We come to Tallahassee every year for a soccer tournament. We will definitely stay at Andrew’s Place again next year. The beds were soft, great pillows. The condo was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

Andrew is truly amazing! He communicates effectively and is incredibly respectful. I had a wonderful time. The place was clean, organized, and looked fantastic!

Andrew was very accommodating, kind and gracious. His description of his home was accurate but I would say even better in person. The decor is beautiful and it feels like home away from home. All the linens were soft and comfortable, couch was cozy and plenty of room to move around and enjoy. We will be booking again soon and telling our Tally friends to do the same. Excellent!!!

A big thanks to our host for helping my graduation weekend a wonderful trip. TL's home is a 10-minute drive from Tallahassee airport, making arrivals and departures of family members very convenient. FAMU is only a 5-minute drive which made parking easily accessible and free from any traffic back-ups for the graduation ceremony. TL was very quick to respond to any questions we asked prior to arrival. The home was just as described, plenty of room for family to gather, a gracious sized, well-stocked kitchen and a backyard with multiple seating areas that were a wonderful place to relax and enjoy time with family and enjoy morning coffee. Overall, a very welcoming stay.

Sarah was very responsive! She helped us with all our needs. The location is fabulous for any FSU event - football to graduation. Small bars are across the street. Grocery store is a few blocks away. Local restaurants are not far if you don’t mind the walk. Charlie Park, The Edison and Cascade park are a few blocks away. Both bedrooms are HUGE and cozy. The rooftop porch is a great place for a nightcap or just to hangout. Great kitchen space as well! Had a lovely stay! Thank you for the beautiful memories!

Great location! We were in town to visit FSU and the surrounding area. Only 8 minutes to FSU but in a quiet neighborhood to relax at the end of the day. Plenty of space with everything we needed.

This house was absolutely perfect. Clean, close to everything, and very comfortable. Plenty of space for 8 people and a great back patio area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tallahassee.
