Excellent stay! The house is lovely and feels like a home with many special touches. Many rooms and sleeping options. Kitchen was very well stocked and had many spices. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! The boathouse game room was a nice surprise bonus as well. I would definitely come back here again!

We were most interested in finding a place near the sites of downtown, Grand Old Opry, etc…It was an easy Uber to these places and only around $20 with super fast pick up. The house was clean, beds comfortable and hot tub was great. We didn’t pay close enough attention that it only had 1 bathroom which was challenging for 6 of us but that was on us as it’s clearly states 1 bathroom. All in all a great place to stay!

Loved the secluded feel, pet friendly and very clean space. Convenient and close to Franklin without feeling like I was in the middle of it.

Stayed at Rick a Candy’s beautiful home with several of my immediate family as I was attending my daughter’s wedding! They are awesome hosts and everything was in order and exactly as described! We all felt right at home and it was great that we were all at one place. It made the entire long weekend more memorable! Would certainly recommend this home for a family gathering and the locations near Vanderbilt University and close to downtown was very convenient for us to get around!

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

Super cozy, clean, and welcoming. Also had the best little details down to the coffee cup sleeves. Very responsive and helpful even when I didn’t follow direction. Great host we’ll definitely book again. My family had a great time!

Jason's place was great for a bachelorette weekend. It had everything we could need, even games! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. It was close to downtown (about a 10 minute drive) and not far from restaurants/stops (about a 5 minute drive). Overall would recommend!

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

Lori was available for questions and replied very quickly. We will go this route again next year for nwtf convention. very convenient to Gaylord.

Judy’s place was perfect for our two nights stay in Nashville. Everything was so intentionally laid out and beautiful. The space was super clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! Judy was so kind and responded quickly to my messages. And her recommendations for the area were perfect. (Check out Thistle Farms for coffee!) Would love to stay here again when we visit Nashville in the future.

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Lovely historical home in a great neighborhood. The cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in with comfortable beds, endless hot water and a beautiful fenced yard, front and back. My family prepared a birthday dinner for me in the home and everything was perfect. We hope to stay here again.

This place is awesome for a Nashville trip!! We had 10 people and the house was very spacious and well kept. The location was awesome with only 10 dollar Uber rides to broadway and Nissan stadium. Amazing hospitality from host with fast with responding to messages!! Highly recommend

This is a great location, close to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet. The host was very responsive and the space was comfortable!

Really good place in a great location. It's on a busy street, so it was a little difficult to leave the property with oncoming traffic, especially in the storm that hit. The air hockey table was a fun place for me and my colleagues to unwind and process through our meeting notes over some competitive games. All in all, it was a great jumping off/landing place for our business trip and I would book with the hosts and this property again on my future trips.

This was our first trip to the music city we had a great time! This spot was close to cute coffee shops, local bars and we walked down to Broadway and Demonbreun St for all of the must see downtown bars and night life! The space had a comfy bed and was a perfect quiet spot after a long night out to get away from the craziness that engulfed Broadway. Would highly recommend this spot!

We really enjoyed staying there! We got snowed in and they were very helpful to help us add on a day. We did get locked out one night, but they were very quick to respond and help us get back in!

Liz, was incredibly responsive and took an extra step on a request I had. Her place is a easy walk to the Broadway area and the view of the river never got old. We definitely will stay here again when we return.

Free parking. Comfortable space. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to and from Broadway for the music and fun. But, also realized the gem of a spot Germantown is. We did all of our dining in this neighborhood. There is a lot of construction being done in the area, so it’s not necessarily a beautiful spot. Safety was never a concern. It’s an up and coming area.

Everything was a smooth process along with a clean place and good location.

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!

Thanks Anthony for the great place to stay and the extremely flexible check in time. Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. We are planning to take another trip next year and will absolutely be getting a hold of u again.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, thanks again!!!
