Had a wonderful stay! The rental was as described in a beautiful surrounding. Katie was very responsive and resolved an issue promptly. I highly recommend Katie's place; it's so very peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The room was clean, the bed comfy and we appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Andrea's Airbnb for a month while working remotely. It is truly a gem that combines proximity to what Gainesville is famous for: the University of Florida, Shands Hospital complex, and Santa Fe College. This airbnb is in proximity to variety of restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, parks, and houses of prayers. Andrea's airbnb is located in an upscale, walk-able community on the double cul-de-sac lined up with magnificent trees. The inside is superbly clean, with many thoughtful details, making you feel comfortable. Andrea, is an excellent host, assuring privacy and also responding promptly to communication and attending to requests and questions. There is free access to new washer/dryer. WiFi with good speed. Certainly, I will look up Andrea's Airbnb anytime I will be heading to Gainesville.

This place was by far one of our favorites. It was pretty inside and out, peaceful & quiet. Emily was easy to communicate with & was spot on with directions. Loved the bed & the decor was awesome. Did I mention the shower? Loved! Next time we are in this area, this is without a doubt where I want to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here and will return if available. The location is 5-10 minutes to UF and all the stores on Archer but it’s so peaceful and quiet. Parking was on the street in front of the main property on a very quiet street in beautiful golf club community. It had everything we needed—nice hot shower and comfortable bed and couch. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here it had such a gorgeous view and was super easy to find, the hosts were very responsive and friendly we will definitely come back here if we’re in the area!!

The home is located in peaceful subdivision. The neighborhood is very walkable and well maintained. The kitchen is spacious and the pool is relaxing. We especially enjoyed the swing located in the pool area. As a added bonus the home owner let us spend lots of time with his dog Toby, who us absolutely adorable. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely loved Raul & Carla’s neighborhood. It was close to what I needed and easy to navigate. The room was neat, clean, and quiet, the bed comfortable for a perfect sleep. A variety of bedside reading was available and I enjoyed a local paper with an interesting article about a nearby town. It was a nice touch. My morning coffee on the deck was enhanced by the bird activity in the backyard. If I’m back in the area I’d love to stay at Raul & Carla’s place again.

The town had such a great charm and we loved visiting the springs. The place was very clean, we sure appreciated that.

Highly recommend! We were coming in really late at night and Beatriz was extremely accommodating. Her directions to get to the house we helpful and spot on. She was always responsive and answered any questions we had. We just needed a place to rest our heads for the night before taking off the next day. And this was perfect! There is a train that went by but only once and wasn't that loud. Other than that, it was quiet and peaceful. Her surroundings are beautiful and once she is done with the pool it will be a very nice place to stay. Lots of space in the house too. Definetly would go back.

This is a great place to stay in. The Host is super accommodating. The location is very close to Ginnie Springs and Devils Den Spring. There are plenty of cute little restaurants not too far away and the decor and style of the space is very peaceful.

Truly PARADISE!!!!! Sooooo Comfortable and Cozy! Everything you need to feel right at home. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful surroundings! The lights were so pretty at night. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful place ! We will see you soon!!!!

We had a great stay at Ann’s place. So quiet and felt safe. Ann is a very good host. The home was clean and smelled fresh. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

nice home, nice backyard, responsive host!

This place was perfect for just me. It’s listed as a room, but with a private entrance and private bathroom, it feels more just like an apartment with a kitchenette. I was working nights and the light level was great for day sleeping. It was also very quiet while I was there. Suhey also accommodated me with a last minute booking after my first place was canceled on me. Thank you! It was a little warm during the day. If you need to sleep like me, maybe bring an extra fan. She did have one provided, though and I appreciated that! Thanks for the great little space and I would totally stay again. Oh and the mattress was comfy!
