Amazing stay!! The place was well described and clean when arrived. The hot tub and fire place is a bonus and nice sighting. 10/10 definitely enjoyed :)

We took our daughter and six grandkids for a three day stay at Eriks house. We had a wonderful time. It is very kid friendly with lots of things for them to do. They all swam a few times in the pool (the heater kept it warm enough for them) and fished for hours every day at the pond. The house really accommodates a large group easily with lots of dishes, utensils, a large dining table, and lots of seating. I recommend this place for families who want to have a great time and build wonderful memories.

Deborah's house was amazing. We had a small group that came into town for an event, and this was the first time we stayed in the house. We were so pleased with everything that we have already booked it for next year at the same time. The house is very spacious and very clean. The piece of property it was on was very peaceful and quiet. We grilled out on the back porch every night and had amazing time. I would highly recommend this property. Deborah was a great host. She was very responsive with any questions we had which were very few because of how detailed she was with the notes and instructions. If you are wanting to stay in the area, I would highly recommend staying this house, of course as long as our group does not have it rented.

Great place to keep a dog outside, completely fenced in with a large backyard.

My mom & I needed a place to stay for a wedding at The Lindale Mill. I was an out of town florist for my friend and Cindy’s place was cute, peaceful and perfect for what we needed. It was a short drive from Rome and The Lindale Mill! I was able to work on the flowers in the kitchen and transport them a short distance.

This is a beautiful location right on the lake, house is fully stocked with amenities and perfect for a large group getaway.

Wow! This house was just perfect for our group of 15! The house was clean, beautiful, and very spacious. The owners were super kind and responsive! The hammocks, porch swing, dock and fire pit allow for lots of outdoor activities. I highly recommend this beautiful house!

House location was great, we were able to get to everyplace we needed within just a few minutes. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive and provided clear info for checkin/checkout.

Our stay at Kelly's home couldn't have been better. The house was exactly as described and super clean! She answered amy question within minutes and was a wonderful host. We only stayed one night, I was in town for business, but we would definitely stay longer if the opportunity arises in the future!

Kurt's place has become our go to spring break destination. The house is as described. It's always spotless clean when you check in, and the peaceful lake setting can't be beat. Kurt is a fantastic host and has always quickly responded with any questions that we may have. We just booked his place again for a lake getaway this summer.

This was our second time staying at Katy Patrick‘a home and won’t be our last! The home is not only well maintained and comfortable, but the hospitality and small touches are top notch. I’ve worked in the vacation rental industry for 5 years and was very impressed! I’m traveling with a toddler, baby, and my dogs, so we weren’t sure how we were going to be able to stop for milk. Katy Patrick had a gallon of milk for us in the fridge upon arrival. We love the house, the area, and the host. We can’t wait to come back!

We only stayed one night as part of a longer trip, and this place was perfect for our family. Everything is just as described in the listing and previous reviews. With young kids, we appreciated the bunk beds, toddler bed, and travel crib, as well as the kids' plates/cups/utensils stocked in the kitchen. And our kids loved the play room and toys! The layout is nice: bedroom 2 (the bunk bed / play room) and bedroom 3 (queen bed) are upstairs, with a walk-through bathroom connecting them, and everything else is on the main level, including the primary bedroom and bedroom 4 (computer desk and toddler bed). We had a quiet, peaceful night, and would definitely stay here again.

This stay was fantastic! We loved Tommy’s place, and would definitely stay again! Tommy was a great host, the home was beautiful and in a beautiful area. Perfect for us!

Amanda has a lovely spot just a couple of blocks from everything you need. The fenced in back yard was awesome, especially with the grandkids. It's a beautiful and charming older home, with gorgeous hardwood and a large front porch. The plumbing is a little sensitive, but that is expected with that era of a home. It certainly wasn't enough of an issue to take away a star. The covered carport was definitely a bonus. We really hope it's available the next time we need a larger space when visiting with our son and his family. P.S. Sorry Amanda for leaving such a short note in the guest journal. Lovely idea, by the way. I remembered it this morning and was a little rushed with trying to wrangle up toddlers. lol

Montana’s place was well kept, well equipped, and much better than a hotel room. The space was great to spread out and enjoy the outside as well as the inside. We had a fabulous time!!! We are a family of 4 and loved the stay. However, the seating in the family room was not “sit on and watch a movie” comfy. It was beautiful, but not practical for hanging out at night. That is the only negative thing to say… Other than seating it was wonderful!

Laura’s place was perfect for my family and pup while we visited Rome for a college tour. We were very comfortable and appreciated the extras like plenty of plugs for charging, coffee and snacks. We would love to stay again “when in Rome”!

This place was a great find! Country living at its best, inside and out. Very peaceful and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and beds very comfortable.

This day was very good. It was as close to what we needed to be to was very clean. We were very thankful to be in a place that fit our family.
