Zura was a fantastic host – always available, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is perfectly located right on the main street in the city centre, making everything easily accessible. Highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and convenient experience!

The apartment is new, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It is well located, with several grocery stores and bakers within a two minute walk and the bars and restaurants off the old city centre within a ten minute walk. Sophia, the host, was very friendly and helpful

This has been one of our favorite stays on our nomad adventures. The place is spacious, clean and has lovely decor. The bed was huge and comfortable, it had a great view, the location was absolutely perfect. The host is friendly, and communicates very well! Thank you 🥰

During our three-week stay in Georgia, we stayed at four different places — in Tbilisi, Mestia, Batumi, and Kutaisi. I can confidently say that this apartment in Kutaisi was by far the cleanest and most accurately described. Everything was perfect — beautifully arranged, tidy, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always responded quickly to our messages. Irene is a wonderful host! In my opinion, the price is even too low for the quality offered. Out of all four places we stayed, this is the only one that left me with entirely positive impressions and a genuine desire to recommend it to others. Highly recommended from the heart!

Wonderful, authentic place in a perfect location, surrounded by beautiful nature, with access to the river. The owner was kind and helpful. We had a great time and will definitely come back to Parna next time!

Zohar's place is a great find. It's a big, quiet apartment (windows facing the inner yard), but still really close to the city center, supermarkets, and restaurants. it has the heater to keep the place warm, and there is everything you need – a full kitchen for cooking, and all the basic amenities. It's spacious, bright and clean. Plus, Zohar's relatives live next door, so if you need anything, they're there to help. Overall, it's a great place to stay and a good value.

Очень все понравилось! Комната соответствует картинкам, было очень чисто, что для нас очень важно! Хозяйва очень приятные и отзывчивые! На участке есть спуск к речке, где можно насладиться природой и воздухом. Можно заказать завтрак, обед или ужин у хозяев, цены лояльные и очень вкусно) Рекомендуем к приезду! Da das Wetter nicht ideal war, haben wir eine nette Hütte in der abgeschiedenheit gesucht um ein bisschen zu entspannen. Die Hütte hat ihren Zweck mehr als erfüllt. Der Holzofen hat für jede Menge gemütlichkeit gesorgt. Die Glasfront der Hütte bietet einen schönen Panoramablick auf eine grüne Wiese. Trotz all der Ruhe war man nicht weit von Kutaisi entfernt, sodass man bei gebuchten Touren problemlos abgeholt werden konnte. Selbst Bolt funktioniert noch. Das tollste jedoch, waren die Gastgeber, die wirklich keine Mühen scheuen und wundervolle Tips für den weiteren Urlaub mitgeben. Da wir kein Auto hatten, wurden wir sogar von ihnen abgeholt und zur Hütte gebracht. Service 20/10! Haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
