Great price for what you're getting! Not a bad area and really close to the campus Plenty of fun bars around too Shower wasnt the best, but for the price of the stay, you can't complain

Great place for a nice weekend trip. Publix was walking distance, was able to run the neighborhood for my workout. nice and cozy but perfect for 1 person ... Loved the "in case you forgot" stash

I had a fantastic experience staying at Kay's place. She was an excellent host, allowing us to check in early and was always available to help with any questions we had about the check-in process and local eateries. The accommodation itself was very nice, located in a quiet and pleasant area. Kay's friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a great stay!

This place is fantastic. It is clean, modern and welcoming. It was in a location near an event we were attending but if we needed something it wasn't more than minute drive. One of the bathrooms has a glow in the dark toilet seat which is both entertaining and functional

Really cute and homey apartment. The parking lot behind the building had ample room. The location was superb for walking to for food and fun. Very peaceful with calming views surrounded by tall lush trees and the sound of birds echoing each morning. Being one block from the Governor's Mansion provided added peace of mind seeing their security always present nearby. I would definitely book this apartment again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We visited from Tampa and enjoyed every moment of our stay. I am attentive to detail and it was obvious that Peter took his time designing this home. My husband said it the layout was similar to Nigerian homes, which made our stay 100% better. This Airbnb is definitely a hidden gem.

We came to visit our daughter at FSU. We had a great stay, very near to the school and everything we needed. Beds were comfy everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Would stay here again when we visit next time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. It is well appointed, beautiful back yard, front porch and amazing kitchen. The hot water is great and the linens are top notch. Anthony, the host, is sooo responsive and friendly. It was an easy walk into cute, quaint Havana and the perfect space for our family to spend a few quiet days together.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Prior to our arrival, we asked the host to make the pack and play/travel crib available to us and they had it set up and ready to go for our little one. The house was close to a park we were able to run around in and had everything we needed for a great stay. Even my friend who we went to spend time with in Tallahassee was impressed by the home.

Fantastic place and so very convenient for our work in the capital. Loved having the private bath for each bedroom.

A great place to stay for a quick work trip to Tallahassee! Loved the peaceful neighborhood, cute to walk/run through in the mornings but a very short walk, bike, or drive into town for good restaurants/bars at night. Will definitely book again.

The home exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. My freshman sisters and I were in town for our Florida A & M University homecoming weekend. The entire home was immaculate. The amenities were stellar. We loved the screened in back porch, it was our go to spot for morning coffee and tea. The authenticity of the of the home was kept with some of the original colors and designs, however the home was modernized with great touches. The intentional artwork on walls was welcoming, and we enjoyed trying out some of the local venues recommended by our host. The hosts attention to detail made us feel right at home!!!! We will definitely be working with this host in the future. Our host's hospitality made our thirtieth homecoming anniversary that much more special. Thank you!!!

This Airbnb has every store you can possibly need within a few minutes, most things are walkable. The area is quiet and beautiful! The place was spotless 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone considering this stay!

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!
