It was perfect for me and my family, the kitchen was great. I was bouncing around there with ease. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were unbelievable and I loved every second. Plan on booking again 🫶🏽💕

The house was in a quiet neighborhood beautiful trees and the location was great. It had everything we needed for a FSU weekend. Cortney was extremely responsive to any questions and clear check in instructions were provided. Thank you Cortney

If you plan to be in Tallahassee for anything this is the perfect spot. My wife and I attended an FSU home game and were able to walk to the stadium with ease! Our pups also enjoyed being able to come along even though they did not attend the game. 10/10 would stay here again!

We stayed at this spacious and spotless home on our trip to FSU! Only a mile from campus, we enjoyed all the benefits of being a local. The home was very spacious and offered so many comforts! We loved the peaceful location and relaxing beds. Definitely enough space for large families! Plus our host was proactive, friendly, and helpful and provided us with so many amenities! Will definitely stay again!

We stayed at Kimberly's place for a couple of days while fishing. It worked out great as the the boat ramp was pretty close by. After a day of fishing we came back, grilled some dinner and then finished the night in the hot tub! We would go back for sure.

We came down for a travel softball tournament and Gragg’s place was just as the listing described. Only stayed for the weekend but would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Gregg was very prompt on any question that we had. Excellent host a property!!

This place was exactly as expected. Perfect for our visit to FSU. Easy, walkable and very cozy. The beds were especially comfortable! We would definitely rent this spot again!

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

We enjoyed our month long stay and wished we had booked longer. Our days were spent lounging in the screened pool area. We felt right at home. Alan checked in several times to ensure we had everything needed. We would stay here again.

Michele and Ed were awesome hosts . Super nice people!! They were very responsive to any request or concern we had. They opened their arms to us and our fur baby during a very difficult situation we were in (displaced by a house fire at our house) and made our stay the best experience in a tough time. Communication was great, cottage was very clean and comfortable, and I would recommend this location to anyone!! Most enjoyable stay!!!! Havana is a quaint, quiet, friendly little town.

We enjoy our stay. Was a very comfortable house. Kitchen set up with plenty of dishes. and having a dishwasher was a plus! Beds were comfortable. Fishing was fun! Thank you for allowing our 2 Cavaliers spaniels to stay! Bob and Sherry were great hosts!

We enjoyed our few days at this spot in midtown Tallahassee. The location relative to town was great, but keep in mind it is on a busy road and the side drive leads to multiple apartments. The blinds and curtains were nice, but not all windows had both, so headlights were distracting. The kitchen was our favorite part, and the laundry was a blessing. The beds were comfortable. Definitely stay here when you have more than just a couple people!

Samuel was very attentive to our needs. My family and I enjoyed our stay here in his beautiful home. The friendly communication was very pleasant with Samuel. My family and I would definitely revisit if we are in the area again. This is definitely a great place!

We had a quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable stay over Thanksgiving! Susan and Michael were very responsive. They provided photos of the kitchen items so I could better plan for our Thanksgiving meal. They quickly took care of an unplanned utility issue with minimal disturbance to our stay to make things fully functional. The beds were comfortable and linens we clean and soft. The entire house was very clean with a fully functional kitchen. We enjoyed playing the 80s video games on the Packman video machine. Our dogs enjoyed the small fenced in dog area for safe potty breaks. And the view of Lake Talquin was just beautiful! We had a great day visiting Wakulla Springs. Recommend making reservations for the boat tour online well in advance. The Dollar General is just a few mile down the street was well stocked for last minute necessities. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The townhouse was beautiful and in such a quiet and calm neighborhood. It was spacious and had a very "home-y" feeling to it, which I loved. It was my type of home. Kaitlyn was also responsive to messages in a timely manner and very respectful. I would stay here again.

we had a great time relaxing at lake talquin! the house is very roomy and has everything you need for a great stay! a couple things to know before you go is the listing says keurig coffee machine. so I bought keurig cups for our trip but then there was not a keurig coffee machine. it was just a regular type. but it was no big deal because Melissa had plenty of coffee available for us at the house. also, the house is off a dirt/rock road which for most people isn't a big deal but my husband is a car guy and hates dirt roads lol. I definitely wish I'd known before hand because we woukd have brought a different vehicle had I known. overall we had the best time and would definitely book again! Melissa communicated well. she even brought us firewood for the fireplace which we were not expecting! so thankyou for your hospitality!

Great little place. Rustic on the outside and cozy on the inside. Perfect little spot to be close to Tallahassee but yet far enough away to see the stars and enjoy peace & quite. Havana is just around the corner too. Enough room to have your own space with two people. Much more cozier then a hotel. Hot water and shower were great!! Bed slept wonderful, linens and quilt were super comfortable. Everything was super clean and tidy. Will definitely be back.
