We loved staying in Ellen’s place. We felt right at home. We didn’t lack for anything. Her beautiful home was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated being in such a wonderful space with beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay.

This is the second time I have stayed at Connie and Carmencita's place within three months, and the duration was 45 days this time. Both times my wife Shireen and I felt like home, the entire place was to ourselves. Carmen and Connie are super hosts. Always helpful and caring, they promptly solved any issue we had faced during our stay. Next time I visit Gainesville again, I will try to stay at their place again.

We had a wonderful stay at Claudia’s Airbnb! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Claudia was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and full of great recommendations for the area. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions but still quiet and relaxing. We especially appreciated the small personal touches that made the stay feel special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Glani was a great host! Stayed here for a wedding located right next door at Sweetwater Branch Inn. Perfet location and stay for us as it was walking distance to the venue. Spacious, clean, quiet, the apartment was everything we needed.

Alex was a very accommodating and gracious host. We had a situation in which we needed to extend our stay. Alex was proactive and flexible. Since another guest had already booked the place immediately following us, he had a recommendation for another accommodation that fit our needs perfectly. The townhome was very clean, extra cozy, and had everything we needed away from home! Our contact was very timely in any communication we made and was super accommodating! Highly recommend this contemporary, chic spot!

We needed a place to stay, last minute, and had struck out on several places that were supposed to be available, but were in fact unavailable (for three different reasons). After that, I messaged Wayne before attempting another reservation, and he replied almost immediately, so we made the reservation. Responses were fast, instructions clear, and self check in was easy. The home and property are clean and very well and properly maintained. The location is very convenient and safe. The yard is fenced with a gate and there was plenty of room to park my truck and boat. It met our needs and saved our spontaneous trip to spend time on the lake.

I really enjoyed this property! The surrounding neighborhood was quiet, the amenities were well-maintained and very clean.

Ethan’s townhouse is an incredible hidden gem in the perfect Gainesville location near anything you could possibly need. I’m a nomad and had originally only planned on staying for a month, but decided to extend multiple times. In all, I spent 3+ months in Ethan’s townhouse. He is the best host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb — super thoughtful, responsive, helpful, kind and accommodating. Truly someone with a heart for hospitality, which makes all the difference when you’re traveling long-term. The house matched all my expectations, as well, and had everything I needed for a long stay. Thank you again, Ethan — you rock, and we hope to stay again!!

Another great stay at Andrew's townhouse. This neighborhood is so cute and quiet and walkable - so nice! The townhouse is kept immaculate and everything is as described. Andrew is extremely responsive and kind. Cannot recommend highly enough! 10/10!

The location was perfect. It was peaceful and quiet with nice neighbors. The mattresses were a little soft but we all got a good night sleep. Good place to stay.

Great clean, and comfortable room in a safe area. I felt completely at ease and at home and appreciated the clarity of house rules displayed in multiple places. Great value, would stay again!

A friend and I stayed one night so we could attend an early morning class in town. Very comfortable, nice space. Quiet but close to things and places to eat. Kitchen was great and we appreciated the coffee! I would definitely stay here again.

Such a great place and near everything we needed. It is well stocked with the basic essentials and even had basic spices that would be needed for cooking. Lots of cleaning material if needed. Very well thought out and considerate.

The place was convenient to UF campus and tons of restaurants. It was easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Karla was responsive and great to communicate with.

This townhome was spotless and had all the amenities needed. Our son and his family stayed with three girls under 5. Tyler offered and provided toys which they took full advantage. The screened in porch was perfect for enjoying the outdoors in comfort. The furniture was perfect for the space and kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans. Highly recommend

Great accommodations. Big room with lots of amenities. Nice balcony off the room, great location. Easy to get to the UF area or to the interstate. Nice “home away from home”. Friendly, flexible host. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is so cute. It’s historic but very well updated. Everything was clean and fresh and the yard was beautiful with the flowers blooming. Beds were really comfortable. There were 3 couples and three nice size bedrooms but only one had a TV. That was the only downside at bedtime. We will hopefully be back next year and would stay again.

We had a great stay with our dog for 3 nights. We walked the trails by Hogtown Creek and sat on the screened balconies which overlook a nice green wooded setting. One morning we saw about 6 deer pass through the yard in back. The bed was comfy and bathroom was spacious. Thanks for a great stay. Would stay again and recommend.
