We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely return to this house for our next visit to Tallahassee.

We came down for a travel softball tournament and Gragg’s place was just as the listing described. Only stayed for the weekend but would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Gregg was very prompt on any question that we had. Excellent host a property!!

Great location! We were in town to visit FSU and the surrounding area. Only 8 minutes to FSU but in a quiet neighborhood to relax at the end of the day. Plenty of space with everything we needed.

Words can’t describe how great a host Jeremane is. His home accommodations were exactly what we needed. Instantly apparent how much pride Jeremane takes in his property & making sure his guests feel welcome. On several occasions he asked for & welcomed feedback “from a guests perspective” that could used to make the stay & experience at his property even better for future guests. Needless to say communication with Jeremane was extremely simple & easy. Always very responsive and even proactive in instances where communication could be delayed. Jeremane’s home had numerous amenities. The space was perfect for large families or groups wanting to enjoy time together, while at the same time, allowing the ability to retreat to individual rooms each with its own amenities. Each Rm had a large TV, remote controlled lights/calling fans, and beds that were more comfortable than you could ever imagine. Jeremane went out his way to ensure all expectations were met. I will def look to book again.

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

This airbnb felt like home! The place was very clean , and it was able to accommodate me and my family well. We came for graduation, and the home was centrally located to everything (Florida A&M University, Publix, Target, Walgreens, and more). Other than having to purchase our own coffee and dish soap, the home had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The showers water pressure and temperature were great, The heat in the house kept us cozy, and there was enough parking for our cars. We were also able to utilize the kitchen for making breakfast and storing dinner we purchased. Sofya the host was so kind from day one, which we appreciated greatly. She was patient, and accommodated our early check-in request. Overall I give this experience a 9/10. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sofya!

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

If you plan to be in Tallahassee for anything this is the perfect spot. My wife and I attended an FSU home game and were able to walk to the stadium with ease! Our pups also enjoyed being able to come along even though they did not attend the game. 10/10 would stay here again!

Nyd’s place was right in the middle of everything. Easy to get to and very comfortable. Great place to relax and use as your base camp to explore Tallahassee

Comfy home that worked out well for family of 5 for FSU Parents weekend. Immaculate inside: dust free, fresh smelling linens, clean bath mats, spotless bathrooms. Furnishings as pictured. Albeit outdated, the listing is exactly as you'll find it. Thrilled to find pristine kitchen with granite tops fully equipped with all types of newer cookware, colanders, wine opener, nice utensils, foil, ceran wrap, coffee maker, filters, etc. Primary bedroom has a huge shower, spacious bath, ceiling fan. Convenient to campus for back-and-forth trips. Note that one bedroom has a bi-fold louvered door (not noise proof) & metal footboard which was a little challenging for guest over 6 ft. Not a game changer. Hosts were responsive before arrival with our questions. True professionals at hosting, for sure, who could set the standard for AirBNBs.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. It is well appointed, beautiful back yard, front porch and amazing kitchen. The hot water is great and the linens are top notch. Anthony, the host, is sooo responsive and friendly. It was an easy walk into cute, quaint Havana and the perfect space for our family to spend a few quiet days together.

Second time staying here, so that says it all! Comfortable, roomy house in a great, quiet neighborhood that's close enough to campus, downtown, etc. We'll try and book again on our next trip to Tally. Thank you!
