and inconsistent air conditioning (some rooms warm up faster than others). We would definitely stay here again when back in Vancouver.

Great place! A very unique house, with an amazing view, great natural light, nice and private, and a hot tub!

What a terrific place to stay! I got a creative spark from the get go, walking into this house. Being surrounded by the influence and magic of music was refreshing. My family and I enjoyed the space and its amenities. would highly recommend especially, it seems, in the rain.

Excellent location! Walk to Granville Island, Kits Beach, downtown, only 3 miles to entrance of Stanley Park. Wonderful restaurants, cafe’s, food markets all very close by. The hosts were very responsive. Very quiet, restful and peaceful location. The kitchen has pretty much everything you will need to cook fabulous meals. We brought our road bikes with us and used this location as a launch pad to excellent rides all over the city (UBC, Lynn Canyon, Lionsgate Bridge and beyond). Street parking was no problem for us - however I can imagine it might be a bit tricky during the summer months. This Airbnb is a throwback to the original Airbnb proposition - no property managers, you are staying in a family’s home and you will likely meet the owners of the home. They live in the basement ADU while they rent the main 2 floors of the house. They are super friendly and eager to help with recommendations. Enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Justin and Kim were very responsive. Our accommodation in another place did not work out and within minutes of contacting them, I was able to secure their place. The unit is located in the back of a house and the bedrooms make you feel like you are in a basement as they are below the neighbors’ garden. They had a nice job with decorating the place, but the place could use a fresh paint as some of the pairs were pealing off. As discussed earlier, my sister couldn’t stay with me as she used a walker and the 3 long steps that led to a long (for her) walkway to this unit in the back round not permit they. They were super responsive to my questions including changing the battery on the non functioning thermostat for the fire place the following day. I recommend these hosts.

Such a special location -- a great starting point for exploring all of Vancouver. The SeaBus terminal is only a short walk away, which puts you downtown Vancouver, and being in North vancouver was great for outside of the city explorations. The place is cozy and thoughtful and Claire was very responsive with answers to our questions and suggestions. It took us a little while to get used to the floating component, so if you are easily seasick this might not be the place for you.

The Garden Bridge house is beautifully crafted and situated. Located just outside Sechelt, it is 2 minutes' walk from the beach, with views of the Trail Islands. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is the best equipped that we have seen on our travels, while the views encourage cooking at home and eating on the patio. The solarium is a relaxing space for reading or just enjoying the sea view. The beautiful flowers at the entrance are so stunning. The hosts Juliet and Nasser are delightful and super kind and friendly. They strive to provide everything guests might need. They more than deserve their 'superhost' credentials and should be given an award for their outstanding service.

What a sweet spot! Very nice layout for enjoying the fire and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Very sweet Christmas decor. Hosts were kind and proactive. This is Airbnb from the old days, a sweet place that someone actually lives in with plenty of local recommendations.

We had such a nice and relaxing getaway at Dana’s place. The kids loved being able to walk down to the beach and had some board games to play by the fire on rainy afternoons. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Would love to stay again.

Lovely home. Sparkling clean. Excellent stocked kitchen. We all loved the espresso machine with beans provided. The heated deck and comfortable furniture was the best feature. We also loved the view and all the birds. The area around the house is not walkable though. It sits on a very busy road with no sidewalk. We couldn't walk our grandson around in his stroller. All in all a good home. Would book again. 😉

Beautiful Getaway! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 5-year-old, 1-year-old, small dog) spent American Thanksgiving week at Carley's place on Pender Island and had an amazing and relaxing week of family time. The house is even more unique (in the best possible way) than the pictures show, the views are amazing, and the kids spent days just exploring the space. We hiked each day, explored the island, and enjoyed the sunsets and fireplace. The hosts are communicative, and the place has all the amenities you could need. 10/10 would recommend and hope to come back again!

Rebecca’s home is lovely and very comfortable. We immediately felt at home. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect for access to Ganges, hiking Mt Erskine, or going up or down island. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Rebecca’s communication is top notch and all instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

Nice stay at Lucy’s house. Quiet nice location close to walking paths and parks. Very good layout and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well equipped. The house was great for our 18 month old grandson with only 1 floor and with the use of a high chair and port-a-crib. We will be back!

This place was huge and accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. There is a Jack and Jill half bath connected to two of the rooms, a full bath in one of the bedrooms, another full bath upstairs by the bedrooms and a half bath on the first level. Sunny was a great host and very responsive. As mentioned in other reviews, the house is a little dated but I believe he’s working on getting it updated. We did find a half full white claw can in the window in the dining area, assuming from the prior vacationers, but nothing extreme in the way of cleanliness. The floors and stairs can be a bit slippery if only wearing socks, so please be careful!! All in all, this was a great house and location!
