I recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hosts were absolutely fantastic—kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even recommending a stunning restaurant that became the highlight of my trip. The accommodation itself was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. I truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a memorable experience! Five stars all the way!

Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

Beautiful tranquil villa set in picturesque grounds full of homegrown produce; a true taste of Tuscany. Pool is a perfect size and depth for a workout or just to relax and keep cool. Really useful to have the outside bbq area which we used a lot. Conveniently situated just outside the small town of Reggello with plenty of restaurants to choose from and a good size supermarket that has everything you need. Hosts really friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Felt like a home from home. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Secluded location away from the quiet village. A lovely view, great pool 5 minutes walk from the cottage. Good train links from Londa Contea station to Florence every hour. You need a car to access the cottage from the village.

המארחת הייתה מאוד נעימה ומכניסת אורחים, המיקום לא רע בשביל לבקר במהלך היום בעיר. המטבח מאובזר, כיף לעבוד בו. בישלנו כמה פעמים. יש מספיק כלים. השירותים עצמם מעט צפופים וקרובים למקלחת, אך המקלחת וחדר האמבטיה מרווחים שניהם. היינו חוזרים שוב

CampoPineta ist ein guter Ort um sich zu erholen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Tolle Landschaft und gute Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit und Alessandra ist ein freundlicher Mensch.

Les hôtes sont très acceuillants et facilitants. Ils proposent même des informations sur les activités ponctuelles. La maison et la piscine sont très agréables et nous avons passé de bons moments. Même des coins d’ombre sont proposés. Comme d’autres l’ont dit, la route devant la maison est très passante et bruyante. Dans la maison ou au bord de la piscine, aucune gêne par cela.

Very comfortable and high spec renovation of the historic farmhouse ... spacious, relaxing, huge pool, bedrooms stayed cool even as temperature reached 30+ degrees. Great restaurant just round the corner, and top wineries nearby. Fantastic weekend was had, thank you Maurizio!

L'appartement de Simone est au milieu de la campagne, entouré d'arbres avec un beau point de vue depuis la terrasse sur les collines environnantes. Il est de plein pied. En octobre, avec un petit gilet, nous avons encore pu prendre des petits -déjeuners sur cette terrasse. La place de parking juste en face de l'appartement est très pratique. Pour visiter Florence, nous nous rendions à un petit parking, à 10 km, au centre de Galluzzo (Piaza Don Pietro Puliti), ensuite avec les bus 36 ou 37 , nous étions en 15 mn au centre de Florence. Pour aller visiter Sienne, il nous a fallu 1 h de voiture. Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour : 1 jour à San Gimignano (45 mn de route), 3 jours à Florence, 1 jour à Sienne, 1 jour à Cortona. Il nous a juste manqué du temps pour visiter Pise. Ce sera pour la prochaine fois.

Alloggio adatto per una vacanza rilassante, fornito di tutti i servizi (internet purtroppo prende poco). Comunicazione con Tiziana molto efficace. Dintorni splendidi, a meno di un'ora da Urbino e a venti minuti da San Leo.

The views from this guest suite will be some of my favorite memories of Tuscany. I highly recommend going outside 30 minutes before sunrise to watch the sky change colors against the mountains while you take a deep calming breath looking across the valley below. The guest house is compact, modern, and clean. And Patrizia and her family are just next door, available and friendly if you need anything.

le logement est magnifique, l'accueil est facile et Simone arrangeant. Nous aurions aimé avoir un grille pain, une cafetière pour 2 personnes (celle fournie permet de faire juste un expresso), un chauffage d'appoint, du wifi accessible dans toute la maison

Beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the Tuscan hills! Peaceful but still accessible to everything in area within an hour drive. We were definitely glad to have an SUV as our rental car, as the dirt road into the property is very bumpy. Rosanna was super friendly and accommodating - would definitely recommend staying here!

Mais wouahou. Quel havre de paix ! Ce séjour malheureusement trop court a été magique. Le lieu est sublime, d’un calme absolu avec des chatons et un chien, des poules… Le logement est incroyable, extrêmement bien équipé, propre avec des fleurs fraîches, on se sent comme à la maison! Et Prem est une hôte d’exception, un panier avec des spécialités italienne, une bouteille de vin et des légumes de son potager et elle est d’une douceur et d’une gentillesse! Ce lieu est magique si vous voulez vous ressourcez, être en accord avec la nature et les animaux. Sublime

Zona tranquilla e immersa nella natura, casa rustica e accogliente, propietaria gentile e premurosa, consigliato.

Host accogliente, prima durante e dopo. Appartamento pulitissimo, grande, ben diviso con spazi adeguati per ogni ospite, attrezzato e ben riscaldato. Altamente consigliato!

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

The property was spectacular. We were a group of 15. Finding a 10 bedroom home with all en-suite was not easy. Silvia's home is a rarity. We just happened to arrive when they were harvesting some grapes and making wine. Being able to witnes the process was amazing! Silvia cooked one night, for our group. Sitting down all together at a beautifully decorated table, with such a memorable atmosphere, was highly appreciated, by all of us. (We wished this room would of been available to us for our entire stay, as it accommodated all of us). The huge farmhouse is divided up into 3 separate apartments, which works well for privacy. Outside is spacious, with an incredible Tuscan backdrop. We would have enjoyed more seating outside to take in the incredible views, as a large group.

Per me non esistono altri posti dove andare a San Marino. Qui c è tutto, e ritornerò sempre e solo qui. Consigliatissimo

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.
