Nir’s apartment was extremely clean. Street Parking in front was was very easy. The porch was amazing with beautiful views of the kineret.

When I booked, I wondered if it could be quite as nice as it seemed from the description and photos; it was even better! Set in a beautiful, quiet area with magnificent views towards Mount Hermon, the flat is peaceful and very well appointed. This isn't a cheap conversion to make money - every detail shows style, care and attention to quality. Anat was kind and generous with a light touch as a host who made sure that we had all we needed but also gave us our privacy. Tommy, the dog, was also a charming, well-mannered addition that made us feel relaxed and at home. Rosh Pina never disappoints with its beautiful ambiance, and it also offers a perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. We are already trying to figure out when we can take another holiday there!

If you are looking for a home away from home near the Sea of Galilee, this will certainly work. It's well situated to get to the sites in the area. It's fairly basic, but spotless and easy to just relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Sarah.

חד משמעית חוויית הארביאנבי הכי טובה שהייתה לנו אי פעם! עדי הייתה רגישה לצרכים שלנו ואילו הוסיפה פריטים לצורך שיפור התנאים שלנו והצרכים שלנו. הוילה שלה הייתה פשוט יפיפייה ומעוצבת באופן כל כך מדוייק ונקי. היה פשוט מושלם !

Stayed for 5 nights as a family of 6. Plenty of space inside and out. Kids enjoyed the xbox in the rustic outhouse and the large garden brought nature to our doorstep. Great location for lots of family friendly activities including wonderful beaches and hikes. House was clean and the hosts were very responsive even when abroad.

We stayed two nights with a 4yo and a 1yo. The host kindly provided a crib for the baby, and the sofa bed was convenient and easy to use. There were plenty of extra sheets and towels. Yael was super friendly and responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful house and with breathtaking views to the sea and a short ride to the beach. Newley open cafe cart and attractions in the area. The neighbourhood is under construction so during the day if you sit on the patio you can hear some of it. The hosts live above but felt very private. We’re very responsive and helpful!

הגענו משפחה של 5 נפשות ועמית קיבל אותנו בצורה מאוד נעימה, הראה לנו את המקום ודאג לספק כל מה שצריך. הדירה הייתה נראית מעולה וכמו בתמונות, אפילו יותר התלהבנו שראינו אותה במציאות. הכל היה נקי ולא היה חסר כלום. מקום שקט ויפה. מומלץ ביותר!

Another fantastic stay at this place! This was the third time and everything was just perfect. Our kids love the space and everything is great for a short or long stay. A very thoughtful layout, relaxing environment, and the sun filled home is up lifting. As part of this work / fun trip, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Binyamina train station, a 3-minute walk to the Binyamina winery, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away and malls, grocery stores, and beaches 5-15 minute drives away. הייתה שהיה פשוט מצויינת. הגענו זוג עם שתי בנות (בנות שנתיים וחמש) וכולנו נהננו מאוד! נתחיל בכך שהכל היה מבריק, נקי מסודר ונעים. המצעים, המגבות, הכל הריח נהדר ונקי מכביסה. מיד כשהגענו, שתי הדרדסיות התמוגגו מהצעצועים (שכולם ברוח המונטסורית, מה שבכלל היה בונוס) והתיישבו לשחק בכיף גדול. הבית מזמין ונעים, מהסלון ועד חדר הילדים והאמבטיה (שגם בה הבנות נהנו בכל ערב מצעצועי אמבטיה אחרים שהיו מסודרים למופת בארון האמבטיה). ראוי במיוחד לציין את המאמץ המיוחד שעשו המארחים, כדי שנרגיש נוח ונעים. היינו בלא מעט צימרים ובתי הארחה, אבל עוד לא נתקלנו במארחים שהרכיבו במיוחד בשבילנו את מיטת התינוק בחדר בו ישנו הבנות (היות ועברו כבר למיטת מעבר), וממש הורגש שהושקעה מחשבה רבה כיצד אפשר להנעים את השהייה שלנו, כמו מגירת החטיפים, השלוקים בפריזר ועוד ועוד. הרגשנו שהיה לנו כל מה שיכולנו להזדקק לו ומעבר לכך.

רעות הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה וסובלנית הדירה מסודרת, עם נוף מדהים לים ממליצה בחום!
