Localização excelente, perto de tudo, muito tranquilo pra sair de dia e de noite. Tem de tudo perto, supermercado, restaurantes, lojas. Fizemos todos os passeios à pé. Só no farol que fomos de carro. O apartamento tem uma vista linda, é muito bom. Um dos banheiros é um pouco pequeno, mas amamos nossa estada. A Sandra nos recebeu com muito bom humor e rapidez, e nós deu muitas dicas.

Estive realizando um estágio na Universidade de Aveiro e fiquei durante 3 meses no studio do Mário. O studio e’ moderno e novo com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia longa ou curta. Fica muito bem localizado e na região central de Aveiro, perto de mercados, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes e vários pontos turísticos, sendo possível fazer todos os passeios a pé. Mário e Frederico foram grandes anfitriões dando atenção desde os esclarecimentos para a reserva, durante a estadia e no check out. Sem dúvida o custo-benefício valeu a pena e quando retornar a Aveiro pretendo ficar no local.

Très bel appartement avec vue, balcon-solarium très agréable en hiver avec vue sur les dunes et l'océan, proche des commerces de Costa Nova. Idéal pour se reposer et pour visiter les environs. Appartement grand et bien équipé, cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable. Excellente communication avec Ivo. Nous reviendrions volontiers.

We loved our stay at the apartment of Renato. The apartment was much better than we expected and we would most certainly come back. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything one might need to cook and you may find everything you need for a very pleasant stay. We loved the attention to detail and how everything was so clean and carefully organised in the apartment. Thank you, Renato and hopefully, see you soon!

We could not have asked for a more comfortable, accessible, convenient location. The apartment is truly in the middle of things. A ten minute walk to just about any of the sights. The neighborhood had some excellent restaurants within steps. The apartment is beautifully designed with all the comforts of home. We were very grateful to be able to check in early upon our arrival in Coimbra; the host’s flexibility was very much appreciated. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Fabio who gave us a brief orientation to all the amenities, including the laundry, the beautiful back yard - including all the tangerines we could eat - and the convenient back entrance. The bed was very comfortable and while there was a lot of student activity, with the windows and shutters closed, it was very quiet. We highly recommend Sobre Ribas for your stay in Coimbra.

Could not have picked a better place! Honestly, think he should charge more (shhhh!) so bright, clean, modern and great location! Friendly and helpful - He’s a friend keeper! This is the place you want to stay! No more searching!

Direkte Lage am Strand und Parkplatz vor der Tür! Gut ausgestattet Wohnung ! Ana war gut zu erreichen und als wir was gebraucht haben hat sie es sofort gebracht( Babywanne ) 20 min fussläufig in den Ort was wirklich schön ist!

기차역에 도착예정이었고 짐이 세 개나 있어서 기차역에서 최대한 가까운 곳을 찾고 있었는데 호텔의 위치와 인테리어가 마음에 들어서 예약했는데 정말 만족스러웠고, 다음에 1~2인용 여행이라면 다시 예약할 예정입니다. 여기 숙소가 좋아서 포르투 숙소도 'guestready'에서 예약했는데 거기도 좋았어요. 숙소 가까운 곳에 짐 보관소도 여러 곳이 있고, 숙소 뒷길에 대형 슈퍼마켓 두 곳이 가까이 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 세탁 세제와 건조대가 있었고, 머무는 동안 숙소가 조용해서 편히 잘 쉬었어요. '포럼 아베이루'에서 운하를 따라 마트로 걸어가서 장을 보고 숙소에 왔습니다. 하지만 숙소 1층의 문을 여는 방법을 정확히 안내해주지 않아서 저녁에 문이 안 열려서 곤란했는데 관리팀에서 바로 응답해서 알려줬어요. 터치패드에 키를 가져다 댄 채로 문을 밀었다가 당겨야 열립니다. 게스트에게 문 여는 방법을 체크인 전에 동영상으로 알려주면 좋을 것 같아요. 그리고 변기 스위치에 지문이 남아 있었고, 샤워실 벽에는 분홍색 물때가 있어서 관리에 좀 더 신경 쓰면 더할 나위 없을 듯 해요.

Super recomendado! Lugar seguro, tranquilo; supermercado; farmácia; clinicas médicas e odontológicas; pertissimo da estação rodoviária e de trem para outras cidades; estacionamento fácil (muitas vagas) e gratuito. Quanto ao apartamento, me senti em casa - cama king, climatização na sala e no quarto; roupas de cama e banho impecáveis; banheiro/banho top; um lavabo e tudo bem moderno. A cozinha super completa. Parabéns Sérgio e muito obrigado por nos receber.

Apartamento como las fotos, plaza de garaje mala que pegaba a una pare, menaje de cocina muy escaso dos cazerolas pequeñas y una sarten pequeña, no hay platos hondos, se hecha en falta un mantel, paño de cocina no hay, no hay fregona ni productos de limpieza nada mas hay una bayeta pequeña y el microondas esta prácticamente en el suelo.

Ana's place is so cozy, clean and comfortable we almost did not want to leave! She is an attentive host and it shows in small details and little extras that were added to the accommodation. We arrived way later than planned and late at night but she stayed online and proactively asked us about the checkin. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful and is less than 15 mins drive to Coimbra. We would stay with Ana again when we are in the area.

Tiago was available when we checked in and immediately provided linens for the pullout (we neglected to inform before checking in). Location great, it was easy for us to maneuver all over town and across the river to restaurants, landmarks and shopping. Location can be a bit noisy so if you have a hard time sleeping, bring ear plugs. Had good pizza from across the street and a delicious dinner down the street with incredible view. Thanks!

Nettes kleines Häuschen. Lage war genial, 2min vom Strand aber auch nicht direkt am Strand so war es schön ruhig. Sauberkeit war gut. Parken ist direkt vor der Tür auf einem riesigen Parkplatz möglich. Eventuell ist der in der Hochsaison aber auch voll. Bei uns war er sehr leer. Im September hatten viele Bars etc zu. Was etwas schade war aber auch verständlich. Strand was sehr sauber und komplett leer. Für das nötigste gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte. Wir sind aber nach Tocha zum einkaufen gefahren. Mit Catia hatten wir wenig Kontakt. Wenn wir aber geschrieben haben hat sie innerhalb einer Minute geantwortet. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder ;)

I had a great stay at this apartment in Aveiro! The place was very nice and had everything I needed for a comfortable short-to-mid-term stay. It's well-located, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The host was super responsive, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Aveiro!

Impeccable place to spend a couple nights with someone, super cosy, the jacuzzi was the best definitely.

Location - slightly out of town, in a beautiful valley. 1 hour from Porto in the car. Supermarket 5 mins away in the car. Facilities - pool was great, barbecue area was good. Each apartment has an outdoor area to sit in, with a clothes horse to dry your things on. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. There was enough parking for 1 car per property. Apartment- clean, great air con. Quirky but functional furniture. Host - responsive and friendly. The woman that met us at the property was very very helpful.

Our stay was joyful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by the host with delicious traditional bread. The area is beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with the soothing sounds of nature. The garden, filled with citrus trees, was a delight, and the jacuzzi and barbecue area made our evenings perfect. Inside, the building was cozy and well-heated, with clean, comfortable beds and fresh linens. We enjoyed sunny days in the garden and even on the rainy night, the spacious kitchen was ideal for gathering. The host was flexible with check in/out and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a great place, and the hot tub was a huge hit with our little family. Comfortable, and a great location to walk to the beach and town.
