We have rented other properties from this host and have never been disappointed. The “little retro” was spotlessly cute, clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in the downtown area. This host gets another five-star review from us.

The place was perfect for our family. Dogs loved the outdoors and accomodations were made for them. Comfortable beds with a big walk-in shower in the master. Big family room with TV. Had a small charcoal grill that was perfect for us. Also a very large deck with a view of the firepit sitting area and a nearby creek bed. Surprisingly fast internet for this hilly rural location, 20 mbps on the Wifi network. Big functional kitchen with pots and pans, coffee bar with option for Keurig or filter. Great weekend.

Great cabin for our hunting trip. Location is close to public land and not far from Gallipolis if you need to run into town. Cabin has everything you need to be comfortable. We got 18” of snow and had 12 degree temps. We stayed warm, water kept running, and never lost power. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking. Host is very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay, we felt right at home. Debra was great at communicating with us and anytime we reached out she was quick to respond. This stay was so comfortable and cute! She had everything we needed and so much more! The little snack/ food welcome basket was greatly appreciated after a 15 hour drive. Thank you! We will definitely be back!! Not to mention, the location was peaceful and relaxing.

Extremely clean, bed were comfy and had everything needed for a great stay. Only downfall was losing service and trying to fine the place off his directions in the dark. Definitely, would recommend and will stay again.

This stay was absolutely perfect. My husband and our 8 year old son, did a father/son trip to Ohio. They absolutely had a great stay and loved the location and the cabin. My son was actually sad that he had to leave and can't wait to return here again soon. The place was clean and very well kept and they enjoyed the property and fires at night outside. They said out 10 stars they would give this one a 20........

This was the perfect spot for an overnight spot on our family road trip. We were enthusiastically greeted by Jake, the owner's dog and a very good boy, upon our arrival, which was fantastic because my kid was missing our critters. They made friends and were snuggling on the couch before long! The house was in a lovely spot with views of the hilly landscape out the front and back. The space and furnishings were more than enough for the three of us. If we're ever passing through the area in the future, we'll definitely want to stay here again!

We stayed here for an anniversary trip and loved it. Loved the view of the Christmas lights on the walk bridge and town park, and the sound of the waterfall. We had one small issue and owners were very quick to resolve that. Would totally recommend this for a relaxing place to stay.

We enjoyed our evening in the woods at this wonderful location about 7 miles from Rio Grande. The house was just as it looked in pictures. Comfortable beds and clean place.
